So glad you enjoyed your stay, we are so sorry about the plants, mats and linen in the cupboards but the owner likes these things. This condo is priced lower than the other condos.

Thank you for your review of your stay! We were glad to hear that you were quite happy with the location and the views, but we were disappointed in ourselves regarding the level of maintenance issues that you mentioned. Please know that this was not up to our own internal standards, and we have since investigated and addressed the concerns you have raised and have made sure everything is in working order. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

Thank you for sharing your comments about your recent stay. We apologize that you found the unit dated; owners are always encouraged to update their condos. We are pleased that you appreciated the fantastic location, views and fully equipped kitchen. We value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for future vacation plans.

Aloha Norma and thank you for taking the time to share the feedback from your recent stay! How lucky to have an uke jam session just 5 minutes from your condo! I'll have to check that out! Because of settling, windows in some older condos do sometimes have issues when winds pick up. Fortunately, that doesn't happen very often here and we were happy to hear your husband managed to correct the situation. Sounds like we missed the mark on the pots and pans and underneath the bed and couch; this is definitely not up to our standards either. We'll notify housekeeping right away. Next time, please call your property manager who can remedy these types of issues during your stay in order to make sure you have a great stay.

Mahalo for choosing to stay with Captain Cook Resorts and the great review and recommendation! We're so glad your visit was enjoyable. We look forward to seeing you again on your next visit.

Aloha and thank you for sharing your comments about your recent stay. We are delighted that you appreciated the excellent location of this great condo. This condo was updated just a few years ago. We understand that decor and mattress firmness is a personal preference, and we are sorry you didn't find it as comfortable as you would like. I will pass your feedback on to the team and we look forward to your next visit to Waikiki!

Mahalo for taking the time to share your recent experience at Waikiki Park Heights 1511. We are sorry to hear of the problems you encountered. We understand that mattress firmness is a personal preference, and we are sorry you didn't find it as comfortable as you would like. We have followed up with your concerns in regards to the A/C. At check in it is explained that the A/C operates best at 70 degrees which is what the building maintenance recommends. A quick call to your Property Manager to let us know you were uncomfortable, and we would have checked the setting and lowered it to your comfort. We have inspected the unit and do not find any sound proof issues. Waikiki can have strong trade winds, and sometimes if the Lanai doors are not closed properly it can be noisy and whistle. We do value you as a customer and hope you will keep us in mind for your future vacation rental plans.
