Stunning neighbourhood, lovely & comfortable home.

We have stayed in this beautiful house for several vacations and are booked in again for next year. The location is fabulous, the property is beautiful and the house itself is pretty, comfortable, clean and appealing. The owners continue to make upgrades each year that add to our enjoyment. It is a privilege to stay in such a well maintained home that is near all of our favourite things - on the bay, a short walk to the beach and a short drive to some great restaurants, nature reserves, a waterpark and everything else you could possibly want.

Sehr unsauber und altes ungepflegtes Haus

Alte Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank.Verschmutzte Bäder, gebrauchte Plaster und Haare in den Schubladen. Küche , Toaster, Kaffemaschine etc. nach Gebrauch nicht gereinigt.Kaffesatz noch in der Maschine. Große Flecken auf den Teppichböden. Mehrfach Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und der Poolheizung. Weiters und Fotos folgen.

Guest's complaint about the condition of the property upon check-in is offensive and insulting. We are the owners and the last occupants of the house. We have been using the same cleaning service for years, without complaints and maintain a 10/10 rating on cleanliness of the home. It is an absolute lie that the bathrooms and kitchen were dirty. The cleaning crew may have missed a hair in the vanity drawer, but that does not depict a dirty bathroom. Refrigerator was cleaned and stocked with sealed condiments and complimentary beverages for our guests to enjoy upon their arrival. The carpeting was professionally cleaned; however, some old stains could not be removed. Problems with the air conditioning and pool heating were caused by guest abuse. She repeatedly switched between cooling and heating, damaging our brand new a/c system. She tampered with the pool heater controls, attempting to heat the pool to 85 degrees fahrenheit despite overnight temps in the 40s, resulting in circuit breaker overload. She threatened us on several occasions with a negative review, refused to comply with check-out procedures and ultimately, falsified a claim to Vrbo in an attempt to extort $500 from us. When we didn't give in to her demands, she retaliated with this negative review... FUTURE HOSTS BEWARE!!!

Wonderful home!

House is clean and well stocked. The pool was delightful. We loved being on the Inter-coastal watching birds and sunsets. The built in launch for kayaking was really helpful. Communication with the owners was alway easy. It's about a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. Our 4 year old grandson had his scooter for the trip which made it pretty quick. All beach equipment - chairs, towels, umbrella, toys and buggy were in good shape. A really good trip!!

Month of Memories

We had such a good time, making many memories. The home was just perfect for us. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We spent most of the time outside on the beautiful patio and pool area. We saw dolphins five different times off the dock and saw an alligator too. We are excited to go back next year too!!

Perfect stay at perfect location!

Carlos and Christine’s home was perfect for our stay with older parents. Convenient one floor living, no steps. Everything we needed for a comfortable one month stay was available. Pool a d water view very nice. Daily visits by dolphins to the bay. Quick 6-7 minute walk to beach access. Great communication with owner. If I am ever planning another trip to the area I will most definitely be staying here again!!

This house had everything we needed and more. It was clean and spacious. The pool was awesome and the view over the bay at night was beautiful. The owners responded to any question I had promptly. We enjoyed our daily walk to the beach and the variety of birds and animals we saw.

Absolutely Perfect

Our stay at Christine and Carlos’s home was more than what we had hoped it would be! The house was spacious enough for our visiting children and grandchildren, very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there including a well stocked pantry...spices, oils and condiments. The beautiful view of the bay from the lanai as well as the clean, spacious pool were enjoyed by the adults but most especially by our grandchildren! The location is very important to us when choosing a rental home and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We were a quick walk to the beach and a short driving distance to the areas fabulous restaurants, walking areas as well as the many attractions that Southwest Florida has to offer. We would highly recommend this home for a vacation stay. It is a perfect home away from home. Thank you Carlos and Christine for helping to make our family vacation so memorable!

Great location - beautiful home!

We have enjoyed this amazing home with our two kids for the past two vacations and are booked in again for 2018. The location couldn't be more perfect, with a pool and the bay to enjoy from the yard and the beach a short 5 minute walk away with the prettiest beach access path on Little Hickory. The neighbourhood is beautiful, the home is impeccably kept and the pool is just right. All of the amenities you could possibly want are in the home or within easy reach, the house is large enough to be comfortable, but cozy enough that you are together as a family. It really is the perfect family vacation home!

BEST VACATION EVER!

Incredibly peaceful with lots of R&R! House is spacious, clean, comfortable, beachy, with the most incredible view of the bay! You might even see a dolphin swim by! We did! Take a very short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach or just relax in the soothing pool with overflowing fountains and don't forget to relax in the jacuzzi at night! The owners, Christine and Carlos, are the most genuine, warm, welcoming, easy-going people. On our first day there, we were greeted with a welcome basket of baked goods and a note welcoming us to their home! Such a sweet gesture! They are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay the very best. There are incredible restaurants and shops just minutes from the house. Definitely coming back here again!

Amazing vacation home!

This vacation home in nothing short of SPECTACULAR! The views are amazing with dolphins swimming in your backyard! The home is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Great pool with plenty of sun and a covered area when you have had enough sun. This home is in a lovely subdivision and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would HIGHLY recommend this vacation home! The owners are lovely and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable
