St. Simons Island ist ein malerisches Dorf am Atlantik mit riesigen lebenden Eichen, die von spanischem Moos, Blick auf das Marschland und der Natur in ihrer schönsten Form tropfen. Dieser historische Ort hat ausgezeichnete Restaurants und wundervolle Geschäfte sowie Fahrradwege, Golfplätze und Tennisplätze. Der Strand selbst ist sehr breit, ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren, Drachen steigen lassen, Spielen oder einfach zum Entspannen. Das berühmte King and Prince Resort wurde von den Lesern von Southern Living zum "Georgia's Favorite Beach Resort" gewählt. Great Vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in St Simons! Our condo at the King and Prince Resort was everything promised, and the view was beautiful! We will definitely stay here again.

South Villa 449 is beautifully decorated, immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. The views are amazing! We love to stay here when we come to visit our grandchildren! Oceanfront breathtaking views at King and Prince Villa 449

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was spotless!! It was beautifully decorated!! It had everything you could possibly need in this condo!! The kitchen was well equipped!! The view was absolutely breathtaking!! The sunrises and sunsets were amazing!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee and relaxing. The food at Echo was superb with great ocean views! We came for grandparent’s day with our grandsons and stayed 4 nights and loved every minute of our visit with them!! My only complaint is the king size mattress was too soft for us. It also had a hump in the middle. It might need to be turned around or flipped over. But other than that it was perfect!! We look forward to staying there again!!

Beach bliss.

We needed some beach time - and this property hooked us up. Perfect location for sunrise walks and sunset swims in the ocean. And nice to be able to end the day with a dip in the pools of the King & Prince Resort.

perfect family getaway

This condo is amazing!! Updated, spacious, and well equipped. The view from the balcony was our favorite. The beach is stunning! Lots for our family to do: walks, swim, beach, dinner & ice cream in the evening...so fun for all ages! This was our first time in SSI - we will definitely be back soon!
