Great stay near the beach

Very comfortable two double bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and two good shower rooms. On arrival we were welcomed by the owners brother who was on call throughout our stay for any problems, we didn't have any. Beds were comfortable, area is quiet and it's a short walk to the beach which is excellent. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Never used the pool but looked nice, sunbeds look like they need updating. Security on site who control the gates for the parking area which was never full. All in all a great stay, lovely island. Thanks to Manda, Ravin and Balla for making our first visit to Mauritius a special one.

We were very pleased with the location, the apartement was well-equipped. The Contactpersons, the cleaning and security staff was very curtious and helpful. We enjoyed early morning walks on the beach, the pool during the warm days and severeral times we visited our favourite restaurant Ocean! We hope to be able to come back to this apartement in the future!

holidays like heaven

We spent three weeks with three persons in this beautiful accommodation and we were very pleased with this apartment . The rooms are spacious, the whole apartment is clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, the technical items (Internet router, TV, washing machine etc) are in a very good condition … there is nothing to be complained about. The complex (Les Orchidess) is well secured and in a good shape … the only thing to be mentioned is that the walk to the (beautiful) public beach of Flic-en-Flac is not so conveniant because of the cementery that has to be rounded every time, you want to go to the beach / restaurants (fortunatly there is a generous pool in the complex) … the way to the center of Flic-en-Flac with its shops and restaurants is not tooo far. Mandas brother Bala is very helpful and he has done a brilliant job. Thank you for that pleasant stay in Mauritius.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment in a nice complex, not too noisy, and very clean (cleaner visits twice a week). The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and the air con in the bedrooms is a God send! Nice to be on the ground floor, though not directly by the pool which meant that it was peaceful. The pool is a good size and we often had it to ourselves. Security staff manned 24 hours which was reassuring (and useful if we had any local queries!). Short walk to local shops. We would definitely stay here again (and we have stayed at a number of places in Flic en flac over the years). Useful points to note - the wifi is limited and ran out after 10 days (but we are heavy users). Also, if you don't want cockroaches to fly in, keep your outer doors and windows closed after dark (and buy some cockroach spray to zap them if you do - this was the only time we saw cockroaches which are common in Mauritius). Tourist tips - we visited Casella and petted lions (well worth a visit). Snorkeling is good at Flic en flac beach (go to the end near the Spar) but if you want an even more amazing snorkeling experience, visit Blue Bay Marine Park - amazing! Thanks Ravin and Manda (and special thanks to your brother who waited for us to arrive when we were delayed) :)

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub!!!

Angenehmes, ruhiges Feriendomizil. Der nicht weit entfernte SPAR-Markt ist sehr gut sortiert, Restaurants, Snack-Stände und Bars in der Nähe. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank!!!

Gesamteindruck: wir waren zufrieden

Manda hat uns vorweg immer schnell geantwortet und bei allem geholfen was wir benötigt haben (Mietwagen, Koch etc), das war wirklich toll. Die Wohnung hat eine Putzfrau inkl die 2x in der Woche alles sauber macht, die Betten neu bezieht und alles wäscht, das war ebenfalls du. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage die bewacht wird, ebenfalls super wobei die Gegend nicht gefährlich ist es gehört eben dazu und man fühlt sich dadurch irgendwie wohler. Die Wohnung an sich hat in der Küche das meiste was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen, man muss aber alles auch Zucker oder Salz selbst kaufen. Ich denke die Putzfrau beseitigt das aus Hygeniegründen. Die eine Klima funktioniert leider nicht so gut wie die im anderen Schlafzimmer, dadurch müffelt es ein wenig in dem Zimmer wenn man es nicht extrem runter kühlt. Die Schränke modern auch ganz schön, wir haben unsere Kleidung nicht darin aufgehängt. Ansonsten könnte die Wohnung mal hier und da eine Renovierung gebrauchen zum Beispiel die Bäder. Wir hatten in den 3 Wochen zwei Kakerlaken in der Wohnung obwohl wir 2x am Tag den Müll raus gebracht hatten. Zudem fehlt eine Geschirrspülmaschine wie wir finden. Platz dafür wäre in der Küche. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung groß und sicher, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig ok. Zum Strand läuft man 10min, zum nächsten Supermarkt ca 15min.

Sehr gute Lage, Appartment ist in Ordnung

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit einem Pool und nahe zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Das einzige Negative ist aber, dass das Appartment nicht voll klimatisiert ist. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nur in den beiden Schlafzimmern. In der Küche und im Wohnzimmmer wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert.

Geräumige Unterkunft nach zum Beach

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche in Flic en Flac und haben die grosszüge Unterkunft sehr geschätzt. Toll war auch der Gartensitzplatz. Alles war sauber und 1x wurde sogar die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Als Kontakt stand uns der Bruder von Manda jederzeit zur Verfügung. Zum Beach waren es knappe 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Preis Leistung ist absolut ok. Danke für die schöne Zeit die wir hier verbringen konnten.

Everything was clean and even the sheets changed. The kitchen is also well equipped. As a contact, the brother of Manda was always at our disposal. To the beach it was about 10 minutes on foot. Excellent séjour !

Très agréable location dans une résidence située entre 5mn à 10 mn à pieds de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants ! L'appartement est très bien exposé, en rez-de jardin avec une sympathique terrasse, bien agencé, très très bien équipé et au calme ! L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux et les propriétaires ont eu à cœur de satisfaire toutes nos attentes ; Nous n'avons absolument aucune critique à formuler et serions ravis d'y séjourner à nouveau à l'occasion d'un nouveau voyage à l'île Maurice !! Nice apartment, in easy reach of the restaurants and beach, and a few local shops, clean and comfortable, only one issue which was sort very quickly, it's not upmarket but was just right for us , Balla the manager was very helpful,

Relaxed to the max

My partner and I stayed here for a fortnight, We had an early morning check in, Bala the owners brother met us with the key's and showed us the in's and out's of the apartment he was great. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with fully equipped kitchen. The pool was big enough, not crowded which was good. The location was perfect, only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant's and supermarket. Overall when we come to flic en flac again we would definitely stay here.

Very good apartment in a very good location.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this very well equipped apartment in Flicen Flac.Bala was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions! Our only negative impressions were that the swimming pool would benefit from a complete tidy up, and the 4 sun beds and 6 lounging wooden boards are not enough for the amount of people using this pool!

Bonjour, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.l’appartement est confortable et bien situé. Près de la belle plage de Flic en Flac des restaurants et des magasins. La piscine qui se situe dans le lotissement est très agréable. Nous reviendrons certainement. Mars/avril 2019

The apartment is in a perfect location for everyone. It is well equipped for an enjoyable and relaxed stay. Some of our clients are regulars because of the service they receive when they come to stay with us. We also welcome new clients of all ages eager to explore the west coast of the island. Quiet location yet close to all amenities the best of both worlds. It is set in a beautiful landscaped gardens with swimming and paddling pool for the young ones.It is set in a gated area with 24hr security guard on duty everyday. The beautiful beach of Flic en Flac is a short walk away where you will find foods stalls, water sports and restaurants nearby. The beach is used by tourist as well as locals where you will see the colourful Mauritian way of life, truly an experience not to be missed. You can relax on the beach during the day and watch the sunset in the evenings. During the festive season you might be part of a celebration or even a free concert by the local artists. Once guests experience our way of life they like to come back time and time again. Mauritians are always very receptive of guests from other countries and try their best to please them. Please come to visit us and see for yourselves, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful part of the island with beautiful beaches and lush green landscape surrounded by lovely mountain ranges. Quiet location yet close to amenities suitable for all ages. The beach is stone’s throw away for everyone to enjoy. It is an all rounder for a great vacation for all the families or group of friends.
There is something for everyone looking for a lovely vacation. Soaking up the sun, lazing around on the beach, delicious local dishes for all palates served on the beach, boat trips, fishing, swimming, sightseeing, clubbing, beach sports and walking.
