Located in the forest beach area 2 1/2 blocks to the beach. This is an end unit on a cul-de-sac. This property features a brick-lined gated patio space to enjoy the outdoors. This condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an on-site pool and several amenities within walking distance. Coligny plaza is 1/2 mile which features shops, restaurants, and nightly activities. Forest Beach is not a gated community, and offers miles of sandy beaches and fun for all ages. Hilton Head Beach Club has remodeled this condo with a fun beach feel. The kitchen has been updated and equipped with everything you will need for your family to enjoy your beach vacation. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs. This private location is perfect for relaxing, come and enjoy!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place had what we wanted- 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room connected, 2 bathrooms and a short walk to the beach. And I understand that places in the beach are high turnover rate and our place was done by 1-2 PM. But maybe spend the extra time cleaning behind couch, tvs, baseboards, etc. The first or second night AND the last night there we saw a cockroach. Several bugs were seen inside the premise regularly. The WiFi was very slow and someone with us said their phone said the WiFi was unsecure. The dining room chairs were pretty dirty.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in check out process and good communication. Clean and ready when promised. Easy walk to beach. We loved our credit with VayK Life that helped us out with bike rentals for the family which was a HUGE hit all week with the kids. Only wish there was a bigger pool but that is not a deal breaker for us. Would stay again!

The rental is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which feels much longer when towing a beach cart and walking in dry sand. The unit smelled musty when we arrived but Seashore Vacations brought us an ozone generator right away when I told them about the smell. The courtyard is really nice for storing beach gear and for kids to play in.

Great Location

Location was great and Hilton Head is great. Can walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Place wasn’t as clean as I thought was expecting. Not sure if the kitchen was even swept. Place smells a little musty. Could also use some upgrading. Fridge also leaks. Overall we had a fun trip.

There was plenty of space and all the accommodations we needed. We had stayed in a similar unit in previous years and it was as expected. A little older and dated but clean and well maintained. There were same issues with doors that would stay open or latch closed when needed. Unfortunately we were there during a tropical storm so we spent a mot of time in the unit. Communication from management was great and we never lost power.

The floor was so dirty that we realized it had turned the bottom of our feet black within a few minutes of unloading then removing our shoes. I don’t believe the floor has ever been mopped. The beds were all very uncomfortable. The headboards for the twin beds weren’t even attached to the bed and almost fell over onto my child. There was a foul smell in the house- maybe mildew or smoke? The only good thing about this rental was the proximity to the beach & activities. Other villas in the complex looked abandoned and run down. I wouldn’t stay at this complex again, and would think twice before renting from this company again since I assume they manage the cleanliness of the units.

Great Place to Stay - Highly Recommend

Ideal location - short walk to beach, shops, restaurants, churches and more. Able to watch the HHI St Patrick's day parade also only a couple blocks away. Villa was clean, had everything we needed plus more. This is a end unit which was very quiet during our stay. We did have a couple issues with the internet connection being slow but usually resolved by resetting the router. Only real suggestion is a thoroughly cleaning of the 1st floor tiled floors more often as our socks were rather dirty at the end of the day. We will be back.

Tried to enjoy the patio but it needed a manicure and sprayed for bugs. There were mosquitoes flying inside, we tried to find the source but couldn't so we all sat around scratching and had bites all over our bodies. I would be firing the person who is responsible for cleaning. The floors were very dirty. I've never had an experience as bad as this since staying in a nasty motel. I wouldn't recommend this place. Sorry 😟

Would stay here again!

Perfect little spot with all the necessities. Our little ones loved playing on the closed in patio! Check in and out was super easy and it’s just a short walk to the beach that we could easily do with our two 3yr olds. Pool is right there as well!
