Cleanliness not to my standards, refrigerator leaked every four days, dishwasher door only opened half way. Needed to watch the stove and other electrical items so a breaker didn’t blow. Table and umbrella in the back yard deteriorated and could not be used. The location was very good for us,

Phoenix Barrett-Jackson Trip

Home is a new rental and was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The bed were very comfortable. A few expected amenities were missing but we left suggestions for the owner. Know you will not have any television, access to garage, or comfortable patio furniture. Location was good for Barrett and other area amenities.

Yes, the guests were great people and not sure they were aware this was a new rental on the market. We have taken their feedback and we already had plans to implement some of the small "nice nice" comfort items they listed out and will be easily ready for our next guest. We appreciate their business and look forward to hosting our next guests!

Disappointed

The condition of the property is over stated. Owners personal belongings demonstrate he is living mostly there. Lacked space for our food. Dishwasher hard to use door could not open all the way. We made out ok. Wouldn’t have been so disappointed if we hadn’t paid top price. No monthly discounts. Luke T seemed very nice and the location was good.

Host was great to work with. Pool was clean and house was too. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. Grocery store is just five minutes up the road. Everything is 25 minutes away at most. Neighborhood felt quiet and safe.

Perfect Location

The house and location were perfect as I was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and it wasn’t far from the hospital at all. Mr Timpe was very accommodating and helpful in helping us find our surroundings and checking in often to see if we needed anything. His efforts were much appreciated. Thanks again Luke!

Well appointed, roomy accommodation in good location

This roomy stand alone home was as described on the web site. We did not use the pool as it was not quite warm enough in February, but the outdoor fireplace was inviting on a few chilly evenings. The seating areas, both inside and out, were very comfortable, as were the bedrooms. The unit was clean and the owner was very accommodating and attentive. It was an excellent location for us, situated about 15-20 minutes from both the city area of Phoenix and good local hiking areas. It was close enough to major thoroughfares and main highways so that we were able to make longer trips without a problem.

Nice cozy convenient

Great home with easy access to all the local amenities, restaurants and freeways. Nice pool and a private back yard with nice barbecue x2. Beds and bedding is soft which is what I want when traveling. Will definitely stay again. Luke, the property manager, was great. He is very attentive and was willing to go the extra mile...even checked in periodically via text to make sure we were all good. Would definitely recommend this property. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING LUKE!!

Perfect, worry-free vacation home

This house was exactly what we hoped it would be. Fully stocked, clean, comfortable, and Luke was amazing with communication. Perfect space for our family of four to relax and enjoy being outside in the pool, grilling, and off the iPads. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and mini golf so we found plenty to do during our stay.

Great Communication!

Luke was terrific to work with, we really felt he cared about our stay by reaching out numerous times to see if we needed anything. Home was very clean & well stocked. Our one regret was we didn't get to use the fireplace on patio as we got home too late every night We loved our relaxing mornings in the peaceful back yard listening to the birds. Enjoyed large couch to watch the basketball tournament. If there was one thing we would recommend is a couple of lounge chairs to lay around the pool.

Relaxing stay

Great experience with this location and with Luke. We live in the Midwest so our main objective is a space to relax and enjoy the warm temps and sunshine and this patio was perfect. Too cold for swimming while we were there but enjoyed fires in the outdoor fireplace. Located right by grocery store with easy access to main roads and interstate. Comfortable beds and pillows

Christmas with the Grandkids

We live in Alabama and our son and his family live in Phoenix Arizona. We prefer to stay in a house over a hotel if we are staying anywhere more than a couple days. We found Luke's house on VRBO that showed it to be near our sons home in north Phoenix. The house was and clean and nice just as the pictures and description showed on line. Luke kept in touch with us before we arrived and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was OK, which it was. The house was in walking distance to our sons house, easy access to anything else you might need or want to do in the Phoenix area. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back for another visit.
