Easy to access condo, close by covered parking, and swell view. The apartment was solid, quiet, private, and full of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beach and pool access easy, lots of extras. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at King and Prince. The location is absolutely perfect starting just in general with the location of the Villa to the beach and pool, to all the way to location of the resort to the city. Can’t wait to return to the exact location next year.

Great location! Host company was so quick to respond when we had an issue. Bedrooms are not quite as cool as the living room. Fortunately, they had a fan for us. Loved King and Prince and unit 148!

We’ve stayed at different K&P villas over the last 3 years, and this is our fave so far of the 3. They’re all a generally similar layout, but this one had both bathrooms nicely updated and was definitely the cleanest. It was decorated nicely and without a million breakable knickknacks sitting around (just a few which were easy to move away from our young kids during our stay!). We would absolutely stay here again. Just some suggestions that would make it even better for a family with young kids: some plastic or paper plates would be helpful (we got some to go boxes from the K&P restaurant to use as plates for the kids). Also, the twin beds are high off the ground and the floor is tile, so we were happy we brought bumpers for the sides of the beds for peace of mind that our 2 and 5 year olds wouldn’t roll off. Also - we really liked the wall art!

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The layout was perfect and it was just enough room for our family of four. The beds were cozy and the location was spot on! Steps away from the beach and the resort pools! We will be staying here again!
