Great location, great price, great place, great host!

Ilona is a great host who met us on time in an easy to find place. The apartment is very near the Keleti train station and to a Hop On Hop Ofd bus stop. The apartment was clean and had a wash machine! Yay! My husband and I were very comfortable there and we were just there in May, 2018!

Peaceful location

We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2017 and found the apartment and location perfect for our needs. The apartment was in a quite area just a 3 minute walk from a metro station, had a grocery store across the street, and several restaurants within a few minutes walk. Even though we had the BudaCard, we still walked downtown a few times as it was an enjoyable walk. Llona was at the apartment when we arrived and provided us a map, some valuable information on Budapest, and showed us how to use the keys & fob for the front door. Currently the building is have some construction done on it, but this did not affect our enjoyment of the apartment. There was never any noise from the construction while we were in the apartment. Note that we were required to pay a $100 euro security deposit to Homeaway. Homeaway does not send the deposit to Llona, but instead was refunded by Homeaway with in a week of leaving the apartment.

4 dagen in Boedapest

Het apartement is groot en zeer proper. Het bed in de slaapkamer is zeer comfortabel. Het apartement kan goed verwarmd worden met gaskachels, in de badkamer is er echter niets (dus toch wel wat koud in februari). De keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om basic te koken. Een bescheiden hoeveelheid kruiden, koffie en thee, suiker en zout ... is aanwezig. De ligging is ideaal: vlakbij een metrostation, aan de overzijde van de straat een kleine supermarkt en op wandelafstand ook een kleine markt met vers fruit en groenten, vlees en brood. Het appartement is erg rustig gelegen omdat het niet aan de straatzijde ligt. Let wel... de tweede verdieping is in dergelijke oude, vroeger erg majestueuze gebouwen een 60-tal traptreden hoog! En er is geen lift, gelukkig wel een gemakkelijke, brede trap. De eigenaar (Ilona) is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lieve en Dirk (55+)

Great Holiday

The apartment was located in an excellent location and was perfect for what we needed. Ilona provided travel guides and gave us advice on where to visit and the best places to eat. We couldn't have asked for anything more, especially for the price.

Good location, good appartment, nice owner.

We were two adults with two kids. The appartment, although situated in an old building, is new, clean and just what we needed. Very close to main street and Oktogon sq. We also used the taxis arranged by the owner, to reach the app. from the airport and back. Ilona, the owne,r provided us also with extra information and she was extremely kind.

Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo appartamento

Dal 31 agosto al 07 settembre 2014, io mia moglie e il mio cane abbiamo trascorso in questo appartamento una splendida settimana. Appartamento molto comodo, pulito, la proprietaria ha effettuato delle migliorie dello stesso che ci ha permesso di essere ospitati in modo ancora più confortevole, Non posso che confermare tutto ciò che ho scritto lo scorso anno. Poi la signora proprietaria, persona semplice, gentilissima, e disponibilissima che ringraziamo di cuore per il gentile accoglimento riservatoci. Invito a tutti di prenotare questo appartamento. appartement confortable et calme

Appartement conforme au descriptif ,la propriétaire Ilona est très gentille et parle très bien le Francais . L appart est situe a environ 200 metres de la ligne de métro n° 1 ( ligne jaune ) station Vorosmarty . Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine a Budapest ,les conseils de Ilona nous ont été très utiles . Nous recommanderons cet appartement qui donne sur une cour intérieure , donc très calme et parfaitement sécurisé . Pour venir de l aéroport prendre le bus E200 qui vous repose a la station Kobanya-kispest ( ligne bleu n°3) descendre a Deak-ferenc-ter pour prendre la ligne 1 en direction de Mexikoi ut et quitter le métro a Vorosmarty .. le cout total par personne est de 700 Forints soit environ 2€30 pour 1 heure 10 de trajet...

Ilona est extrêmement charmante, serviable et généreuse.. L'appartement est très bien situé, assez proche du centre, au calme d'une cour intérieure ; l'extérieur n'est pas en très bel état mais immeuble avec beaucoup de charme (bourgeois un peu fané..)..fer forgé, hauteurs sous plafond , cour intérieure.. Excellente situation à 5 mn à pied de la station de métro Vörosmarty utca (ligne jaune la plus ancienne et la plus pittoresque) proche de la place Oktogon et Liszt, du théâtre, de multiples cafés et restaurants.....possible aussi d'effectuer une bonne partie des visites à pied ..à savoir que le réseau des transports en commun est dense et très bien conçu Budapest est une ville splendide à taille humaine et très romantique... de nombreux musées, jolies promenades, les bains thermaux ...et le DANUBE......les habitants sont charmants ...j'y suis déjà venue 3 fois et reviendrai

Appartement très bien situé

Appartement très bien situé ( tout peut se faire à pied ),confortable,très calme, spacieux et bien équipé. Un transfert très pratique aéroport/appart est proposé. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui parle français et qui se fera un plaisir de vous conseiller sur votre séjour.

"El apartamento se ajusta a la descripción, y el recibimiento de la propietaria fue estupendo (muy amable con su ayuda, con las explicaciones y el taxi al aeropuerto muy económico). El apartamento está limpio y bien equipado. Pero en su anuncio no señala que el edificio está en mal estado y las obras de mantenimiento provocan mucha suciedad. Algunas paredes tienen manchas de humedades (ya secas) y hay basura acumulada en algunos rincones del edificio. A pesar del precio tan económico no lo recomiendo hasta que no terminen las obras del edificio."

"Vi ringrazio per la recensione. I lavori di manutenzione in palazzo sono finiti, si trattava di imbiancare il muro all'entrata e cambiare il rivestimento murale. Posso capire che questi lavori comportavano sporcizia e inconvenienti per la gente che ci abita. Ora il palazzo e in piú ordine, pulito e i lavori sono finiti. Thank you for your review. The maintenance work in the building are finished, it was whitewash the wall at the entrance and change the wallcovering. I can understand that these jobs entailed dirt and inconvenience to the people who live there. Now the building is quiet and plus clean and more order, the works are finished.

Consigliatissimo

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e comoda per tutti gli spostamenti, con la fermata della metro gialla a due minuti a piedi. Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 4 notti e nonostante il freddo la casa era calda e accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima (parla anche molto bene in italiano) sia nella comunicazione che una volta giunti a Budapest. Non spaventatevi per la facciata, l'appartamento è in ottime condizioni e il condominio ci è sembrato particolarmente tranquillo.

A Budapest tornerò sempre in questa casa!

Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per chiunque voglia visitare Budapest,la sistemazione è veramente centrale, a 10 minuti da piazza Oktogon. La casa è bella, spaziosa e dispone di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria si è dimostrata una persona speciale per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e allegria. Inoltre io e la mia amica siamo state da lei aiutate l'ultimo giorno a risolvere un imprevisto!

"Ho trascorso con mia moglie 10 giorni in questo appartamento. Alla Signora Ilona (proprietaria) va il mio sentito ringraziamento per la gentilezza e grande disponibilità dimostrata,l''appartamento e veramente centrale e ben servito da tutti i mezzi pubblici. L''appartamento è molto comodo, pulito e molto tranquillo. Rispetta assolutamente a quanto indicato nella scheda. Inoltre la Signora Ilona, è stata molto gentile di accompagnarci per farci vedere la città, debbo dire che è una persona veramente squisita. E sicuramente quando tornerò a Budapest tornerò in questo magnifico appartamento, che assolutamente lo consiglio a tutti. Un grazie affettuoso alla signora Ilona. Gianfranco e Anna"

Semplicemente perfetto. L...

Semplicemente perfetto. L'appartamento è in posizione ideale per visitare la meravigliosa città di Budapest, sia a piedi sia in termini di distanza (irrisoria) dai mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, di giorno e di notte. La casa è fornitissima e curata, pulita e accogliente. Sarete sorpresi e soddisfatti. Anche i particolari, tutti curati. Ilona, la proprietaria, è stata con noi disponibilissima. Ci ha fornito indicazioni sulla città e grazie al suo ottimo Italiano è stato piacevole trascorrere un po' di tempo con lei a parlare. Se ci tornerei? Non se: lo farò. A breve tornerò a Budapest e non potrei pensare soluzione differente. Consigliatissimo!

"Appartamento molto bello e completo di ogni opotional (tutti i possibili elettrodomestici e fantastico wifi), in una zona centrale con facile accesso ovunque (terme, piste pattinaggio, monumenti in centro, fermate mezzi pubblici), possibilità di parcheggio auto su strada sotto casa. La proprietaria sig.ra Ilona è stata gentilissima e piena di attenzioni (dal benvenuto iniziale, ai suggerimenti vari per visitare nel migliore dei modi la città, alla disponibilità a farci partire ad un orario notturno di nostra comodità). Da consigliare vivamente anche considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo"

"Quando arrivate all''appartamento non inorridite per il palazzo l''atmosfera ricorda il film Schindler''s List, ma per questo ancora più suggestivo e affascinante (è in attesa di ristrutturazione). In compenso l''appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell''annuncio, anzi di più ed è fornito di ogni comodità. Ilona, la proprietaria, vi accoglierà con il suo sorriso a qualsiasi ora arriviate anche in piena notte, ed è pronta a darvi tutte le dritte sulla città, è veramente una persona splendida e il suo modo di accogliere gli ospiti unico con il suo calore e la sua simpatia. L''appartamento è situato in una posizione centralissima da cui muovervi comodamente per tutti i principali siti d''interesse nelle diverse zone della città, ed è ben servito da bus e metro linea 1. "ho soggiornato io ed una mia amica per 6 notti. l''appartamento è molto confortevole,pulito e nuovo. si trova al centro di budapest ed ottimamente collegato con i mezzi pubblici: a soli 2 minuti di cammino a piedi c''è sia la metro che l''autobus. il quartiere è molto sicuro e tranquillo ,anche di notte. la padrona di casa è stata gentilissima: all''arrivo in appartamento,ci ha fatto da guida personale sulla città,indicandoci dove poter andare e dove evitare le solite trappole per turisti. era sempre disponibile nel caso avessimo avuto bisogno di lei. ci ha fornito lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti. l''appartamento è dotato di ogni elettrodomestico : microonde,bollitore,macchina per caffè,forno,lavatrice,aspirapolvere..sembrava di stare a casa propria. inoltre è molto luminoso,è anche molto caldo con un ottimo impianto di riscaldamento. in definitiva,consiglio vivamente questo appartamento"

"Appena tornati. L''appartamento è comodo e davvero centrale. La metro è a 100 metri, così come viale Andràssy. La proprietaria è molto gentile e simpatica. I suoi consigli sono stati molto utili. Spero di tornarci presto."

"The apartment is located in the historical centre of Budapest, not far from the Metro station and very close to the Western train station. The apartment has everything necessary for travelers. Ilona tips about the city and its fascinating places really helped, and the mistress of a very pleasant Companion. If you live in a small company, it''s definitely one of the best options. "l''appartement est conforme aux photos, très bien équipé, propre et confortable. On se sent bien, comme à la maison! Il est très bien situé, à deux pas de la rue Andrassy, du métro, des commerces au coin de la rue. MERCI à Ilona,pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilité tout au long de mon séjour. "
