We had an amazing stay! It was so easy to get inside! Very clean and comfortable! Everything you could want to cook! Plenty of towels and Toliet paper! Nice view of the beach close to everything! We are 4 seniors and we loved this condo! Definitely worth the money!! The host was very easy to talk to and gave us lots of information!! Balcony was the best!!

We had a wonderful stay! The beach house was perfect, clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. It was ideal for both couples and families with kids, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.The home was well-stocked with all the amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Spacious and clean property with ocean views right next to Balboa Pier, the Fun Zone, and the ferry. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The layout was perfect for our family time. We enjoyed hearing the waves crash from the balcony. We will definitely return.

By far the best home I've ever rented for a family vacay! Perfect location! The owner is extremely responsive and kind. The house literally has EVERYTHING you need! Ya don't need to bring a thing! I rented the house for my son's spring break ( 2 teens) and it was the best time ever! We will absolutely be back!

The pictures don't lie, this is a wonderful property! Easy to get to, just straight down Palm off the very for a couple blocks and you're there. Spacious, assigned gated underground parking. A wagon to haul in your groceries or luggage to and from the garage and elevator. The unit is large and comfortable, with great furnishings and decor. Lots of storage for your things and food. Large fridge with a Ice maker in the freezer and the kitchen is WELL stocked. Honestly, if you can't find what you need in it it probably doesn't exist. Massive patio with loungers, a covered table that seats 6, a large clean BBQ plus all the beach toys you could want and a great view. Aside from going to Flemmings one night we arrived, parked the car and didn't need it again until it was time to sadly go home. Everything is a quick and easy walk. The fun zone, Balboa pier, the ferry, harbor tours and whale watching, shopping, bars, the beach and any and all types of foods. From snacks and frozen bananas to fine dining and everything in between. The boardwalk runs past the patio and makes for fun people watching but once you close up the sliders and windows is wonderfully quiet inside!We were there for the most recent flooding event in Newport and the host was great about checking on us, making sure we were ok and not having any issues. It didn't affect our stay at all. We were there 8 days and had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo with a host that communicates efficiently and promptly. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. They were building a temporary structure in the parking lot in front of the property that semi-blocks the view, as well as construction employees were blasting their music throughout the day but that was out of the properties control and will only be temporary. If you love to be right in the heart of the peninsula and easy access to balboa this is a perfect location!
