The appartment was lovely and clean. It had everything you needed. Sun loungrs with cushions and towels. Tv was so easy with our firestick. The lidyl and mercadona was a good 15min walk away across wasteland but had everything. Didnt use them but 6min walk to a few bars and a couple of restaurents. Didnt venture far enough for a beach as the weather was lousy!!! But would stay there again.

I very much enjoyed my stay at this apartment - the terrace gets sun all day but part shade too. The pool is just by the terrace. The complex is usually quiet and peaceful. Mercadona and Lidl supermarkets are a 15 minute walk away.

This vacation was just what the doctor ordered. January in the sun. Found the location with no issues due to information from hosts. One huge plus was the gated development with an allocated parking spot. Access to shops and resort was perfect What a lovely and very peaceful location. Access to swimming pool just beyond our patio. Look forward to booking again with Iker & Julie in the near future.

Fuerteventura Relax and Fun

The property is cozy and has a nice home feel. The local contact person was excellent and most helpful and responsible and the owners provided a wonderful follow up before during and after our stay. The location is just perfect, a few minutes from the airport and centrally located in the Island so, given the geography of it, allows for shortest possible driving distance to see it all. Community is very tranquil for a nice relaxing time basking in the sun in the morning or early afternoon, but yet at walking distance from the sea side and many very lively dining and entertaining. We definetly recommend it and look forward to our coming back. The only very hard thing about it was having to leave!

A great apartment for a good price. We liked the location. Not so much to do in neighborhood. We like to walk and that was great. Next village about 2 km. Kitchen needs an update. No towels to dry the dishes and we think a few more bath towels should be great. A rental car is recommended. Pool is wel maintained. Perfect communication with the owners. Very friendly. Overall a fair price for the apartment.

We had a lovely time, beautiful suntrap terrace, nice walks to shops, great UK TV, very well equipped, a few local bars about 6 minute walk. Recommend Zanzibar (Taxi ride 4 euros), great bingo on Fridays. Taxis to Atlantica Shopping or Colete De Fuste 4 euros but also a lovely walk aprox 30 minutes. No need for car hire as great bus links and cheap Taxis. We must thank Cristina who looks after the apartment, we left a phone not realising until after we had checked in at the airport and God bless her she rushed from her home to the apartment and helped us (an Angel) we managed to catch our flight with phone and panic over... Thank You.

Wondeful holidays!

Even though the description of the house is very complete, we would like to add some things that are not included,or that we particularly liked. We stayed as a family of 4 the whole of august 2022 there. What we personally loved the most was to have the entrance of the pool, that opens with a card, directly in front of the terrrace gate. In case you´re asking yourself the same than us: yes, there is a bathtub in the bathroom of the house. ;) We were very surprised to find beach toys in the children´s room, together with a booster seat for the car. The bus station is in the corner of the gated comunity. The next supermarkt is 1 1/2 streets away walking. Lidl and Mercadona are 3 minutes away by car. There is a reserved parking space for the car. The rest is exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen is fully equiped, also for longer stays. The only things that they don´t have are an oven and a dishwasher. The rest is all there. There are 2 people that are (almost) everyday cleaning and taking care of the residential complex. They clean the pools (there are 2 of them), which are in very good condition, water the plants, take care of the walkways and that´s the reason why there are no insects or rubish laying around. The whole complex is very clean and neat. Normally it´s very quiet. Sara waited for us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to us and when we had questions later, she was very fast in answering and in looking for solutions. For cat-friends: there a some in the comunity, but dogs are not allowed. WiFi funktions really good, but the couverage in the children´s room it´s not strong enough. The rooms are very bright , but with sunshades, very helpful when the sun is very hot. Television channels in English, German, Spanish, Italian and Arabic. Communication with the owner of the house, Iker, was also VERY good! All in all: deserving 5 stars!

Nice with some upgrade needed

We booked for some winter sun, not quite at the last minute but just before Christmas 2022. The Villa is in a good location close to the airport (10 minutes) it was clean and perfectly laid out for a small family. It was generally well equipped, although it would’ve been nice to have three sun loungers that we’re all in good condition to use (there were three of us), unfortunately all of the outside furniture was damaged. I had to repair one Sunlounger and when I asked for proper sun loungers that were serviceable I was told to take them from the pool. There was also a broken chair, and if you looked closely, you could see that the filler needed some TLC and updating. The stairs vibrates very noisily when used, I was really concerned that there was a problem! The villa sits on a nice enclosed estate and while we were left at the gate attempting to get in for 45 minutes once the property has contacted us, she was there quickly to give us access, very frustrating. The details we were given via the web site were incorrect, i.e. when it gives you the icon that you assume would give you access to the property. There is nothing that actually does, the Wi-Fi code was wrong and all the information available was in Spanish! Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish and so this was a challenge. The local dining and bar opportunities are plentiful, but all themed around English food and huge portions of drink! There is also a curry house nearby! It may well be worth travelling into the capital which is a 15 or 20 minute trip away. This certainly has a more traditional Spanish feel to it and we found a couple of restaurants that were exceptional. There are a few local shops or selling a similar range of baked products and drink with a various selection of snack options. About a 20 minute walk away is a couple of supermarket, I would highly recommend the Supermercado!!! a fabulous, a fabulous range of fresh produce, including the only fresh seafood counter I saw. Pretty local throughout we stayed pretty local throughout the day, but did hire the electric scooters on a couple of occasions, just be careful, they are more expensive than the taxis. There is no golf, although the Villa mentions it in its title. There is no golf, not anywhere not nearby not visible. The sea is not 300 m away though reasonably close. I would suggest probably at least a mile, although the beach nearest shoe is not usable for sunbathing or leisure activities.

We would like to to inform you that we are quite surprised with your feedback about your waiting about your arrival, because our check in staff is always focused on providing our best service. You did not call Sara when you left the airport as we suggested. You only contacted Sara when you were already at the door of the private residential complex :( We are really surprised to read that the information was in Spanish. It is not true. We sent you an email on 05th of January 2023 with useful information in English. On the other hand, we inform you that the chair is already repaired and we will buy another sunloungers. From the bottom of our hearts, we are very sad that we could’t meet your expectations even that we tried from the begening to the end. Faires Appartement in einer geschlossenen Anlage, ruhig und mit Eigentümernutzung

Das Ferienhaus ist eine RH-Scheibe in der Siedlung Costa de Antigua; der Ort selbst ist steril, mit viel Beton und Hotel sowie einigen Bauruinen Richtung Küste, wo es immer unattraktiver wird. Die Anlage der Reihenhäuser ist gepflegt, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ruhig und völlig ok; wegen der Temperaturen war Anfang April noch kein Poolbetrieb vorhanden, dieser ist jedoch zeitlich bis abends zu humanen Zeiten limitiert; das Appartement ist gemütlich und für den Preis ok; wir haben es als Schlafstätte genutzt, da wir viel unterwegs waren; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig, Bars und Restaurants nicht fußläufig, die Anlage liegt im Einflussbereich des Airports, jedoch stötrt der Betrieb wenig und nachts ist es ruhig. Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit; wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, würden das nächste Mal jedoch wieder mehr Geld für die Unterkunft ausgeben und ein Einzelhaus wählen.

Kaution nicht zurückerstattet

Die Unterkunft ist okay. Mehr Handtücher und ein Badvorleger wären schön. Wir haben jedoch die Kaution nicht zurückerstattet bekommen aufgrund einer defekten Schublade im Kleiderschrank. Beim ersten Öffnen lockerte sich das Frontteil. Man kennt das von alten Malm-Kommoden, die irgendwann aufgeben... Mit böswilliger oder versehentlicher Zerstörung unsererseits hatte das nichts zu tun, sondern ist einfach der Qualität des Schrankes geschuldet. Leider war der Vermieter da nicht einsichtig, so dass wir die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen können.

Estimada Judith, En primer lugar, queremos agradecerle su tiempo en escribir un comentario sobre su estancia en Fuerteventura. Lamentablemente, y tal y como se le informó, no se le hizo la devolución de la fianza porque ustedes rompieron el cajón de una de las mesillas del dormitorio principal. El depósito se ha empleado en la reparación del mueble. El último día, a pesar de haber concertado la hora para la devolución de las llaves y la tarjeta magnética de la piscina con nuestro personal de check in, abandonaron la propiedad sin decir absolutamente nada y sin ningún aviso previo. Quizá porque sabían que habían causado desperfectos en el inmueble se fueron más de 20 minutos antes y no esperaron a que llegara Christina. Creemos que la educación es algo que no debe perderse nunca y ustedes no tuvieron un comportamiento correcto. Nuestro personal de check in estuvo buscándoles durante más de 30 minutos por las inmediaciones del complejo residencial para despedirse de ustedes, desearles buen viaje y, si hubiera procedido, hacerles la devolución del depósito correspondiente. Nuestro buen hacer y el amable trato al cliente está más que demostrado,sólo hace falta leer los comentarios y las altas puntuaciones que nos han otorgado los clientes que nos han visitado en los últimos cinco años. "Das Haus hat meine Erwar...

"Das Haus hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen!.Freundlicher Empfang. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, ist wirklich sehr sauber und absolut komplett eingerichtet, wie zu Hause. Wir genossen eine traumhafte Atmosphäre. Der Pool wurde 1x vom Hausmeister gereinigt, zusätzlich zur täglichen mehrfachen automatischen Reinigung durch eine Pumpe. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus. Da auch wir ein Mietauto zur Verfügung hatten, konnten wir alle schönen Orte der Insel leicht, relativ schnell und problemlos erreichen. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert und weiterzuempfehlen. Liebe Grüße von Carleigh u. Family"

Costa Golf Haus war der p...

Costa Golf Haus war der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Beschreibung im Internet entsprach exakt den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Unsere Ferienwoche in der Haus Costa Golf haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet nebst einer sehr geschmackvollen Inneneinrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, einer äusserst gut ausgestatteten Küche auch einen tollen Pool sowie einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich/Garten. Die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind sehr bequem. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge gut geeignet. Die lokale (englischsprechende) Ansprechpartnerin für die Costa Golf Haus war ebenso zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und flexibel (am Abreisetag ging unser Flieger erst um 18 Uhr und wir konnten die haus bis zur Abfahrt benutzen). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in dieser wunderbaren Das Haus Costa Golf!.

Residential complex - Fuerteventura GOLF 2

I have been coming to this island for a number of years. All of the local people and ex-pats make us feel very welcome. Great weather (most of the time!)... Be sure to wear suncream as you still get burnt through the clouds. Will be back next year.

A very quiet and peaceful location which was very clean and had a lovely communal pool and gardens. Fine kitchen and close to big supermarket. The only very hard thing about it was having to leave!

Excellent property! Lovely bright spacious rooms, spotless. Super WiFi and British TV channels! Great location, nice little bars and restaurants close by and lovely walk along the sea front to Caleta de Fuste. Would definitely return, loved this apartment and have no hesitation in recommending 😀

Estancia perfecta y relajada

El apartamento es precioso y amplio, limpio, muy bien equipado, muy tranquilo, cerca de restaurantes, bares, centros comerciales, playa, cines, etc. La tranquilidad que se respira en la urbanización en que se encuentra es imposible de mejorar, ningún ruido para poder dormir bien. Al encontrarse en el centro de la isla te permite desplazarte a cualquier punto de la misma en poco tiempo y disfrutar de tanta belleza como la que tiene. Nuestra estancia ha sido realmente fantástica, y desde aquí nuestro mas sincero agradecimiento tanto a Iker como a Cristina por su saber hacer, seriedad, honradez y sinceridad. Un abrazo y hasta pronto!!!

Magique!

Maison très très agréable, confort parfait!. Tout a été organisé. La résidence est très bien entretenue et la zone autour de la piscine est très agréable. La piscine est charmante. Une terrasse parfait et la décoration de la maison une merveille. La cuisine est bien équipée et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la mise à disposition d'une machine à laver ainsi que les draps et serviettes de toilettes. Le propriétaire est très disponible et vous indique avec plaisir les différentes façons de découvrir cette île. Un grand merci à Iker et Christine. vraiment...à conseiller!. Un très bon choix pour des vacances tranquilles. Nous y avons passé une semaine de rêves en famille. Nous avons déjà réservé notre prochain séjour...
