Unsere Wohnung wurde aktualisiert und in echtem "Strand" -Stil und Farben dekoriert, um Sie in einen tropischen Geisteszustand zu versetzen, sobald Sie durch die Tür gehen. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit Kingsize-Betten, begehbarer Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken und Flachbildfernseher. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten für eine Vielzahl von Schlafkombinationen für Ihre Familie oder Gruppe.

Beautiful Condo

This was our families first trip to Panama City and we had an absolute blast The condo was beautiful and Justin was very professional and accommodating! The pool area, beach, bar (excellent run mixers), hot tubs….all on point with service and access. The resort feels private but also wide open because of easy beach access. Ultimately … The condo was the crown jewel, we will definitely stay again and look forward to it!! Absolutely Gorgeous, you will love it and thank me later!!!

Everything was perfect!

This property is top notch, we did not have a single complaint. The unit is clean and well maintained, with a well stocked kitchen and up to date decor and appliances, This is, by far, the best unit we've stayed in at Edgewater and we've been going there for about 20 years. The owner was fantastic - he was quick to respond to questions and was always courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Excellent view

This condo was absolutely perfect for our vacation. The view was great and we especially loved the pool at the complex. The wrap around deck was such a treat. Being an end unit, we were able to walk literally around from the beach side to the street side on the deck. Loved it!! Communication with the owners was absolutely top notch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. You won’t regret it!

Best Condo to Date!

My family and I have stayed at Edgewater for the last 8 years and this condo was by far the best!! It was renovated and very clean. The bathrooms were updated as well as the majority of the inside. Even the bed linens were soft and not your basic rough sheets! And of course the boys were happy with the large TV!! This place has an awesome view and was perfect! The owners were easy to work with and we had 0 problems during our 7 night stay! Definitely recommend and plan on staying there next year!

Fall Break

We had a great stay! Condo was nicely done and spacious- anf a great balcony with amazing views. Fridge needs to be repaired/replaced and light bulbs need to be replaced in a couple of key areas (as reported on day 1). They werent repaired during our stay; but we still rate the experience a 5 out of 5. Thanks so much! Hope to be back soon!

Perfection!!!

I am not sure where to even start. The condo was so nice and clean. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The resort was not busy so we never had to wait for the elevator. The pool area was the nicest I’ve ever seen and the staff was so kind. Having the Oceans Bar & Grill on-site was very convenient. Justin was also very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely book again for any future trips.

Amazing Family Vacation

Our stay started off a little rocky with check-in being late due to miscommunication between maintenance and cleaning crew. The cleaning crew could have done a better job on the floors, but everything else was top notch! Once we were able to get in the condo, the a/c was froze up, but Justin responded quickly and had someone out asap. Once the problem with the a/c was straightened out, the stay was amazing. The condo itself was freshly updated and super comfy. One of my biggest fears is the comfort of the beds; however, that was definitely not a problem. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in. My family spent time on the balcony watching the waves crash on shore and watching the storms roll in. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our family has been going on vacation in Fort Walton and Destin for the past 4 years. This year we decided to move a little further to PCB, and this was our BEST family vacation yet! We look forward to staying at Eleventh Heaven again!

Fun week!

Rented this condo for a "Girls" week at the beach. We always stay at Edgewater Resort. Love the location, restaurant on site, and availability of beach chair rental. Great view! The condo is nicely renovated. The owner was easy to work with. If you like to cook in the condo, bring your own skillets the ones in the condo are past their replacement date. If you like to read, as we do, the lighting in the living room and bedrooms will not work for you. The lamps in the living room accommodate three-way bulbs, but had low-wattage bulbs instead. Note: there is seating for only three on the balcony. A chaise lounge was available but the back was broken. If you don't like really thin towels, bring you own. As with a lot beach rentals, the sofas and chairs in the living and dining rooms are heavily stained.

Thank you for your stay. Regarding light bulbs, the Florida Wildlife Commission mandates that any beach-facing lighting be sea turtle-compliant. High-wattage bulbs receive a fine from the FWC. Regarding pans, the kitchen is stocked with *three* complete sets of pots and pans. We have snowbird renters who use these to cook for five months out of the year with no issues. All upholstery is steam cleaned the last week of every month and left free of any/all stains. None of the aforementioned was raised by the renter during their stay.

Awful place!!!!!!

Gonna be honest had high hopes for this place our room in tower 1 and the ridiculous rules quickly ravaged those hopes.. Our room had no basic amenities such as hair drier ONE ROLL OF TP FOR EACH BATHROOM FOR A 4 day stay No salt pepper etc etc Sliding doors would not latch or seal constant wind coming through and ac could not keep up constant 72 degrees thank god it’s march and not June Also one of my guest got skin irritation from the dirty hot tub on tower 3 Oh and black mold all in one of the closets they must have forgotten to paint over Rented a golf cart for our stay and was told even though we had a second parking pass we could not keep it at our tower in parking lot and we should leave it at the Burger King or somewhere else oh and no first aid kit in our room at all AS WELL AS NO POWER TO OUTLETS IN LIVING ROOM SO NO LIGHTS EITHER you guys should check the owners you have renting out of your resort WILL NOT SPEND 1900 TO STAY HERE AGAIN BEWARE

Here are texts from this renter: "Really such a beautiful place" "Very well done!" "Breath taking view!" This was the only communication from this renter during their stay - they communicated no issues at all. One roll of TP per bathroom is standard, as is not providing salt and pepper (nobody wants to use one left by a previous renter). Golf carts not being allowed to park on site is clearly stated in the resort rules. The lights absolutely do work - renter did not turn on the light switch that controls the lights she cites in her review. Renter broke a brand-new dresser, which is likely the reason for the negative review. This is a pristine, brand-new condo as can be seen in the pics and videos. 99% of our renters are fantastic, so we will take the high road on this review. 😁

Loved the condo could have used a little more cleaning could tell little kids had been there before Cheetos fingerprints everywhere over all cleanliness good. We had visitors at our door early 3 days only told about one person coming. Beautiful view pool was amazing

Great balcony!

Overall, this is a nice beach getaway. Resort is great, views are awesome! The balcony is amazing! Condo needs new housekeepers. Floors had lots of debris in every room. Beds need new mattresses. If the latter issues were addressed, I would definitely stay there again!

I have been coming to Edgewater Beach Resort on vacation every year since the summer it opened in 1985. While I have stayed at other properties as well, the memories and nostalgia of Edgewater always brought me back - there's just not another place in Panama City Beach like Edgewater. The best part of being a VRBO host is getting to hear about our guests' own memories in the condo.

I stayed in this very condo in 2012 and enjoyed it so much that I vowed to buy it should it ever come up for sale. Sure enough, it hit the market that winter, and I drove down the very next day and made an offer. We own other properties on the Gulf, but this is the one our family calls our vacation "home."
