Wonderful holiday spent in Sestiere. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the ski lifts. And 2 minutes from the supermarket. We hired our skis from Rosanna ski hire right on the slopes.The aprtment was perfect, very clean and had all the utensils etc to make food, the beds were comfy and the toilet looked brand new. Antonio was the best host you could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble for him, helpful every step of the way. If we come back to sestiere we would love to stay here again.. thank you very much Antonio

Apartment overlooking slopes

Lovely flat with great views of the mountains and short walk to slopes but worth paying for a locker by slopes to leave your skis and boots. Just note that there's no oven in the flat when buying food to cook. Antonio very nice guy.

Apartment very nice, clean, functional and friendly receipt on arrival.

We stayed with 3 adults and experienced it as being perfect. Antonio is very helpful, reacts promptly on messages and the apartment is in a good state and nicely located in the centre of Sestriere. It has a new bathroom, no bath but a shower, very nice. It was a small walk to the slopes, but would advise to hire a locker at the slopes when you go there for skiing. We do not like to walk 200-300 meters uphill with skiboots and skis every day. But that is what you want. It is focused on the south and has a sunny view on the mountains.

If I can manage I will return the next year. Warm apartment with all necessary equipment. Great mountain view. 5 min. walk to the ski area, shops, restaurants, and a swimming pool. And a great host!

Parfait séjour dans cet appartement chaleureux

Très agréable séjour de ski dans cet appartement où l'on s'est senti tout de suite bien. Accueil assuré par le gardien sympathique et très bonne communication avec le propriétaire à l'écoute de nos besoins. L'appartement est décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé. La salle de bain est optimisée et très design. Il est bien situé avec une vue grandiose sur le domaine skiable de Sestrière. le parking couvert était un plus appréciable.

Excellent accueil par le propriétaire

Logement très agréable, avec une très belle vue. 10 mn à pieds des pistes. Avec un parking et surtout, ce que ne précisait pas l’annonce, il est inutile de s’encombrer de consommables ménagers type liquide vaisselle, nettoyant sol, sel, poivre, huile, draps, serviettes de bain etc…puisque tout est totalement mis à disposition sur place par le propriétaire 👍. Ce qui permet de voyager léger. Un grand merci.

Great apartment, very spacious and Antonio was a fantastic host.

Many thanks Antonio. A lovely clean and spacious apartment. We had a great time. Antonio even provided walking maps for us. We booked skis and a locker direct with Ada Sports who provided a superb service. We enjoyed the wine and biscuits left for us. The only down side was the disco which played loud music long into the night.

Appartamento Fantastico !!!

Dopo aver prenotato il soggiorno, sono stato contattato dal proprietario Sig. Antonio che con la sua gentilezza mi ha illustrato ogni minimo particolare riguardo a cosa avrei trovato nell'appartamento al mio arrivo. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort (ottima la lavastoviglie ed i fornelli a gas) e dista a circa 2 min dalla piazza principale di Sestriere e a circa 7 min dalla Scuola Nazionale di Sci nonché dalle piste da sci. Le due enormi vetrate del soggiorno e della camera da letto che danno sul terrazzo di proprietà regalano una vista mozzafiato: io e la mia famiglia ci siamo goduti la spettacolare fiaccolata dei maestri di sci del 30/12/'19 ed i fuochi d'artificio del 31/12'19 stando sul magnifico terrazzo. Pulizie dell'appartamento al TOP con possibilità di usufruire delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. Posto auto al coperto molto comodo con apertura del portone di ingresso e di uscita elettronicamente con apposita chiave. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sul tavolo due calici, una bottiglia di vino ed un panettone come biglietto di benvenuto. Grazie di tutto Sig. Antonio per la sua gentilezza che ha dimostrato e complimenti per il vostro gioiello di appartamento: ci vedremo sicuramente il prossimo inverno! Gaetano

Sestriere e’ sempre bella, sia d’estate che d’inverno. Quest’anno abbiamo conosciuto il Signor Antonio che con la sua cortese ospitalità ci ha accolto nel suo appartamento , a pochi passi dal centro ed alle piste, dove tutto era in ordine, pulito, organizzato e la vista splendida sulle montagne ha fatto da cornice alle nostre giornate. Sehr schöne Fewo mit toller Aussicht

Sehr bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, die Betten im eigentlichen Schlafzimmer sind für größere Personen nicht geeignet. Funktionelle Küche mit guter Austattung an Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr. Küche allerdings ohne Herd und Microwelle. Wir haben die Fewo mit zwei Personen bewohnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Well kept apartment, less than 10 mins from piste.

Antonio is very responsive to messages and was very helpful with my questions. The apartment is warm, attractive and well maintained with lovely views of the mountains. There are plenty of cooking pans, plates, utensils, etc. The sofa bed in the lounge was comfy and there are plenty of bedding and towels and we were left a welcoming bottle of wine, Christmas decorations and Panetone! There are 4 more single beds. The bath at the end of the day was welcoming and there was plenty of hot water. Further to someone's previous review, there is now a kettle and pot cups-perfect for us tea dependant Brits! The apartment is lovely and close to town (take earplugs if you're sensitive to bar noise!) and piste with an indoor/outdoor communal pool nearby. You can get indoor locker hire by the piste for €10 per day for a double locker to save carrying skis and boots. Lots of places to eat in town and on piste at reasonable prices. Cafe at bottom of Borgata piste very good value. Can recommend taking a taxi from Oulx train station: €50 each way with 4 suitcases. Antonio can give you a contact. Sestriere was lovely to ski and less expensive than France. It snowed the week before we arrived but then sunshine all week. There was plenty of skiing due to supplement by snow cannons and resort height. Queues were minimal and a good variety of runs. We would happily stay here again :-) Thanks Antonio!

Excellent apartment

Thanks Antonio for a great stay in Sestriere. We didn’t know the area but loved it. The apartment was warm and well equipped and well placed. The tip to hire a ski locker was good, as we could have walked the 10 mins after a long day on the slopes but saved our tired legs instead. Lovely apartment with great views. Lovely little apartment, right in the centre of Sestriere and close to slopes, shops, bars etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment was very nice, small and compact but very comfortable and good value for money. There was everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable and it's location close to slopes, restaurants and shops made it perfect for both skiing and apres ski. Antonio left us a bottle of local red wine as a welcoming gift which was very much appreciated! Just a couple of small things - the kitchen was quite well equipped but didn't have a kettle. We had to boil a pan of water every time we wanted to make tea, which was a bit annoying and the plastic tea cups were not up to the job of containing boiling water - 2 of them exploded as we put boiling water into them after a couple of days use, which caused us some alarm! Also, the apartment does not have wifi. This was quite a disappointment as the local wifi coverage is very patchy. Most people like to stay connected these days, even on holiday so the lack of wifi was a bit of a problem for us. Overall I would highly recommend the apartment. It has stunning views of the mountains and was an enjoyable place to stay for our week in Sestriere. With the addition of a kettle and wifi it would be even better. Thank you Antonio!

Una Bellissima Vacanza di Sci e Relax

Dopo 20 anni sono finalmente tornato nella mia amata Via Lattea, rivedere quei posti e quelle piste in mezzo agli alberi mi ha riportato splendidi ricordi. Con la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento arredato con grande gusto e comodo in tutti i dettagli. La vista dalle vetrate di fronte alle piste di Sestriere è un quadro che cambia ogni giorno e siamo stati davvero bene, abbiamo sentito il calore di casa e dormito molto comodi. Approfittando del deposito Sci e Scarponi al deposito a bordo piste abbiamo goduto appieno le nostre gite tra i monti. Antonio è un proprietario disponibile e premuroso e consigliamo davvero il suo appartamento per le vacanze sia invernali che estive utilizzando il grande terrazzo a disposizione. Una Vacanza di Totale Sci e Relax per la Famiglia

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, comodissimo al centro e arredato con gusto in tutti i dettagli, la posizione è splendida con una vista mozzafiato sulle piste e le montagne di Sestriere, ogni giorno un quadro diverso. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo dormito comodi e al rientro da ogni giornata di Sci abbiamo potuto godere del vero Relax che emana la casa. Antonio è un proprietario gentile e premuroso. Comodo il posto auto coperto e il grande terrazzo utilizzabile anche in Estate. Torneremo sicuramente. Un caro saluto Adriano Paola e Leonardo

Appartamento di alta qualità e molto gradevole

L'appartamento e ottimo per la qualità, la decorazione personale bella, la vista meraviliosa, e la tranquillita, un po dietro la piazzetta centrale, pur rimando molto vicino del departo sci. Letti ottimi, accoglianza (tra il custode) molto gentile, ci ha guidato al parcheggio sotteraneo; e c'era molto attenzione di Antonio per assicurarsi che tutto sia bene. Una cosa che non dipende di Antonio e che lo wifi generale di Sestriere "bandablu" è quasi inesistente in orari tipo 16:00-19:00, diventendo un po piu utilizzabile nella notte. Detaglio: Il bagno è buono, pero il flusso d'acquà della doccia proprio, è abbastanza caldo, pero è un po piu debole del solito (il tubo interno non permite piu). Abbiamo utilizzato combinazione di flusso bagno (flusso principale, generoso) che faceva un tipo di compensazione.
