Lovely Firenze!!!

The place was super nice, clean and neat, very comfortable and close to a bus station which makes easy to move in the city, super markets and restaurants a very close, minutes away walking.. it is very well located.. The owners were very nice, friendly and gave us instructions about restaurants, different activities and places to go in the city..we had a wonderful time in Firenze!!! I recommed this place!!!

My time in Florence

After travelling for 12 days in and out of hotels, it was a breath of fresh air to stay in this wonderful apartment situated 25 minute walk to the city center. After spending the days visiting the sites, we went back to our "apartment ", made an antipasto and had a glass of wine. The apartment was clean, fully serviced with everything you needed from kitchen, laundry to bathrooms. If you want to feel like a local, stay here !!

Great Service

Wonderful property and the owners couldn’t be any kinder. Keep in mind that the AC is only in the master bedroom. The Wi-Fi also doesn’t connect when in the bedroom but it does in the living room. The owners couldn’t be any nicer.

We were graciously welcomed by Bitte's parents who were extremely helpful! They provided paper map marked with locations and helped us get a taxi when we left. Bitte communicated very well and sent an extensive list of restaurants and things to do which we found very helpful. A bit of a long walk to the historical area (35 minutes), but a very close grocery store and pastry shop. The shower was a bit small and hard to reach down to get soap and shampoo- it would be nice to have a shelf or pumps mounted on the side. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Charming and comfortable

The apartment is pleasant and comfortable, within walking distance to attractions like the Uffizi gallery, or the bus stops. AC in the bedroom was most welcome as we were there during a warm spell. The pictures of the apartment are a bit outdated, e.g., there weren't two bookshelves on either side of a TV. Communication from the owner only started three days before arrival, which was a bit disconcerting, but then replies to my texts were rapid. Overall, we were very pleased.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer und ihre zahlreichen hilfreichen Tipps. Die Unteekunft ist super gelegen und insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Wohnung nahe dem Zentrum von Florenz

Die Wohnung ist sauber und grosszügig. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns die kleine Dachterrasse. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in 20 Minuten zu Fuss, wobei der Weg einer Einkaufsstrasse entlang führt, wo es auch immer wieder kleinere Boutiquen gibt.

L'accès à l'appartement est situé sur une place piétonne. Il s'effectue par une série de codes (porte cochère, accès à l'appartement, chambre).On entre dans une jolie cour interieure commune à plusieurs appartements eux-memes divisés en chambres. Le mobilier est moderne, L'état de la chambre et de la salle de bain est impeccable. Le ménage est effectué tous les jours. A disposition un petit dejeuner de dépannage, bienvenu. Well presented apartment with 2 reasonable sized bedrooms and 2 living/dining areas. Lots of storage, appliances modern, in good order and clean. Suit couples and family groups. In residential area close to amenities and essential stores, cafes and transport links. Felt safe and welcome by locals. Hosts very helpful and informative, check in briefing in English and well presented. Location not as near to city centre as i expected, but public transport pretty good and I didnt miss the noise and bustle of the city centre, so worked out great. Happy to recommend and would visit again.

Great apartment and wonderful location

Last October we spent 5 days at this apartment. It worked perfectly for us. Having two bedrooms was a real bonus. We also appreciated the kitchen and clothes washer. The location was just far enough out of the center of town to feel like we were in a real neighborhood with real Italians and not a bunch of tourist. The bus stop was close by and from there it was easy to get everywhere. It is also possible to just walk to many interesting places and great restuants. It was extra special to be met at the apartment by the owners father who not only told us about the apartment but also gave us some good information on what to do and where to eat while we were in town. The whole transaction was easy. It is without hesitation that I would recommend this place to stay when and if you every are in Florence.

Wonderful stay in Florence

We are a family of 5 and we had a great stay in the apartment.The apartment is perfectly equipped and very well organized and full of amenities. Big kitchen, confortable living room and comfortable beds for all of us. and a lot of room for clothes; everything is perfectly clean and very confy. Owner provides a lot of info regarding the city, restaurants and useful tips also for the surrondings; the city center can be reached easily both with bus or by bike (we used bikes);We had great time and plenty of chances to enjoy the city, museums and excellent food. Just looking forward to coming back asap.

All comfort and cosy

The location is very convenient. A 20-min walk from the historical centre of Florence, close to shopping street and few meters away from bus stop. The apartment is nicely furnished so that you can feel yourself at ease. Kitchen well equipped, also with dishwasher. Owners are lovely and always very helpful.

Loved the apartment, would recommend it to everybody!

We had a great time in Florence and absolutely loved the apartment. The house is very convenient situated close to the city center. It’s located in a nice, quiet part of the city. The bus is nearby but we also walked a couple of times to the centre during our stay. Nearby there is a big supermarket and coffee bar where we had a nice Italian breakfast with cappuccino every morning. The apartment was very clean, big rooms and has everything that you need. We will absolutely go back to this apartment next year!

A nice appartement in Florence

A very nice flat, quiet though with a good location (30 minutes by foot from the Duomo Piazza and frequent buses to the center). The owner was very kind (He helped us with the the luggage and found us 2 beds for our baby twins). We would come back with pleasure! Maybe one little flaw: The bedroom without the air-conditioning system was very hot (beg. of july).

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment!

We had a great weekend in this very nice apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The people who did the check in were very friendly and helpful providing a city map with a walking route and nice places to visit. The apartment is located in a quiet street, but the city center is easily reached by foot, walking along the river side or through a shopping street. Very nice place for your morning cappuccino and croissant opposite to the apartment. All in all a great experience.

A super apartment !

A very nice apartment, quite calm, clean and well equipped, not more than 15 minutes from the historical centre of Florence by bus (line 14). There is a bus stop almost at the door of the building where the apartment is situated. Warm welcome at the flat by very helpful people. I would like to satu here again in the future. Thanks !

Very clean, everything you would need was there. Good location.

Prior to our arrival in Florence Bitte sent an an email providing lots of information on local attractions and restaurants, including links that we could check out ahead of our trip. When we arrived Bitte's parents were there to show us the lay of the land in the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood, which we very much appreciated. The apartment is in a good location for walking, and we walked a lot! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had more than enough linens, dishes etc. The stairs up to the bedrooms is quite narrow and spiral so we didn't attempt to take our suitcases up stairs. Being two females travelling our suitcases were pretty big and heavy so it worked fine just to leave the suitcases on the main level. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.
