The pictures make the property look better than it is. Also it’s located in country side area with very narrow bridges to get there. Also the host locked 1 room so it’s better to clarify with the host how many room you will get. Also the bedding and sheets had a distinct smell to them. Other than that the host was welcoming and nice.

Dirty property and dishonest owner - enough said

We stayed on November 16-25, 2017. The house is off road (dirt road access) and there is a big pile of plastic trash on the right side from the property entrance. The property is fenced, but the area between the house and the chapel smells, I think that there is a waste pit from the property under ground there. There are lots of flies and occasionally smell of fertilizer because of the surrounding fields. Outside, the house is beautiful, but inside it is pretty run down. Very old kitchen, the dishwasher is hardly working, there is no vacuum, and the fridge smells. Dishwasher was an especially big issue because the dishes were dirty coming out of it, and we needed to wash them by hand all the time. There is only one bathroom and there is some mold here and there. Toilet and bathroom are not separated. The beds are very old and shaky. The kids room did not have duvets, and it was super cold at night even though we had the heating on. The kids ended up with a cold. During the day, the weather was good and we mostly stayed outside, so it was disappointing but bearable. The outside furniture is very, very dirty. The outdoor table was not cleaned when we arrived, and has traces of food. The coffee table outside was not cleaned. The photos are misleading because the property is in some kind of construction, and the owner comes and goes to bring furniture and materials to the chapel and other places. The chapel and the tower are closed, so do not be fooled by the photos: you will not see it. The pool looks beautiful, but there were two dead frogs in it when we arrived. Now to the "cherry on the cake": we left after 9 days and cleaned the house - swiped the floors, washed the dishes and put all trash outside (not enough garbage bins, and the owner and the gardener never bothered helping us with the trash during the stay). We had 2 guests over for two nights, so I authorized the owner to retain the equivalent amount from the deposit. But he decided to keep it all, saying that it was for "extra cleaning". Well , we already paid for cleaning, so that was just a rip off on top of a bad property. I am renting from Home Away (past VRBO) for ten years, maybe rented from 30 owners. This is the first time that I get this type of treatment. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

With respect to this comment it is obvious that it is a disrespect towards us basing it on the property as a nefarious result. The reason for this response is because this family spoke with us that during the course of their stay family members were going to come for two days. We prepared everything and trusting them we told you that they will pay you when you leave. They knew they had to leave the money with the keys, but it was not like that ...... They left and they did not leave the money with the surprise that the super dirty house had left so we had to do extra cleaning hours . We had no choice but to take bail, this is the reason for this assessment. It is the first time that we use bail to a family and it has been for this fact. You can see the ratings of many families who have been in our house and you will see that they are all 5 stars, besides the photos are current and can be checked. Con respecto ha este comentario se ve obviamente que es un despecho hacia nosotros basandolo sobre la propiedad como un resultado nefasto. El motivo de esta respuesta es porque esta familia hablo con nosotros que en el trascurso de su estancia iban a venir familiares por dos días . Nosotros preparamos todo y confiando en ellos le dijimos que lo pagarán a la salida de su estancia. Ellos sabían que debían dejar el dinero junto con las llaves,pero no fue así...... Se fueron y no dejaron el dinero con la sorpresa que habían dejado la casa súper sucia por lo que tuvimos que hacer horas extra de la limpieza. No tuvimos más remedio que tomar la fianza, por esto es el motivo de esta valoración. Es la primera vez que hacemos uso de la fianza a una familia y ha sido por este hecho. Se pueden ver las valoraciones de muchas familia que han estado en nuestra casa y verán que todas son 5 estrellas ,además las fotos son actuales y se pueden comprobar.

Local fantástico para disfrutar deLo calor andaluz

Localización fantástica para disfrutar de lo mejor de andalucia. Muy cerca de sevilla, de jerez de la frontera y perfecto para hacer una ruta por los pueblos blancos. Piscina fantástica para disfrutar del calor en las tardes. Muy limpia e gente muy simpática.

Fabulosa estancia

La casa de los Palacios es fabulosa. Reune lo que para nosotros es Andalucía. Es rica en todo tipo de detalles y se nota que sus anfitriones ponen mucho amor en todos los detalles. Volveremos sin duda y recomendamos esta gran sorpresa andaluza.

Magnífica finca, que preciosidad, es difícil describir un sitio tan bonito, la verdad es que no pensábamos que sería tan bonito, las fotos no hacen justicia, es mucho mas bonita de lo que se ve en ellas. Perfectamente ubicada, rodeada de naturaleza, es un paraíso cerca de Sevilla. Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de algo único. Recomendable 100%

El lugar ideal para celebrar cualquier cosa...

Es el lugar ideal para escaparte con amigos para celebrar cualquier cosa, incluso nada... Muy cerca de Sevilla, inmejorablemente comunicada, lugar precioso con detalles increíbles con la tranquilidad necesaria para olvidarte del ajetreo diario. Muy recomendable y con propietarios con los que da gusto tratar.

Una casa que te deja sin palabras

Esta casa te deja sin palabras, es una casa de campo que no le falta de nada: piscina enorme, zona chill out, zona césped con hamacas y sombrillas, pequeño huerto, zona de aparcamiento, y una estupenda casa con muchas habitaciones, camas y una gran cocina. Es el alojamiento perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad, a 10 minutos del pueblo. El trato con los dueños fue inmejorable!. La recomendaría sin duda alguna!

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé un superbe sejour. Pour le moindre petit problème, Carlos a répondu à nos attentes. La piscine est grande. On aurait aimé, pour la magie du lieu, qu'elle soit éclairée pour les soirées mais c'est un détail.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained.

First, Carlos was very warm and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful and inviting and was prepared nicely for our stay. The swimming pool was clean and a perfect place to cool off. They were kind enough to even stock the refrigerator with essentials such as milk, butter and juice in case we didn't have time (or energy) to go to the grocery store upon arrival. Very thoughtful! Carlos recommended his masseuse, Moises, who came to the house and was amazing. This was the perfect location to get away and feel secluded, but have easy access to day trips to Sevilla, Portugal (beach day), Cordoba, Cadiz, etc... Gracias Carlos por todo! La pasamos muy bien en su propiedad y se la vamos a recommendar a nuestros amigos y familia.

Muy agradable !

todo esta bien: propriedad muy limpia y agradable facil y comoda de utilizacion. Acogida del propietario muy caluroso. Cerca de la casa se encuentra a una cooperativa de frutos y legumbres muy bajatos y de buenos calidades : es un placer ! De facil acceso.
