The villa deliberately does not have air conditioning, as its architecture provides a naturally pleasant indoor climate.

During the complete renovation, the house was highly insulated. The traditional natural stone walls, approximately 50 cm thick, together with the lush surrounding vegetation, ensure natural coolness indoors even on hot summer days.

This historic construction method creates a consistently comfortable living environment without artificial cooling (allergy-friendly) – quiet, sustainable, and in harmony with the architecture of the Côte d’Azur.

Thanks to high-quality insulation, approximately 50 cm thick natural stone walls, and the surrounding vegetation, the house remains pleasantly cool even in summer.

Non-smoking property (smoking indoors is not permitted). Pets are allowed only upon prior request. The villa is ideal for families with children.
Parties and events are only permitted upon prior agreement. The villa is particularly suited for quiet stays in an exclusive setting.
