About the beds we’re trying to understand what has been the problem because we’ve been renting this apartment for years and this is the first complain about that (we’ve also had reviews very positive for the beds). Hello! Thanks a lot for your review. If you want to stay in an amazing location which will make your stay in Rome unforgettable at an affordable price, this apartment is for you. If you’re looking for a luxury accommodation, this is not the place for you. As you see clearly from the pictures, the furniture of the apartment is simple and not a five star one. Anyway, we use a professional cleaning service, blankets and towels are white and always freshly washed. In case of any problem about cleaning, they would provide immediately. Thanks again and we hope you’ll be back!

Hello! About check-in details, they’ve been sent via mail through VRBO in the morning (11.43am) of your arrival, scheduled in the afternoon. I had also asked to be contacted via wapp to give the details (to be sure you received it), but you didn’t do that. You also had the bad luck to stay in the house in the hottest week of Rome history. Sorry about that!

"This guest have the right to complain because when they arrived there wasn’t anybody waiting for them. It has been the only time this happened. Unfortunately in the months of October and November 2011 I’ve had some problems due to my pregnancy. I was in hospital at their arrival time and I forgot to arrange the meeting: I usually send a mail one or 2 days before the arrival to fix the details but I didn’t do it; on the other side, they didn’t contact me to confirm their arrival time. In any case I did my best to solve the problem even if they had to wait 45 minutes. After that I didn’t contact them to excuse me, but I had other thoughts in that moment. About the appliances in the apartment, the apartment has many household and electronic appliances and they are all working . They mentioned problems with DVD and CD. The DVD is now perfectly working. It’s true the stereo CD is not usable, but most of our guests use to connect their iPod or similar directly to the stereo (and CD should be listenable in the DVD). In any case, I always ask to my guests to contact me if they have this kind of problems to solve the problem as soon as possible."
