Schönes Haus mit fantastischem Blick

Roula und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich empfangen. Haus und Grundstück sind wie beschrieben. Der Blick vom Haus ist einfach nur toll. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Wir waren im April dort und waren täglich im Pool. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben und alles war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön! Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag sauber gemacht. Auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zu Niko und seiner Frau war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben hier viele schöne Stunden verbracht!

Modern secluded Villa - Beautiful views!

Villa is located in a private and quiet location with a beautiful view. Furnishing is modern and in good condition. Bedrooms all have airconditioning. Kitchen is fully equiped including a half size dish washer. The pool is just the right size and very clean. Nikos comes every day to water the garden and clean the pool. Lunch on the terrace was one of things we particularly enjoyed. There are many good tavernas around. Also the LIDL supermarket is just down the road at about 6km and a bakery just a few hunderd meters further (through the tunnel, then turn right, opposite of the taxi stand). Beach access directly at Plantanes (where the bakery is) or at Rethymno (15 min drive). 2 Sunbeds with umbrella cost around 6 euros, partly free at Plantanes. Location is also prefect for small children. Full fencing around the Villa is provided. Children can not escape unwanted! Summary: Very nice and secluded villa with all amenities needed. Thank you Argiro and Nikos for your sincere friendliness. You were always there to help. Be it to receive our lost luggage or support us in the hospital, when our Daughter had a concussion.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Alkistis Villa. It was clean and spacious for the 6 of us. My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks while our 2 daughters and their significant others joined us for 1 week. The view is remarkable and will stay with us for a very long time. The location was in a quiet area that is a quick drive to beaches and tavernas. Nikos and Roula were friendly, attentive and easy to get in touch with. We took their recommendations for some local tavernas and we were so happy we did! It was an absolute pleasure to meet them and stay in their villa!

We really enjoyed our stay on Alkistis Villa. The view was lovely and the pool really refreshing. A car is essential and its a short drive to nearby beaches and many good restaurants. The owners are very helpful. Would happily recommend.

Amazing place to stay

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this villa. It ticks all the boxes, views are amazing, very clean and spacious, the outside area is very well looked after and the pool is perfect. All the things inside and out you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be staying again.

PROS: Beautiful villa and location with everything you need for a thoroughly relaxing holiday. Close to tavernas shopping and beach within 15 minutes. Excellent hosts who are happy to advise on any part of your holiday. Be up for the sunrise over the mountains from the roof terrace as its like nothing you will have seen before. CONS: A number feral cats who want feeding constantly - Our party was full of cat lovers so not a problem. You need a decent car as some of the gradients are approaching 1 in 1!!!! We had a Micra which wasn't up to the job. Lots of insect bites because of the olive grove location so go prepared with afterbite and bug killers for the bedrooms - it didn't detract from the holiday you just get used to it. Overall a great holiday, top accommodation and location.

La maison est propre et tres bien equipée, la vue est superbe, elle est proche de toutes les commodités, plage, restaurants , rien a redire . Un seul point a ameliorer : les propriétaires viennent un jour sur deux entretenir la piscine et le jardin mais ils viennent a 19h , juste l'heure a laquelle ou vous avez envie de profiter de la piscine ... Nous avons loué de nombreuses maisons et l'entretient se fait toujours tot le matin pas a 19h

Amazing Vila, host's and location!!

What an amazing spacious vila with spectacular views and fantasic hosts. We were blown away by the welcoming hosts who went the extra mile for us. Thank you so much for meeting us in the middle of night when we arrived and looking after us so well. I highly recommend the vila for families. We had the best of both worlds, fun in the pool and great activities and places go a short drive away and also some peice and quiet in this beautiful very clean and fully equipped villa. The pool is a great size and fully equipped for plenty of fun with the kids. The views from the villa are breath taking just like the rest of the island. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. We miss the views and our cat friends already. Thanks again for having us!! 😻

Vacances de rêve !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines du 10 au 24 juillet dans cette villa avec une vue absolument superbe ! Les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse, très accueillants et toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider. Une voiture est nécessaire comme partout en Crête pour pouvoir profiter de l'île. La villa est très bien située, à 10-15 minutes de la mer en voiture et dans les collines ce qui nous donne une vue imprenable et une tranquilité sous le chant des cigales. Il y a la clim dans les chambres c'est top. En plus Rethymnon est une superbe ville. Nous conseillons la tarverne biofarm à 5 minutes en voiture ! Beaucoup de sites et plages de rêves sont accessibles à 1h, 1h30 de route, c'est un lieu idéal. Tout était parfait, nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Villa de qualité au calme avec une magnifique vue

Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets. La propriété est vraiment de bonne qualité, avec une bonne literie. La climatisation est très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les équipements présents dans la cuisine et la maison en général, on ne manquait de rien. Le parking est peu technique car une forte descente en marche arrière est nécessaire mais on finit pas s'y faire.

Lovely well equipped villa. You do need a car but where it is the views are beautiful. Owners very helpful /polite. The villa was very clean and had everything you need for a great holiday.

Nikos is a very nice host, he take very good care of the villa. The house is clean and confortable. We suggest two good restaurants, Oasis , walkable to the nearby village and Armos Bio Farm, about 10 minutes car ride . 5 stars to Nikos!

Comme il est précisé dans le titre , je recommande fortement cette maison avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires sont agréables et vraiment disponibles. Ils nous ont donné des bonnes adresses pour manger notamment le restaurant OASIS situé à 5mns en voiture qui n est référencé nul part sur internet. La piscine n est ni trop grande ni trop petite. Bref un séjour fort agréable en Crète grâce à Nikos et sa femme.
