30 m2 apartment for 2 people: 21 Rue Vauban 66190 COLLIOURE pedestrian area.
Exceptional location, direct access to the beach (20 meters), to the center of the village, without vis-à-vis, view of the sea, the bay and the port of Collioure as well as the royal castle. Comfortable, close to all shops, restaurants, numerous cultural activities (Visit of the Royal Castle, Cinema, museums, conferences, guided tours) and internet.
Located on the 2nd floor of a building which has 4, it includes a small bedroom with a 140 bed and a cupboard with sliding doors, a living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet; a renovated and equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machines and dishwashers, mobile air conditioner, oven and electric hob, microwave, etc.).

Excellent Location!!!

The location is perfect; centrally located with amazing views of the fort and harbor from your windows. The representative from Py Agency walked us to the apartment and helped carry a suitcase. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Collioure.

Excellent location with lovely views. Very comfortable and well equipped appartment. The bedroom is very small but that was expected from the description. Although the appartment was generally clean, the floor in the living area was a little dirty in places.

Overall it was a good stay. The only thing i had an issue with was it was advertised with air conditioning. There is a big machine there that give air, but its more a fan than air conditioning. That became difficult to control as i had to constantly change the bucket of water filling up from the machine

Great Location

I chose this property for its view of the sea, the town and the castle. That didn't disappoint. The small flat is right across the bridge from the fort that overlooks Collioure and is on the main thoroughfare of the village. The feeling of being "in the thick of it" is wonderful, but you do have to sacrifice the quiet -- France streets are very noisy very early in the morning well into the night and this is no exception! However, the building is located just around the corner from the beaches, just upstairs from the cafes of the main street, and within a block or two of everything Collioure has to offer, which is a lot! The flat itself is very small and up two flights of stairs, so not easy with luggage, but the management agency did help me with mine when I went to pick up the keys. It was very clean, with an ample kitchen and living room area. There is a bedroom aside from the small couch you see in the photos -- I almost missed it, as it is behind a curtain! The bed is fairly comfortable but no room to maneuver in the room. And, be aware that there is a charge over and above for bed and bath linens, payable when you get the keys -- that was a surprise to me. I was also surprised to have to take my garbage about a half block away from the flat when I checked out!. The owner and the PY Agency were accommodating when I had to leave suddenly for a family emergency and I received a partial refund for the nights I had to cancel. Overall, its a very small, but bright and clean flat -- good for a single or a couple with a child -- as long as you love being right in the middle of the action of Collioure!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Herzen von Collioure

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, ausgesprochen hell, sonnig und befindet sich sehr nahe am Meer in einer Fussgängerzone. Man hat von der Wohnung aus einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Collioure und das königliche Schloss. Der freundliche Gastgeber ist sehr darum bemüht, dass alles klappt. Einziger Negativpunkt: Man kann den Gerüchen, die zuweilen aus dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss aufsteigen, nicht ganz ausweichen; die Geruchsbelästigung ist jedoch gering.

Un séjour extraordinaire

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Très bel, petit appartement , lumineux , très bien placé et équipé. Il y a tout pour y passer un beau séjour. Le quartier est animé comme partout dans Collioure mais cela nous a pas gêné. Nous nous sommes régalés et nous avons déjà réservé pour l’année prochaine. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Gilbert est un super hôte, très gentil, accueillant , disponible et toujours à l’écoute. Merci infiniment Petite proposition: faire faire le ménage par des pro car les locataires précédents nous ont laissé l’appartement dans un état très peu acceptable.

Appartement in fantastischer Lage

Appartement mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf das Meer, den Hafen und das Château. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Woche mitten in Collioure sehr genossen. Die Wege zur Bäckerei und anderen Geschäften sind kurz. Die Märkte am Mittwoch und Sonntag bieten gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge unternommen: Walter Benjamin Chemin von Banyuls nach Port Bou, Wanderung von Collioure nach Racou, Fahrt nach Ceret etc. Das Appartement und Collioure haben uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter Gilbert et Benjamin de Terssac sowie an die Agentur Py, alle haben sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert.

Wir lieben das kleine Appartement, denn es hat nicht nur Meer- und Promenadenblick, sondern liegt einfach mitten drin! Damit eröffnet es tausend Möglichkeiten, den Tag oder die Nacht zu gestalten: vor oder nach dem Frühstück schwimmen gehen, im Restau essen oder zu hause kochen, dem Tanz auf der Straße nur zuzuschauen oder mit zu machen, mit der Bahn nach P. fahren oder auf den Spuren von von Walter B. zu wandeln, Ein Traum: Urlaub ohne Auto und Supermarkt, denn den Markt, das Fleischer- und Weinfachgeschäft gibt `s nebenan, Und das alles bei einem fairen und liebenswerten Vermieter.

le logement est vraiment bien placer malheureusement le ménage pas fait du tout de la cuvette des toilettes ,du sol pas nettoyer médicament,verre saleté par terre et la cuisine sans voir les bords de fenetres et le reste pourtant à la porte c étais marquer ok pour le nettoyage qui n a absolument pas été fait de la le lendemain nous somme aller le signaler a agence ,mais bon ils sont 3 et ne fournissent pas de la a marquer ok pour le nettoyage et signer comme si savait été controler !!ils faudrait qu ils soit plus vigilent sur le nettoyage car appartement du propriétaire va vraiment ce dégrader rapidement si ce n est pas entretenu ils nous ont fait un virement de 65 euros pour avoir passer 2h30 à le nettoyer en arrivant super!!!il est très bien placer dans le centre,une très jolie vue des fenetresbien aménagé ont nous parle des casseroles mais franchement ce n étais pas le pire ca je les donner à pascal quand nous avons fait le départ mais le logement étais propre nous aurions bien voulus le trouver comme ça quand nous somme arrivé je met 4 étoiles a cause du ménage sinon emplacement en vos 5

Très beau T2, parfaitement situé

Les échanges avec le propriétaire et l'agence ont été très faciles. Tous les deux sont facilement joignables, et arrangeants. L'appartement est idéalement situé sur le port, à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare, mais reste très silencieux. Séjour parfait pour nous!

Très bonne expérience

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Collioure. L'appartement, fonctionnel, est idéalement situé et offre une vue magnifique. Le propriétaire a tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.

J.ai déjà eté dans cet appartement. J.avais promis d.y retourner et je l.ai fait. Très recomendable
