Located just 5 minutes from the iconic village of Saint-Paul de Vence and within easy reach of Nice, this stunning contemporary villa offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in the South of France.

Perched in a peaceful, elevated position, the property spans two levels and features spacious interiors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and multiple terraces with breathtaking views of the sea, Saint-Paul village, and the surrounding forest.

Upstairs, the main entrance opens onto a bright living and dining area, along with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The space extends to an 80m² terrace with a large dining area and a built-in BBQ—perfect for al fresco meals. This level also includes a luxurious master suite with ample closet space, a bathroom with both a tub and walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Downstairs, a second generous living area leads directly to a large terrace and a beautiful infinity pool surrounded by lush greenery and sea views. Stunning home in perfect location

We loved everything about this home — the chic decor, ample space inside and out, stocked kitchen, and the incredible pool with views of the sea and St. Paul de Vence. The host was gracious and easy to communicate with. We’d happily return for future trips.

Our host (Florence) was responsive and attentive. This house was larger than we expected and the combination of privacy and a breath-taking view made it a perfect location. I/we would highly recommend this property as it's literally 5 mins aways from St. Paul De Vence and within 45mins of towns well worth visiting including: Gourdon, Mougins, Cannes, Eze Village & Antibes. In summary, awesome host, great location and beautiful property, we would stay there again if we ever returned to this area.

Absolutely amazing!!

We had a wonderful time at this villa in La Colle sur Loop. The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed dinners on the terrace - the views were simply amazing. Our family also loved the infinity pool. It was so nice to relax and cool off there after a day of sightseeing. The owners are very kind and warm people. They were so welcoming and helpful with restaurant and bakery suggestions! We hope to return for another stay very soon!

Terrific

We stayed at this villa for a week in June 2017. The house is beautiful and is in a great location only a few minutes walk from Colle Sur Soup where there are some great restaurants. The villa is also only twenty minutes walk or so from St Paul de Vence. The view is stunning and the infinity pool was great. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa for those looking for a house near to a village with great views. The people who own the villa, and their friend Caroline who showed us around and checked us in/out, were also charming - extremely helpful and cooperative. We had an amazing holiday, largely because of the villa and would certainly book it again. We cannot think of a single negative comment to write! Andrew W

nice villa in beautiful surrounding

Très beau week end dans cette belle villa. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Caroline, qui nous a donné toutes les explications et de bons conseils. La communication avec la propriétaire a aussi été très facile et rapide. La maison est très agréable, la vue est incroyable, la piscine était un plus très appréciée par toutes les générations (de 3 à 92 ans !) La villa est idéalement située et très au calme. St Paul de Vence et la Colle sur Loup sont à quelques kilomètres. La fondation Maeght est toute proche et à ne pas manquer. Beaucoup de commerce à proximité. Bref tout a été parfait. Merci d'avoir partagé votre jolie et spacieuse maison. A très bientôt. Valérie

Perfect house for a memorable family holiday

The house was so nice! Best ever! The views are amazing from the porch. The kitchen is fully equipped and the Mexican BBQ is clean and working perfectly . The hosts, Christophe and Florence are very welcoming and friendly. I loved everything about our stay. Very functional house with attention to detail. The decoration is also well chosen with Mexican art. We will be back!!!

Vues exceptionnelles sur les villages de Saint-Paul de Vence et de la Colle-sur-Loup, et jusqu'à la mer. Position dominante et au calme. Espaces extérieurs particulièrement agréables. Maison très confortable et bien équipée. Localisation idéale pour rayonner dans l'arrière-pays niçois et vers le littoral. Propriétaires sympas et de bon conseil !

Wonderful sunny Villa

The 10 days in Provence was an unforgettable memsory thanks to the sunny, spacious and beautiful villa. 7 of us stayed in the villa and it was such a comfortable place as it had so much space both inside and outside. The terrace had a panoramic view of Nice and St Paul de Vence and it had so many options of good quality restaurants surrounded close by. Due to the still early time of Summer, we couldn't dip into the swimming pool but surely next time when we come back! Thank you very much for the lovely stay.

Wonderful Stay on the French Riviera

My wife and I and eight of our friends traveled across to the French Riviera to attend my sons wedding and have a holiday at the same time. The Villa was a fabulous base and we had every comfort and plenty of space. The infinity pool was a refreshing place to cool off after returning from our day trips and the view across the villages and out to the Mediterranean was fantastic. It was a short walk to the local village of La Colle sur Loupe and also to the lovely village of St Paul De Vence I would certainly stay there again on the next visit and can thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay in that area.
