Das Apartment selbst verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit eigenem Bad, und befindet sich zwischen den beiden berühmtesten Straßen Barcelonas, dem Paseo de Gracia und der Rambla Catalunya. Sie können das schnellste WLAN in der gesamten Anlage, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, voll ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage, Heizung und vieles mehr erwarten.

Great place!

I would definitely stay at this place again, Owners were very friendly and helpful about the area during the check in process, we felt very safe inside and out of the condo. The condo is very nice and clean and roomy enough for 6 adults! Made Barcelona worth the trip!!

Excellent location and space for a family

Had a great experience at this apartment. Very close to great restaurants, shopping, metro stations, rental car agency and public parking. It was very comfortable and quiet at night. Roberto was very helpful getting us settled and met us on time. Appreciated that he was I contact well in advance to coordinate our arrival. I would definitely recommend this apartment for others.

Perfect location, welcoming host

We had a great time in the Eixemple apartment! You can’t beat the lactation—five minutes walk from two of the main Gaudi houses, tons of restaurants, right near the metro. Roberto was by far the most helpful host we had on our entire trip—contacted me well in advance, gave great guidance when we arrived—perfect in every way. The apartment was lovely and well-equipped, and I would stay there again for sure!!! The only potential drawbacks visitors may want to be aware of are that the stairs are a bit steep and not ideal for small kids, and that sound travels immediately throughout the apartment. Words spoken in the upstairs bedroom are completely audible in the downstairs room and vice versa. This may be fine, even helpful, for a family. In situations where a lack of privacy is an issue, however, or where a group is staying for a long time, this may not be ideal. Otherwise, we loved it!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich super zentral. Taxistand, Metro, Bus, Resaurants, Cafes und und und alles in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und auch die Rückgabe war unkompliziert. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen

This property was perfect in every way. Beautiful apartment, fantastic location and wonderful host. Roberto was fantastic! He met us when we arrived and gave us a great overview of the neighborhood and the city, including a map on which he identified restaurants and points of interest. We definitely hope to return. Familia de 5, comunicación excelente con Roberto quien nos recibió y nos dio sugerencias de visitas y comidas y respondió inmediatamente a cualquier duda que teníamos. Los cuartos de abajo q comparten baño son cuartos con cama doble, el baño de muy buen porte. El cuarto de arriba muy bien, el baño pequeñísimo pero moderno e impecable.. Lavadora y secadora!! Una maravilla.. el área del cocina y comedor tiene lo Justo para un desayuno o comida fácil. A lo mejor le faltan renovar la vajilla. En resumen una excelente experiencia. Lo recomendamos

PERFECT!

The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and we felt very secure with the 3 separate doors to access our apartment. Building had doorman who watch over the street entrance. Fantastic location just meters from both PSG de Gracia and the northern extension of La Rambla. High-end shopping, restaurants and groceries are very close. We could walk just about anywhere from its central location it has to most attractions. It is1.5 blocks from the train station that takes you to the historic village of Sitges that is SW down the coast that makes a great waterfront day trip. The only negative was the noise of customers departing a disco that stays open till 6AM Thursday thru Sunday. The talking on the street below your windows was loud if you if you kept the balcony doors open. There is a more interior bedroom that help to remedy that concern.

Fabulous!

Spent a week in Barcelona and absolutely loved the apartment. Very well situated off the Pasieg de Gracia. Close to everything. Our host Roberto was amazing. He helped us navigate having our delayed luggage delivered and even stored it in his office so that we could have a full day seeing the city. He orientated us to the city and made us feel most welcome.

Amazing Apartment!

This apartment was amazing! The location in Eixample is fantastic and is near restaurants, bars, the metro, Casa Batilo, everything! Alex made the check-in super easy and he had great recommendations for our visit. Our group of 5 had a ton of room and enjoyed the great bathrooms and the great living room. Unlike many apartments in Barcelona, the air conditioning was super strong and really made the stay in the apartment comfortable. Our highest recommendation. Thanks for a great visit to Barcelona! We will be back!

In the centre of a beautiful city!

What a great location; steps away from La Rambla and Passeig de gracia where two of Gaudi's homes are located. An excellent supermarket is two blocks away and there are lots of restaurants close by. The apartment was clean, comfortable and Roberto, the Manager was outstanding in trying to accommodate our requests.

We can not say enough great things about Roberto. I accidentally booked the apartment for 2 nights instead of 3. Roberto was able get us space to stay. He was so helpful and gave us some great restaurant and sightseeing ideas. For the apartments, both that we stayed at were amazing. Very clean very comfortable and in a perfect part of town. Easily accessible to everything including the Metro and the train station. We would recommend Roberto and his team and apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona.

Great apartment in a very good location

We stayed twice at this wonderful apartment. First, with a group of 6 adults and second with 4 adults. The beds are comfortable. The living space is enjoyable. And the location is convenient to everything we wanted to experience. Antonio and Roberto were very responsive to our questions and needs! I highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Very cool property

Pros: Loved how modern and funky it is, great location as we were able to walk everywhere. Alex was kind enough to store our luggage till check in time and gave a quick review of places on a map he provided. Clean and bright, very secure with 3 locks from front door to apartment. No "cons:" per say but some suggestions/observations: there is no closet in the loft, we hauled our cases up before checking (our bad) but maybe mention it when folks check in. Written directions for the clothes and dish washers would be great, we finally got the clothes one to work but the dish washer was a puzzle (so, sorry for the dirty dishes:). We didn't cook but still great having a fridge and coffee maker.
