Diese Aufwertung Chalet liegt in einer ruhigen Bezirk viel von hohen Kiefern umgeben gelegen. Dies ist die perfekte Mischung aus modernen und klassischen Upgrades Tahoe Chalet Charme. Ein sehr kluger Umgestaltung erweitert dieses traditionelle Chalet in ein geräumiges Haus ideal für Familien, die einen Rückzug Tahoe.
Geben Sie durch die überdachte Veranda in eine geräumige große Zimmer, genießen Sie die herrliche Aussicht und machen Sie sich zu Hause.

Das Einstiegsmodell verfügt über ein großes Zimmer mit Gas-Kamin, Essbereich und renoviert, gut ausgestattete Küche. Offene Balken, Kiefer Decken und Holzböden erhöhen die holzigen Tahoe Chalet-Stil. Zwei Schlafzimmer und Bad im ersten Stock.

Im Obergeschoss gibt es eine friedliche Wohnzimmer mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den Garten, die Berge und Ausblicke. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und einem Gaskamin ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Das Loft mit zusätzlichen Schlafplätzen und einem weiteren Schlafzimmer befinden sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss.

Der Hinterhof ist ein großartiger Ort für die Kinder zu spielen und das Chalet ist nur einen Block von den Meilen von Waldwegen, zu Fuß zur Osgood Swamp (große Wildblumen im Frühjahr) Seneca Pond und darüber hinaus. Auch eine tolle Lage zum Mountainbiken, Langlaufen und Schneeschuhwandern. Es ist eine kurze Fahrt zum Angeln und Bootfahren am Echo Lake, den Stränden entlang des Highway 89 (Camp Richardson, Pope Beach, Baldwin Beach). Einer unserer beliebtesten Wanderungen ist die Erkundung der Kiva und Valhalla Historische Stätten.

This house is Amazing!

The house is amazing and I feel a great location. I would rather have a little drive into town then to be in town directly in the hustle. The kids got to sled right there in the back yard and we had no reason or need to leave, The house has everything we needed. Definatly will look to stay here again.

4 brothers and spouses have a golf tourney every year needing 4 bedrooms. One spouse couldn’t make it so a son came which used the one bunk bed/twin room which worked out fine. Very quiet neighborhood and would love to rent again Thank you!! P&D

Family stay

Had to call for WiFi info. Only one key inside and one in the lock box outside…at least one more would be nice.carpets on carpets are a major trip hazard. No way to park 3 cars in driveway. Why could we park one on street in summer time? Nice location. Fun watching chipmunks in backyard and a few squirrels. Saw a coyote running she street.

The cabin didn’t disappoint 👌

This cabin was awesome and exceeded our expectations! Upon entry, the house is very warm but after opening the windows and turning on the fans the house remained cool for the duration of our stay in late July when daily temperatures were 85+. It was stocked with fresh towels and linens, all the essentials in the kitchen to make great meals, and the two living rooms and porch made it easy to lounge around. But who needs to lounge inside when the lake is a less than 10 minute away. Emerald bay is about 25 mins away, downtown South Lake Tahoe is about 20 mins away, and Sand Harbor is about 45 mins away. Side note, we saw Yogi bear down the street, but he minded his own business. Don’t leave food in your car or he might pay you a visit. Book it! You, your family and friends won’t regret it:

Great family getaway

We had a great stay in South Lake Tahoe. Great place for young kids—it’s well stocked with toys and sleds. Would definitely book again. Backyard is spacious and private. Community was quiet. There is jetted jacuzzi bathtub which was appreciated after ski day. Kitchen is well stocked. Rice cooker but no Crockpot. Driveway was a little narrow with snow accumulation and only able to use one garage space in winter as other garage bay contained snowblower.

Perfect for Snow Experience

This property was very kid friendly for my 3 grandkids ages 2-7. They loved the snow right out the back door and inside were fun bunkbeds and toys to fit their ages. Snow gear was in the garage along with shovels. Bedrooms for the adults were perfect and we had no problems at all. Parking was the only issue, as we all had big vehicles. Plus it was icy at our arrival. But most definitely want to stay here again!

Very clean, nice house!

Very clean, nice house, well furnished. can easily accommodate a large group. Nice location as well - about an 8 minute drive to the main streets of South Lake Tahoe. Despite not having air conditioner (and we happened to visit during a local "heat wave" with highs in the upper 80's), we loved staying there. The owner and property manager was very accessible and responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying there!

Master bedroom also has a gas fireplace and we liked that they all are each controlled by their own thermostat so we could set the temperature and not have to turn it on and off. The house also has central heat. The owners have thought of everything! The kitchen is very generously stocked and had everything we could have possibly needed. There were also toys, books, and DVDs. I appreciated that Michelle called to update us on the travel conditions. She was very helpful! This rental was truly a nice surprise and much more than we expected. We will definitively stay here again!

Usually the backyard is great for snow play; building snow forts and snowmen and snowball fights. Not as much snow as past years so snow play at the house was limited but the lack of snow allowed us the opportunity to explore some of the hiking trails at the end of the street. The downstairs lay out is great for a large group with the open kitchen, dining and living room. Everyone loves sitting by the fireplace and snuggling up on the extra large couch. The kids love sleeping in the lofts. Three bathrooms is super helpful with the number of people this house accommodates. For what you get from the house the price is unbeatable. There isn't a better deal in the area. Good to note that this cabin is not centrally located to South Lake Tahoe activities such as the casinos or Heavenly Village but on the outskirts in a nice quiet location, which is what we were looking for. We love this cabin and will continue to come back.
