Fantastic! Highly recommended

The villa is lovely, even better than the in the photos. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is great (big too) both of which make for a relaxing experience. The villa has everything you need and is very comfortable. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children and we never felt crowded. There are lots of different places to sit outside which means you can seek out a bit of peace. Ana is an excellent host and is on hand if you need anything. She went above and beyond for us providing a cake and other treats for a special birthday on the day of our arrival. We can't thank her enough. The location of the villa is good. You are in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of everything. Supermarket just 5 minutes, beautiful old town 10 minutes and down to the beach about 20 minutes. Looking forward to going back very soon - in October we hope.

Lovely villa in a lovely surrounding

A beautiful 1925 Spanish villa and we had a great stay on our 10-day holiday at this site. Our original booking was not available so we got offered this bigger location. Due to delay we arrived late at night but the reception of the owners was still very nice and thorough. The villa is nice and well decorated in Spanish style and easily suitable for 8 persons. Besides the villa we really enjoyed the garden and its surrounding. it was so spacious you could sit everywhere and make your seat where you like. The parcel is built up around lemon and apple trees and all kinds of plants etc which makes it a very green area and we loved that in particular (this in contrast to buildings with only a terrace around the boulevard area). You kind of get the feeling you’re in your second home abroad. The swimming pool was still chilly during our period of stay (late april 2016) but that is common at that time and we fixed that by bringing shorty’s for our children (Tip). Location wise the villa was ideal with short approaches to the town, beaches and the roads to other town and cities. The were a lot of facilities (WiFI, swimming pool, new flat screen television, table tennis table) and any further questions were quickly responded by the owners. All in all a splendid location and had a great stay.

Amazing stay, amazing villa, amazing hosts!

Can't recommend this villa enough! The photos do not do it justice. There is so much space inside and outside. The owners are amazing, picked us up when we got lost and couldn't find the villa, had drinks and fruit for when we arrived and even brought round birthday sweets and wine when I mentioned it was our birthdays. They were contactable the whole time for any recommendations or issues. There is a trampoline, swings and obviously the pool to keep children occupied and lots of different socialising space for the adults. It's within walking distance to shops and the beach although a bit of a steep walk on the way back! In comparison to other villas in the area I think it is such good value for money and we would not go anywhere else if returning to the area.

Excellent stay, would definitely visit again!

We stayed at the villa for a week in July 21 and couldn’t fault it. Ana met us upon arrival to show us around the villa. She was also exceptionally helpful with any questions we had- whether about the villa or our requests for local takeaway recommendations! The villa was perfect for our needs- a family of 9 adults and one toddler. Bedrooms were lovely (air conditioning was excellent) and the sofa bed was in its own separate area- giving a degree of privacy. There are many lovely areas to sit around the villa and many different places our 2 year old enjoyed exploring- especially the trampoline, which was a surprise upon arrival. The pool is the perfect temperature for cooling off on a hot day and there’s plenty of both shade and sunbeds around the pool area. The villa is easily walkable into town/ a local supermarket- even with a toddler in tow. Overall, every member of our party had a fabulous stay and we would definitely recommend.

Lovely traditional villa with lots of character

Family holiday, six adults and one baby. Villa exactly as described. Lots of room for everyone. Beds really comfy, villa very clean and tidy. Pool was beautiful, eight sunbeds and lots of parasols which was a real bonus travelling with a baby. The walk into town takes about 10 to 15 minutes where you will find loads of restaurants and some nice shops too (not too touristy). Our only thought was that a little more light round the pool at night and in the outdoor eating area (where the pizza oven and BBQ are) would have been nice. Apart from that we loved the villa and would return as we had such a lovely relaxing holiday - Our first visit to Calpe and we were impressed. Thanks Ana

I booked the villa for a birthday celebration

The villa was fabulous. We were a large family group. There was everything we needed at the villa, including toys for my granddaughter. The outdoor space was very impressive , with many lovely seated and eating areas, sheer we could all enjoy spending time together. The pool area was lovely too! The bedrooms were all a good size and the kitchen was very well stocked.. This was a special family holiday and the villa turned out to be the perfect choice! We all had a fabulous time and would not hesitate to return.

Experiencia increible.la casa es impresionante!!!

Maison chaleureuse

This house have it all!

Just came home from a wonderfull stay at this lovely villa in Calpe. 2 families and lots of space. We loved the house, the garden and all the small cornors to relax. But we specially loved and lived by the pool. Ana the owner, was very helpfull and sweet, she gave recommodations where to eat and what to see, and also helped us scare away the mosquitos. Thank you Ana and family for a lovely stay, we really didnt wanted to go home.

Great place for vacation

We were in three familiies with childrens and it was perfect place for us. Big house with excellent backyard and swimmingpool. There are many places to sit and rest, big full equipped kitchen and BBQ place with woodfired oven. Everything was clean and well kept. We recomended in 100%

Un 10 para la casa y un 20 para los anfitriones

Hemos estado alojados una semana en la casa y no hemos podido elegir mejor lugar. La casa es aun mas bonita de lo que aparece en las fotos, esta muy limpia y cuidada y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar los mayores (barbacoa, piscina, rincones donde leer un buen libro,...) y los pequeños (columpios, cama elastica, bicis....). No daban ganas de salir de la casa ni siquiera para ir a la playa. Y que decir de ana, la anfitriona, no tenemos mas que palabras bonitas hacia ella y hacia sus padres. Al saber que estabamos alli porque ibamos a celebrar nuestra boda, tuvieron varios detalles con nosotros y ademas nos recomendaron sitios donde comer arroces y pescadito. Ojala podamos volver pronto a alojarnos en esta casa. Mil gracias por todo Ana.

UNA CASA IDEAL PARA PASAR EL TIEMPO BUENO

Impresionante, silencioso, acogedor, muy limpio, la piscina y las terrazas de la casa fabulosas, todo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente y los alrededores es para apasionarse, lo aconsejo para quien quiera pasar unos días en contacto con la naturaleza , descansar y relajar. Seguro volvemos pronto.

Perfekte Familienferien, kinderfreundlich

Am liebsten würden wir 6 Sterne vergeben! Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub! Der Pool ist absperrbar, so können kleine Kinder auch ohne ständige Aufsicht draussen spielen. Das war uns ein wichtiges Anliegen. Um das Haus herum gibt es ca. 4 Sitzplätze mit Tisch und Stühlen, ein Holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden und sogar eine gedeckte Feuerstelle mit Holzofen zum Pizza backen daneben. Auf der Feuerstelle haben wir eine Paella gekocht. Es ist nahe am Anschluss der N-332 und daher einfach erreichbar, aber man hat wirklich nie ein Autogeräusch gehört! Einkaufszentrum ist nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, den wunderbaren Strand erreicht man in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ganztägig Sonne und immer genügend Schattenplätze, der Pool gross und sauber. Es hat eine Schaukel, Pingpong-tisch und verschiedene Kinderspielsachen. Ebenfalls hat es Kinderbücher, Spiele etc. im Haus. Im Haus hat nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist mit sehr viel Ess- und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet, Haartrockner sind auch vorhanden. Der Service der Vermieter war perfekt, die leere Gasflasche in der Küche wurde innert 10 Minuten ersetzt und die defekte Neonröhre wurde sogar sonntags ausgetauscht. Wir können das Haus wirklich nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren 2 Wochen, die wir in diesem Haus verbringen durften!

Genial

La verdad que unas vacaciones geniales en esta casa, la dueña muy atenta y preocupada por. que no falte de nada, un muy buen detalle de bienvenida y la casa que decir, está muy bien, la piscina estupenda, cocina muy bien equipada, el aire acondicionado en las habitaciones un acierto y la casa está cerca de todo, andando vas a cualquier sitio. La verdad, de las mejores donde he estado tanto por localización como por comodidad.

Volveremos!!!

¿Qué puedo decir? han sido unos días maravillosos, con toda mi familia. No los olvidaré nunca. Y la casa se ha prestado para ello, pues es perfecta, por su ubicación (cerca del pueblo y de las playas, y a la vez en un entorno tranquilo) y tan cómoda y amplia. Se nota que hace años que la alquilan, porque está pensada para que pasemos unas estupendas vacaciones y hemos tenido todo lo que hemos necesitado y más. A Paqui (la dueña) sólo puedo decirle "gracias" y lo mismo de a hija Ana en los trámites de la reserva, por su rapidez y su predisposición. Tenéis una parcela tan completa, que los niños se lo han pasado en grande y mi madre ha disfrutado admirando las plantas que Paqui tiene siempre tan cuidadas. Pues como digo al principio ¡¡¡volveremos!!!

Heerlijk huis in een heerlijke omgeving...

Een zeer mooi Spaanse Villa uit 1925 en we hebben hier voor 10 dagen een heerlijke vakantie gehad. We zijn hier geweest als gezin met twee kinderen. Ons eigenlijke huis bleek dubbel geboekt te zijn waardoor wij de mogelijkheid kregen om deze villa te betrekken. Door vertraging kwamen wij diep in de nacht aan maar ontvangst van de eigenaren was nog net zo uitgebreid en aardig. De villa is ruim genoeg voor acht personen en de tuin is nog eens zo ruim opgezet dat je op meerdere plekken lekkere zitjes kan maken (naast de zitjes die er al zijn). Het perceel is zeer groen opgebouwd met o.a. citroen- en appelbomen en dat hebben wij toch als wel erg prettig ervaren. Het lijkt net of je in je tweede huis in Spanje zit. Het zwembad was nog koud in de periode dat wij er waren (eind april 2016) maar dat is daar overal het geval en wij hadden voor de kinderen daarvoor wetsuits meegenomen zodat dit geen probleem hoefde te zijn (Tip). Qua locatie zat het ideaal want zowel het strand als de stad als de oprit naar andere dorpen en steden liggen op korte afstand. Veel voorzieningen waren verder aanwezig (WiFI, zwembad, televisie, tafeltennis tafel) en eventuele vragen konden we makkelijk bij de eigenaresse kwijt. Al met al zeer goede locatie waar het prima toeven was.

Magníficos días en Calpe

Hemos pasado (dos familias) unos magníficos días esta última Semana Santa en la casa de Paqui y José. Encantadores anfitriones. La casa muy acogedora, llena de rincones muy agradables para disfrutar de la tranquilidad que se respira en sus alrededores. Todo muy limpio al llegar. Se ve que está mantenida con mimo y gusto. Comercios cercanos. Fantástica la piscina y las instalaciones alrededor, el gran porche cubierto, la zona de barbacoa y horno... Muy recomendable. Si hubiéramos podido, habríamos estado algún día más...

vacaciones extraordinarias

Los diez días que hemos pasado en esta maravillosa casa han sido estupendos. No le falta de nada. Tiene mil y un rincones para relajarse. Soleada, con una piscina enorme (aunque no nos atrevimos a bañarnos por las fechas), un horno de leña junto a la barbacoa que, unido a la buena temperatura que hemos tenido, nos ha hecho pasar muy buenos momentos. Los propietarios, Paqui y Pepe, gente muy atenta y muy agradable. Seguro que repetimos!!!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette maison à deux familles avec 4 adultes et 5 enfants. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très charmants et la maison est très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée pour la capacité indiquée et les abords de la piscine sont sécurisés. Nous sommes ravis de cette semaine passée!!
