Hello! Welcome to the Adams Lake House. My name is Liesa and I am the owner and manage this property myself, so you do not have to go through a rental company. Our nightly rates are $395. per night with a preferred 7 night stay. I prefer to accommodate 4 guests or less, and we also encourage longer-term stays at VERY nice discount. General Information: Located between Sun Up and Windy Bays, this 1500 square foot cabin sits directly on a lakefront lot with 60 feet of sandy beachfront! Our cabin has been in our family since 1978. It provides that lake cabin experience nestled among the pine trees and right on the water.*NO LENGTHY STEEP CLIMB UP TO THE CABIN from the beach and dock as is the case with so many properties on Lake Coeur d' Alene. You also can park and unload just steps from the front door! NOT LENGTHY STEEP CLIMB FROM YOUR CAR! This property has a large, double boat slip dock with one boat slip available for tenants at no extra charge. The swimming is fabulous all around the dock. I personally spend hours on the water on my floaty! I have ample parking for your vehicles and your boat trailer right on the property. Our rustic little cabin sits between two multi-million dollar homes. It is surrounded by lovely landscaping and well-cared for grounds. Our neighbors are awesome! The public boat dock is right around the corner at Sun-Up Bay for you to launch your boat. I will be happy to help you dock your boat and park your trailer when you arrive as I personally meet and greet you upon your arrival to show you around the property and help you get settled. I personally do all the cleaning myself after every guest, completely disinfecting and restocking. Your comfort is very important to me. This is your vacation and it should be all you want it to be!! The cabin has an air conditioning unit in the main room upstairs that keeps this area quite comfortable during the hot season. The downstairs stays naturally cool. Streaming TV including Netflicks, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Paramount Plus, CBS, Roku, and Fubo for CNBC and other stock market and news reports. Internet is included and very fast. The property is professionally sprayed for insects, bees, and bugs, so you can enjoy your vacation without a lot of pests. Outdoor seating is huge. The deck features a 6-place bistro deck table with umbrella. The beach area is furnished with chaise lounges, rocking chairs, other chairs, and tables with umbrella. The double-slip dock is also a great place to hang out. The cabin is completely furnished and stocked with most necessities such as bath towels, beach towels, linens, dishes, cookware, basic spices, laundry and dish detergents, bath soap, shampoo, and basic cleaning supplies. I provide a lot of "extras" so you do not have to bring the kitchen sink! If you have a special request, I will do my best to accommodate you and get you what you want. The cabin has a washer/dryer, new dishwasher, microwave, and a Mr. Coffee-style coffee pot.
