Ask about the event space, The Chestnut Event Space, in the backyard if you need a place with plenty of seating for your guests to gather! You can have meals catered there and have a relaxing space where your large group can sit down in one area. You may add The Chestnut Event Space for an additional fee.

This beautiful 4 bedroom home is only located 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to downtown! The Magnolia has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The home holds up to 8 adults.

As soon as you enter Magnolia, expect to be greeted with elegant modern decor and the comfort of a true southern home! The main living room and kitchen are open to one another and the perfect place to watch an Alabama football game or hang out with family. The four bedrooms are located along the left side of the home.

Out back there are grills, grilling utensils, and plenty of space - perfect for an outdoor bbq before a game! The backyard is shared between the other 2 houses in the complex - Pecan and Oak.

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
