** Hinweis: Das Resort wird bis Herbst 2019 einer Poolsanierung unterzogen. Das Sanierungsprojekt für das Sportbecken findet von M-F zwischen 7:30 und 17:30 Uhr statt. Andere Pools (Lagune / Keiki) und Spa sind in dieser Zeit nicht betroffen. **

Diese geräumige Villa befindet sich im abgeschiedeneren Beach Tower. Die Villa blickt auf die Sonnenuntergangsseite der Beach Villas in Ko Olinas 2. Crystal Clear Beach Lagoon. Diese Villa im Erdgeschoss ist die ERSTE Einheit hinter den direkten vorderen Endkappen. Abseits des Haupteingangs des Gebäudes gibt es viele Grünflächen außerhalb des Lanai-Bereichs, die sich hervorragend zum Herumtollen eignen. Hauptschlafzimmer mit 1 Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Hauptbadezimmer, zweites Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, die auf Anfrage in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt werden können, zweites Badezimmer mit Badewanne in voller Größe. Strand- und Badetücher werden für Ihren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt.

Diese Strandvilla ist elegant eingerichtet und bietet ein komfortables Resorterlebnis. Die Villa verfügt über zentrale Luft, Deckenventilator und alle Annehmlichkeiten. Taschentüren im Wohnzimmer erweitern den Wohnbereich zum bequemen Entspannen und bringen den Außenbereich herein.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche wurde von Hawaiis berühmtem Küchenchef Roy Yamaguchi entworfen. Haushaltsger��te wie Geschirrspüler, Herd / Backofen, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle und Weinkühler.

Bosch Waschmaschine / Trockner im Gerät, Waschmittel mit Trocknerblatt ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Villa verfügt über einen (1) zugewiesenen Parkplatz.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Ko Olina. My complaints are minimal. The soap in the showers were very small and didn’t meet the needs for a weeks stay. We had to buy larger bar soaps. The shower control was also in a strange location. You would get blasted with cold water when turning on the shower. Other than that, the unit was well equipped with beach chairs and toys. The finishes are wonderful. Beautiful kitchen, very comfortable beds and in unit washer and dryer. The staff was very nice and always greeted you with “Aloha.” Great place to stay in Ko Olina

Beautiful ground level stay steps from the beach

This is a beautiful location and the sliding doors that lead right to the grass are ideal for walking to the lagoon. The lagoon is beautiful but no snorkeling to be had there. It’s all sand, no reef. The activities on the property are a little limiting but the pool is fantastic. It even has a sand-bottomed pool for the kids. Cocktails at the poolside bar are mediocre. Lots of sweet syrup, very little alcohol, and extremely expensive at $17 each. Overall, the location is good for a relaxed vacation experience. It’s not Waikiki, which is great if you’re looking to wind down in a quiet location.

We went over New Years and were delightfully surprised with how quiet the pools were. We never had an issue getting a lounge chair, which was a stark contrast to the madness of the resorts next door. The unit was fully equipped with everything that we needed and my littles loved running around on the lawn right outside our lanai. Thank you Pamela for making booking seamless and Clariza for welcoming us to paradise. We will definitely be back.

Nice and comfortable

Stayed for a week with our son, his wife and our 2 month old grandson. The condo is nicely appointed and comfortable. Beach chairs, towels and snorkeling items were a nice touch to have available. On the down side - could use a few more plates/bowls, the lanai is nice but at this time of year (Dec.) does not get any sun at all. The grass right outside the lanai stays wet and a bit muddy due to no sun. And there's no direct access to the beaches from the lanai. Next tme I'll look for a property on the other side of the buiding. But overall a nice place. Staff is very friendly.

Great 2 BR unit within steps of the beach.

This unit was great for our family of 3. It’s under 5 min from the door to the nearby lagoon beach with a 2 year old in tow, and is large and spacious so that we always felt comfortable when at home. While there are no real dining options in the building, a 10 minute walk in either direction leads to restaurants at nearby resorts, and there’s a shopping center <5 min by car with additional restaurants, a few coffee shops, and a small grocery store. The beach itself is very calm and perfect for young kids. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great location

The first floor location is perfect. There is a grassy area outside the unit that is great for little ones to run around on. The on site pool is beautiful and never felt crowded. Feeding the koi fish was so fun. The Beach Villas are on Lagoon 2-- which is a PERFECT beach, especially for little kids. There is also decent snorkeling in the Lagoon. Lagoon 2 is definitely less crowded than Lagoon 1 and 3.

Absolutely perfect location in Ko Olina!

This unit it way more lovely than even the gorgeous photos show. The lanai was very private (I never once saw a person out front!). The furnishings were very comfortable. The kitchen was high end: wolf and subzero and wine refrigerator. The host was very communicative and helpful! Beach Villa's has a great location and amazing pools.

Just what we needed

This was our second time here and once again it did not disappoint. This condo was perfect for my family. My girls loved playing out in the grass space, chasing birds and looking for bugs. Perfect location for enjoying the lagoon with the kids. Great walking area, close to restaurants, store, beaches, golf, pool, all in all perfect for what we wanted. Property manager was quick to respond if we needed anything and everyone that worked at the front desk were beyond helpful. Definitely would come back again and again.
