Das Haus ist in drei Stockwerke unterteilt:
Parterre:
Großer klimatisierte Wohn- und Essraum mit direktem Zugang zu den offenen und überdachten Terrassen ausgestattet mit einem großen Tisch und Stühle für 14 Personen, Ledersofa und Satellitenfernsehen.
Moderne Küche, komplett ausgestattet mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler usw. sowie allen nötigen Haushaltsgeräten, Utensilien und ausreichend Geschirr, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Kleiner Raum mit zusätzlichem Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank.
Gästetoilette.
Klimatisiertes Doppelzimmer mit zwei Betten, Einbauschrank und einem en-suite Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschbecken und WC.
Obergeschoss:
Klimatisiertes Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett um das Zimmer nach Wunsch als Dreibettzimmer zu verwenden, Einbauschrank und en-suite Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne, Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet und WC.

Beautiful property, exactly as described. The pool area, outdoor kitchen and bbq were very specified and used daily during our holiday. Just a 10 minute drive to town, quiet neighbourhood (apart from our grand children!!) with fantastic views over the town. Multiple fridges and freezers, with enough plates, cutlery and glasses to provide for a small army!Any questions we had were answered very quickly and thoroughly.Perfect property and host for a large group of friends or family

Brilliant, lovely villa had a great time

Just got back from a week stay and the villa is amazing we had a car and short 10 min drive to the beach and restaurants all though there are two close by 5 min drive, Villa was lovely and kids loved the pool, pool table and ping pong table, would definitely book again and the owners were great and kept us informed with everything we needed to know and were brilliant thanks, great holiday and villa

Lovely villa. Lovely holiday.

Well designed, luxurious villa perfect for our three families to be together. With spaces to allow some separate activity - such as sunbathing on the top balcony if the pool area is too busy .. or cool down in the lower sitting room with TV and big couch for the kids. It can be hard to find a place that suits three generations but we all loved it as it was so well designed.

Villa in Moriara

The villa was perfect for our party of 8. The description was completely accurate and the villa was very clean and of a high standard. The owner provided good service and was very welcoming. We would most definitely recommend the villa to all family & friends. A car is essential as restaurants/shops are not within walking distance however, the villa is situated in a beautiful area. In terms of restaurants, we would recommend Cava Restaurant in Moraira - tapas is amazing but book early.

What a fabulous villa and warm friendly host!

Highly recommended - we stayed family of 11 including 2 babies, and toddler. The villa was so very well equipped. Moraira has lots of eateries/restaurants, a lovely beach. A car is required as walking down into Moraira is fine but walking uphill would not be fun! 🤣 A truly wonderful stay had by all and super memories made. Thank you Christiane for all of your help - really was much appreciated.

Beautifull villa

We enjoyed our stay in villa Benimuslem very much the villa was very beautiful, clean and comfortable . We had beautiful weather and we lived the whole week near the swimming-pool , there was a good place for each one of us ( 8 adults) someone wants a place in the sun the other in the shadow . You need a car to go to the beautiful center of Moraira with many good restaurants and nice terraces . The owner was very nice and helpful. We will recommend this house to all off our friends and will certainly come back once.

Our Golden Wedding spent with our lovely family

The villa was wonderful and had everything we needed . There were 14 of us ranging from age 4 to 75 and each and everyone of us had a great time. The villa was so big that we all had our own space if needed. The pool was fab, as was the bbq and the lovely outdoor eating areas. Christiane whose villa it was kept in touch and gave us lots of information. We ate out a few nights in Moraira which is a lovely place, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. I would say a car is essential. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Difficult to find better in Moraira

Everything was great even though we were a party of 14 people; (4 couples and 6 children) and plenty of bathrooms. A large swimming pool, 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. Easily parked our 3 cars within the gated complex. 3/4 km to the closest beaches and shops. Very hilly location so good idea to drive an automatic.

Christiane has the most beautiful villa, it was better than we expected. Plenty of room for all 14 of us. Games room and aircon massive plus points . The view is incredible, the different levels for seating was good and the kitchen was well equipped. Christiane is a very helpful host , nothing is too much trouble. She brought us fresh figs while we were there which was a lovely treat. We loved it so much we’ve already booked again for next year!

Fabulous

We had a brilliant fortnight in the villa which provided everything we had hoped for when booking. Our family group was a mixture of ages from grandparents, parents auntie and grandchild and this spacious villa provided plenty of space to accommodate us all. It is well equipped catering for large numbers with plenty of crockery and cutlery etc hairdryers and a great games room. The pool is superb and got plenty of use and we enjoyed driving into Moraira for numerous meals. Christiane was brilliant, very helpful and kind and on hand locally if you needed any assistance for anything which was reassuring. All in all a great place to have a very enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic and lovely villa!

We stayed in villa Benismuslem for 10 days in April/May with 5 adults and 5 children. We have had the most wonderful time. The pictures don’t do justice, in real life it’s even better and more beautiful. The villa offers all you can possibly think of, from a very nice and large pool to a table tennis table and from all the possible kitchen supplies to nice beds! The owner of the villa is very kind and helpfull and very easy to reach. We would recommend this villa to everyone who is thinking about staying in Moraira or nearby places. We are definetly going back to this wonderful place! 5 stars!

Amazing!

When I booked this villa I kept it from the family as I wanted to surprise them all, they was overwhelmed when we arrived. The villa is just outstanding, would highly recommend and it’s affordable too. Christiane replied to all my emails and gave me updates. Has a lovely swimming pool , loungers , games room, bbq near the pool, kitchen is fully equipped. Such amazing views but you will need a car to get around . Hope this villa is available next time we visit. Thank you Christiane.

Great family Villa

As grandparents we arranged a holiday at this Villa for all the family (10) which did not disappoint. The Villa was superb, very clean and tidy, everything was there to make this a special holiday, plenty of space in and around the Villa good size swimming pool which enabled us to have races involving all the family, Infact the grandchildren spent hours in there even having a midnight swim. There was also a games room which entertained us all. There was also plenty of shade overlooking the pool with views across the valley. Moraira was a ten minute drive which is a beautiful up market town on the coast with plenty of bars and restaurants. We met the owner Christiana who was a lovely lady who genuinely put the guests first. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend this Villa to anybody with a large family

QUIET RELAXING STUNNING

We had a great stay the villa was excellent and as described in a very quiet spot not overlooked the games room is excellent. Car is a must for getting about, Moreira is a lovely place a nice beach but make sure you have a good look round, if you want an English breakfast try the castle café. The boys wanted to watch footy so we walked to Moreira and got a taxi back 17 euros. Do as much or as little as you want! Oh yes if you want car hire go direct not through doyou spain etc they are agents not the actual company.

Best Villa ever

Well where to start .....just back from an amazing stay in this stunning villa ❤️ Weve had holidays in quite a few different villas over the years when our children were young but this villa was by far the best we have ever stayed in . So very good for our extended family now our children are all grown up and we had 2 grandchildren with us too ( 23 months and 6 months ) Villa is so well equipped from all the rooms to comfortable beds to an kitchen that had everything you could want We stayed in a few nights and cooked, also used the charcoal BBQ ( gas one also available) Pool is beautiful, outside shower too plenty of bathrooms I could go on and on about this place 😍 Christine is so lovely and couldn't do enough for us from answering all my messages and queries, booking process was very easy too. Beautiful part of Spain to visit but definitely need a car ( we had 3 cars as there were 9 adults and 2 babies ) Lots of beautiful beaches and other resorts just short drive away We would definitely return here again, weather was perfect too, didn't want it too hot especially for the babies. Every single person in our party thought the villa was stunning and stunning views too We were all sad to come home though Thank you Christine for such a stunning villa ❤️

Großer und tiefer Pool, schöne Raumaufteilung. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Obstkorb bereit.Küche generell sehr modern.
