I am sorry for the problem about the pool . The date of your stay coincided with the date of the opening of the swimming pool and due to an unexpected technical problem with the motors the opening of it has been postponed for a few days. I'm glad you stayed comfortably in my apartment and enjoyed the beautiful beaches and the sea of the Smeralda Coast.

Dear Fam . Schneider, I and my wife are very sorry for this review. You did not find the swimming pool open and this affected your judgment. We want clarify that on my page of HomeAway is clearly written the swimming pool is open from middle of june (about), till middle of Septmber( about). You didn't read it and when you booked our house, you didn’t ask us anything about the swimming pool. If you asked us about it, we would have informed you, on May, surely, it would have been closed. It seems, you want put in evidence, because of this, only your negative opinion. It's not correct . The house is very pretty , well furnished and particulary very clean, and you didn’t write anything about this. The view from the terrace is really magnificent and you didn’t say anything . You were in a very beautiful place of Sardinia ( Costa Smeralda) with beautiful beaches, characteristic places, and a dream sea and you don't consider this. .Before your review I received many reviews and all these are very good, and surely, more realistic than your. Our apartment is very appropriate for 4/6 people,There is one bedroom with a double bed and another beedroom with 2 single beds and 2 pull-out beds. Every bedroom has 2 double doors wardrobes + drawers. Living room with sofa with 4 comfortable seats. Dining table with 6 chairs. Sea view terrace with dining table with 4 chairs. Terrace overlooking Mediterranean vegetation equipped with 2 drying racks. The kitchen is served of complete servants for 6 people. The residence is considered from all the tourists, arriving here, very quite and infact many tourists get back here every year. We are sure all the reviews, before your, can confirm what we have just written.
