Our Family of 8 had a wonderful stay in this condo! View was perfect, balcony was huge, steps to the beach. Pools were a plus due to June Grass half of our stay. The restaurant and bar were great as well. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous!!

We booked this last minute and coukdnt beat price especially over holiday weekend. Condo was perfect. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Deck was huge. Restaurant was great and drink packages were a nice treat. Condo was steps from Restaurant but not noisy in condo. Food was great. Beach was packed but not crazy party. Would stay again for sure!!

Fall Beach Trip

Overall the property was nice. There were lots of great things about the stay. The Condo was nice but dated. The location of the Unit was excellent. The Condo was very roomy. Furniture was great. Balconies were excellent. I feel their could be improvements made to bathroom and Kitchen areas. The appliances worked well but were dated. The kitchen and bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was sand and a ring around the master tub. Not sure it had been cleaned. All the knobs and fixures were rusted in the kitchen and bath. They need to be replaced. Overall everything was good. I would definitely stay again there just needs to be deep cleaning and replacement of rusted things in kitchen and bath. Also things that have been used by previous renters should be replaced (kitchen sponges and liquid soaps.

Beach vacation

My husband, myself, our son & 3 of his friends had a wonderful time. The condo was a perfect size. Love the large balcony. It does need some updates, but overall, we were happy. Even though we couldn’t get in the ocean every day because of the riptide. We still had the pool & enjoyed listening to the ocean. Glad we were on the 1st floor close to the stairs. Very convenient. The condo owner was very easy to work with and appreciated them mailing my son’s chain he accidentally left there.

Great condo

Plenty of room to move around and not be on top of each other. Loved the first floor with only one flight of stairs. Only thing is the rails in the balcony needs something to keep children safe, babies head fit right through the rails and that was stressful. But over all a wonderful stay.

Great vacation

The condo was great, clean, and location location location!! The family had a great time, plenty to do for teenagers and 6 year old. Also, very romantic place (when the kids were busy). Shirley was great, communicated great, and went above expectations to make sure my twins13th birthday was awesome with decorations.

Amazing stay and location

What an amazing time my family and I had staying in this rental. My family makes it a habit upon arrival to any rental to note any issues we see before unpacking. All my concerns were relayed to Liz within an hour of arrival, and were immediately responded by Liz. Communication was great with her. The location is second to none. The resort being closed off to the public with security gave my family and I the confidence to let the children and young teens venture out on their own, because you know hanging with adults is lame. Hahaha. There was plenty for them to do, as well as adults. Basketball across the bridge, several pools to choose from, Edgies convience with Starbucks, close beach access, and so much more to list. Having some slight mobility issues I was able to enjoy sitting on the patio and enjoying my time, while feeling like I was on the beach without being on the beach, allowing my family to not feel like they were leaving me behind to go have fun. The kids could to to the beach and be in eye sight at all times. I could go on and on about this location. Just be aware that it is an outdated unit, so some things do show some age, but we were not there to stay inside. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook and eat meals, that is if you do not go to the resteraunt right outside your door. I recomend the pizza especially if you have kids with you. Overall a fantastic time. Thank you Liz for allowing us to use your rental. If we come back to PCB we will definetly look this one up for availibility.

Fabulous!!

This condo has the most amazing view from the living room and dining room/kitchen. You don’t even have to leave the condo to feel like you’re on the beach. Opening the sliding doors and just listening to the waves is heavenly. The bedding situation was perfect for our group of people, we rented the same condo last summer and we will rent it again sometime in the future.

Nice condo

She allowed us to check in early and decorate for a bachelorette party weekend. That was really nice. I would recommend pushing the check out time to at least 10:00am instead of 9am. That extra hour is really helpful. Also the air conditioner never really kept the condo very cold even with the shutters closed to prevent the sun from heating it up. Even in the bedrooms I expected it to get a little colder but it never did. Everything else was fine. Would recommend staying here if you want first floor.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here for a family vacation with 8 of us. Perfect location. I’ve heard tower 3 is best but this really is the perfect location. We sat on balcony every night and watched the ocean we could also sit and listen to the bands play as we had front row to the bands. We didn’t hear them in our room which was nice too. We let our parents and cousins sleep in king rooms since they haven’t been to the beach. They said the beds are very comfortable! The double room my husband and I and our two kids stayed in that room. The beds in this room was not very comfortable though. The mattresses may need an update. For kids they will be just fine though. As far as interior it may need some updates but honestly you are at the beach and who cares what the condo looks like as long as it is clean. There are water damaged spots on some of the bathroom cabinets in double room. The appliances were great in kitchen. We did bring our own pans because I have been places where everything would just stick to pans and it was a nightmare. The washer and dryer worked very well. I have stayed places where the washer and dryer took forever and mostly wouldn’t get the clothes dried even after 2 cycles. The Wi-Fi did get bogged down frequently as we couldn’t be on our phones and watch tv. The tv in double room couldn’t get remotes to work- likely just needed batteries but could only turn volume up and down but otherwise stayed on Disney (again no issues as kids watched it for bedtime) I also didn’t let the owner know I honestly just remembered as I am typing. Does need maybe a love seat or something in living room as only 5 places for people to sit but it was rarely a problem as we mainly sat on balcony. Overall we had a great vacation and the location was perfect. She was very responsive to questions before our stay as well. And after our stay. We appreciate her allowing us to visit pcb in her condo. Oh one last thing we have stayed in places difficult to use tents due to so many chairs this place was perfect they had many breaks in chairs set up on beach so tents could sit up close to beach. The beach access was steps from the condo and that was the only beach access besides public access so it was great for people watching too :) enjoy your stay I know we did :)

Mike and Liz Skrovanek are the owners to Unit 101, Tower II. This three bedroom, three bathroom gulf front condo at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida was purchased in 2003. Liz manages the condo rental. Mike and Liz live in Shalimar, Florida and are an hour and half away from the resort.

Location, Location, Location. The owners, Mike and Liz grew up in the North East part of the United States. After getting married in 1990, moved “South”. Panama City Beach is a resort city in Bay County, Florida, USA on the Gulf of Mexico. We purchased this first floor, 3/3 condo while living in Columbus, GA. Panama City Beach was an easy commute and Edgewater provided all the amenities we could ever want. Edgewater is a fabulous, family-friendly gated vacation spot. We are amazed at the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Panama City Beach‘s slogan is “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches” due to the unique, sugar-white sandy beaches of northwest Florida. The area and resort are a popular vacation destination, especially among people in the Southeastern USA.

We were drawn to this FIRST Floor 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo because of the amazing panoramic BREATHTAKING view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! We love relaxing at the wrap around balcony- waiting for priceless sunset's. It's never disappointing! We love watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. We love the convenience of the first floor. We value repeat business! We’ve laughed, we’ve cried and above all- we thank God for the opportunity to own and manage this family property.
