This was our second year in a row staying at this amazing casita. The home is immaculately clean and quiet, and the host is absolutely wonderful. The hot tub and batting cage are also great. It is pet-friendly, and we brought our labradoodle pup for both of our stays and he loves it. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this casita for your stay in Scottsdale - it is truly wonderful.

Beautiful casita and awesome location!

My son and I stayed in Scottsdale to escape the cold for several days after Christmas and this home was a perfect fit. The location is perfect for everything in Scottsdale from north to south, the condition of the rooms and living spaces is clean and beautiful, and the host, Raymond, is exceptional and very easy to communicate with. We had an outstanding stay!

Lived larger than expected

Traveled to Scottsdale to visit family friend and this casita was the perfect location. We are a family of 5 and was worried about staying in a casita but this property was great. We loved the batting cage, basketball hoop, and the space lived larger than 2 bedrooms. We had a great experience.

Great location. Great amenities. Fully stocked house /casita. Batting cage and golf were tons of fun. Very up to date and communication with the owner is great. Will be back!! Love Scottsdale

Luxury Accommodations!!

We had a wonderful stay at the casita. Everything was as we expected. The property is beautiful, clean, and very quiet. We walked the lovely neighborhood in the mornings and relaxed in the hot tub at night. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed barbecuing on the patio. The location is central to many activities and wonderful eateries. We will return to this property in the future!

Casita on Cactus

The Casita was a great getaway for my family over the New Year's Holiday. We were able to enjoy our time together on walks around the neighborhood, smacking some balls in the batting cage, enjoying the beautiful weather outside on the patio...and we were close to several Scottsdale activities/eateries. The owner was fantastic. Checked us in and available if assistance was needed. I highly recommend staying!

Highly recommend - super clean with high end amenities

Overall highly highly recommend this property. Not only was the property beautiful, with high end finishes and amenities, but the owner is was outstanding to work with. We are super picky and have high expectations. They were all met. Property was pristine upon arrival - super clean. No clutter, yet had everything you need. Spacious; thoughtfully set up so there is open space to put whatever you bring. We will absolutely rent again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful property!

We're Ray and Angela and we grew up on the East coast, New Jersey and Connecticut. Ray served in the Air Force and was stationed in New Mexico. He really enjoyed the Southwest and thought it would be great to live there someday and start a business. We started an air conditioning business in 1996. We have four kids ranging from fifteen years of age to twenty eight years.

We fell in love with Arizona on vacation and decided to move here in 1994. The weather is great and there is no better place to live and raise a family. We bought this property in 2001 and built the casita a few years later. We then remodeled the main house. Our home and casita has truly been a labor of love.

Location, location, location; that is what sold us on this property. This is a well maintained and quiet neighborhood that is close by to a myriad of activities and events. From The Phoenix Open and Barrett Jackson to Spring Training and the Arabian Horse show, there is truly something for everyone. Minutes from upscale dining, shopping and entertainment makes Scottsdale the place to be!
