Relaxing stay

Stayed with my sisters and 89 year old mother. The location is wonderful. Could shop or dine at the bustling Kierland Commons, and come back to a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. And if you didn't want to deal with the Kierland crowds for restaurants, there are dining options at the nearby Promenade Shopping Center. Would definitely stay here again.

Great golf in North Scottsdale

Stayed in Melanie’s house November 10-17. The home is immaculate. Melanie was great to work with, updated the cable TV with sports channels for us. Nice neighborhood very near the TPC courses. The home is very well appointed, nice kitchen, nice bathrooms tile showers. Nice putting green in the backyard along with a covered patio. Highly recommended this property in all aspects. You will not be disappointed

Beautiful and Comfy

This property is more beautiful and comfy than the photos! Everything was exceptionally clean! Comfy beds and furniture. Nice size dining table and cute kitchen area. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and some fun unexpected items like a juicer and bullet! Nice patio with a putting green! If you are traveling with a lap top and need a desk area there is a nice office area to work. 5 min from TPC golf and close to Pinacle Peak and McDowell Mt which offers many hiking trails! Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. You won’t be disappointed with this home.

Great stay, but inaccurately accused of smoking in the home by the owner

We were in AZ for my wife's Oncology appointments at Mayo and the property was great and it worked out great for our needs. The only issue was that the property owner accused us of smoking in her home, which we are not smokers and would never do such a thing. We noticed a stale smell upon our arrival, but just throught that it was from a previous guest or that it had been a bit since someone had been in it. Nevertheless, it wasn't a huge concern for us given we had bigger priorities to deal with regarding my wife's health. After we checked out I received a payment request of $500 for smoking in the home. I quickly notified the property owner that we did not smoke in her home. While I don't think she believed me, she did cancel the payment request. Overall I would recommend this property, but would also make note of anything off right away to limit communication issues with the property owner.

Immaculate Home in Scottsdale

My friends and I rented this immaculate home for a week of golf in Scottsdale area. The home was super clean and very comfortable. All photos are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, plates, cups, etc. Plus has many modern appliances. Bathrooms were sparkling clean. Working with the owner was very good as she texted back promptly with questions we had. There is a House Rules book provided which is written well and also contains many recommended attractions, restaurants, drug stores and grocery stores nearby. Located very close to TPC Scottsdale golf courses. Highly recommended!!!

Updated Nicely and Spacious

We loved the house and the only things that could have made it more perfect were a powder room for third toilet and lawn chairs. The location is in an upscale neighborhood just a little north near the 101. It was easy to get everywhere.

Stayed 28 nights. Property was great! This house is the perfect location for golf⛳️ Lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. We especially loved Vito’s and Preston’s. The house was immaculate and had all the essentials and then some. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Very nice neighborhood. Highly recommend and will rent again!

This is a great location!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay and found the accommodation to be perfect. Lovely decorations and aptly furnished. We found that the house had all the items we needed. The house is in the perfect location to get to any golf courses in the area quickly; we love to golf. The owner's communication was exceptional and she made sure we felt welcomed. We highly recommend this house.

House is large enough comfortably accommodate 6 in every way. It was a great location for Scottsdale and areas further North. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Wee bit of road noise on occasion but not bad considering in City location. Great communication... 5+ stars
