Unser Haus in der Neachen Bay (ehemals Squaw Bay) ist ein idealer Ort, um Ihren Urlaub zu verbringen. Es wird mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf den See und die Berge aus dem Haus und zwei Decks Seeufer. Wir verfügen über einen eigenen Bootssteg, die Waverunner-Docking und die Verwendung von Paddelboot, Kajak und Schwimmen Leiter umfasst. Das Beste ist, die Nähe zu Stadt und Coeur d'Alene Resort und Golfplatz - 10 Minuten mit dem Boot. See Coeur d'Alene ist ein großer See, der mehr als 80 Meilen südlich der Stadt erstreckt.

Great spot on the bay..and looking forward to a return trip. Some things to note - this is in the country…limited stores /restaurants nearby if you have kids which I didn’t research enough before going. So if you’ll be arriving late, make sure you stop at the store on the way in.It’s the country and you’re on the water so be prepared to see some insects, but also some amazing wildlife such as deer at your doorstep. We had children ranging from 1 to 16 and all had a great time at this house! We rented a boat and instead of driving 25 minutes to town we were able to get to town in 8 minutes…so if it’s in your budget it’s a perfect. would recommend and look forward to going again- thank you!!

The pictures of this place are very misleading. There is a road between the house and the lake and you have to climb a lot of stairs just to get in the house and then the kitchen and the master bedroom are on the upstairs if they would’ve taken a picture from the dock towards the house, a person would’ve seen all this and a floor plan would be nice if I’ve known this I wouldn’t have rented the place

We loved being on the lake and really enjoyed having our own dock! We were about 30 minutes to town (Harrison) and about 25 minutes to Couer d' Alene so going out to dinner each night was a bit of a trek. There is a futon in the bunk room but we could not find sheets or blankets for it so we were not able to use it. The bunk room does not have a door and is located next to the front door so it was hard not to disturb our teens as we were coming and going in the early mornings. The house was clean and we generally enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous lake home with a fabulous dock that even had a kayak and canoe to use while there! Amazing views from house. We enjoyed the fire out on the balcony every night. The best were very comfy and the house had plenty of clean towels, a huge bonus for a lake house! The grill worked great and the glass baking dishes in the kitchen are good, so plan to grill and bake while there - all other pans are pretty scratched non-stick so we didn’t use. Loved having the general store with a dock right across the water, easy 5-minute paddle to ice cream, snacks, sandwiches, pizza! We highly recommend this cabin and would come again!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. It’s about 25 minutes to downtown CdA but it’s in a really quiet area and was perfect for our annual trip. The home was really clean and felt open and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

The biggest issue is that the internet is extremely slow (1-2Mbps which I tested multiple times throughout the week). If you need to use it to work remotely, it will not work well and streaming services will buffer frequently. Fortunately, a neighbor left their Starlink WiFi open without a password and I travel with my own mini router so I could rebroadcast it through the house. Other than that, the place was nice. The location is great and the house was good for our needs. A couple things to keep in mind:1. There are a lot of stairs.2. There is no door to the bunk room which is not mentioned in the listing3. The upstairs bedroom room can get very warm as the AC unit is pretty far away. 4. Water pressure in the showers is very weak and not very hot.

Great location on the lake, gorgeous sunsets, lake toys galore!!, plenty of bath and swimming towels, very comfy KB in master!! Unfortunately, we spent our first day cleaning the fridge, BBQ grill, picnic table, TONS of duck poop and spider webs of the dock, and trying to reorganize the overfilled kitchen cabinets so we could put away our groceries. There was an overwhelming ant problem in the lower level bedroom and several non-working lightbulbs, but the owners came by (unexpectedly) the next day and spent an hour spraying the inside and outside of the home and laying down ant traps, which unfortunately didn’t help much. At this price point I would expect a few additional comforts such as a microwave with a rotating plate, an automatic ice machine that you don’t have to keep filling with water all day, higher quality cooking utensils, nonstick pans that aren’t scratched, better WIFI. It is a GOOD home, but with some updates and organization it could be even better!! To those bringing boats, the dock and home is very dark at night, bring a flashlight to help navigate.

We also appreciate constructive suggestions and will consider appropriate adjustments. I do want to clarify the statement that we arrived “unexpectedly.” Through VRBO correspondence on Saturday, Aug. 8 at 6:28 p.m., I responded to your concerns about the light bulbs and ants and stated, “My wife and I were going to Sandpoint on Sunday and would stop by to bring bulbs and spray the house.” On Sunday, Aug. 9 at 11:33 a.m., you replied, “The ants are back this morning so if you could take care of that today, we would definitely appreciate it.” My wife and I drove from Boise and arrived at approximately 3:00 p.m. that day. We replaced bulbs, sprayed both inside and outside the home, and placed ant traps in an effort to address the issue immediately. We work hard to accommodate our guests. When we arrived at the house, the number of people at the property exceeded what was permitted under the rental agreement. Rather than disrupt your family’s vacation, we chose not to make an issue of it. We take pride in our home, respond promptly when concerns arise, and appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving our guests’ experience.

Great waterfront stay

This house is located on a beautiful little bay. We rented a boat and enjoyed motoring out to the larger lake area for tubing and fun, and then swimming off the dock with bald eagles overhead. The house is clean and welcoming and the views can't be beat.

Perfect location!

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this lake house. It's a bit of a drive from town, but ended up being the perfect location. The water on the bay is perfect for families to play in the lake and to use the kayak, canoe, and pedal boat. Plus the views are beautiful. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy themselves.

Lovely Lake Home

This house was the perfect place for our family. The dock was the ideal shady spot for our boat and the best spot for taking in the sunset. The special bonus was seeing the bald eagle fly by each day. The views from inside and the decks were just as lovely. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful location on a quiet area of the lake close to CdA.

The house location is excellent in terms of proximity to the lake but not a busy area for lake traffic. As with almost every house on the lake renters should be aware there are a series of steps, 3 stories, that must be climbed, to go from the dock and lake level to the living and kitchen level. People with mobility problems might have issues. There is ample sleeping space and the house has all the amenities, appliances, and appointments like cookware, dishes, and water toys needed for an enjoyable stay.

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, there are stairs involved from the ground to the top floor of the house. I am hoping the views of the lake and incredible sunsets from the top floor of the house and decks help make the stair climbing worth it. Thank you much for picking our house. Mixed Experience, Gorgeous Views

We stayed at the property for 10 days. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the house had not been prepared for guests, which was a significant inconvenience. We had to strip and wash all the soiled bedding and towels ourselves, as well as clean goose feces off the dock. Additionally, maintenance had to come to replace filters for low water pressure and fix a non-flushing toilet downstairs. However, the owner was very responsive and refunded the full cleaning fee. Despite these issues, the house had everything our family needed, with plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful location. The sunsets were magical. On a different note, there were several wasp nests on the house/ roof, which could become a serious issue if not addressed.

Hi, my name is Wayne. I live in Boise and bought this property in 2004 for family and friends to come rest, relax and enjoy. The views of Lake Coeur d'Alene are breathtaking. We often get wildlife around the bay, including Bald Eagles, Moose, Geese and Deer. I am sure you will love this bay as much as we do. This area of the lake is protected and calm, yet close to Coeur d'Alene Resort.

Our home is directly on the lake, and it’s a 20-minute car ride to Coeur d Alene, bike and hiking trails. It is a 5-10 minutes boat ride to restaurants, nightly entertainment, local coffee shops, grocery store, and fuel for the boat is directly across the bay. You can take relaxing walks in the morning and evening or dangle your feet in the water as the sun sets. You can enjoy your favorite beverage from the top deck and watch the deer as they nibble from the trees. The National forest is minutes away and boat rentals close by.

Our home is designed for FAMILY FUN, it has a kayak, paddle boat, room to dock your boat and/or waverunner. You can swim off the dock. The water is calm and clear.
