Churchill Plaza # 1 - In zentraler Lage im Herzen von Friday Harbor bietet das Churchill Plaza den Luxus einer privaten Residenz mit herrlichem Blick auf den Hafen und die Fähranlegestelle. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem Wohn- und Geschäftshaus mit gemischter Nutzung.

Der große Raum des Lofts bietet einen direkten Blick auf das Wasser und verfügt über eine Veranda und eine Terrasse, die zum Genießen im Freien einladen. Abends können Sie den Propankamin für ein entspannendes oder romantisches Ambiente einschalten. Die Küche, die mit Granitoberflächen und Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl ausgestattet ist, blickt auf das Wasser und eignet sich hervorragend zum Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten sowie zum Genießen der natürlichen Umgebung der Stadt und zum Bootfahren. In der Inselküche gibt es auch eine zusätzliche Bar mit Sitzgelegenheiten.

Das Loft bietet zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Bett ausgestattet und bietet Blick auf die Fähre und den Yachthafen sowie ein angrenzendes Hauptbad. Das Hauptbad ist mit Granitoberflächen, zwei Waschbecken, einer Badewanne und einer gefliesten, übergroßen Dusche ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls mit einem Queensize-Bett ausgestattet und blickt auf einen benachbarten Park, in dem Sie ein Picknick machen oder ein wenig Basketball spielen können.

Das Loft befindet sich direkt über der Fähranlegestelle und bietet den Komfort, dass Sie kein Auto mitbringen müssen. Die Unterkunft verfügt jedoch über ein sicheres, privates Parkhaus mit Aufzug. Das Churchill Plaza ist ein großartiger Ort, um die Insel ein paar Tage oder ein Leben lang zu erleben.

Great location. Especially if you want to get your car in line early for the ferry and still have time to gather your stuff in the condo. We ended up visiting Orcas and Lopez because the ferry was so convenient. We were so happy we did. I’d recommend this condo.

Super comfortable, upscale 2 bedroom 2 bath place with modern, open floor plan kitchen/ living area. We enjoyed views of the harbor, relaxing living space and comfortable beds. Property was spotlessly clean. Walking distance to grocery store, harbor, shopping and restaurants.

Reviewer Comments: The only reason I'm only giving this property a 4 star rating is that it is more suitable for a family rather than two couples traveling together. There is no closet available for the 2nd bedroom and the bathroom for that bedroom is basically a laundry room with a tiny sink, a toilet, and a shower. Otherwise, everything is great: Location is perfect, the furniture is lovely and appears to be new, and the property was immaculate.

Mid winter getaway

Relaxing stay at the cozy and warm condo. Enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings, the convent coffee shops in the mornings and the great location to take in all that Friday Harbor and San Juan Island has to offer in the winter. Great hikes, excellent restaurants and inviting small town charm.

Great Getaway Spot

Close to town with convenient onsite parking. We enjoyed how clean the condo was, it smelled like pinesol the whole time. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows, towels, etc for use. The views from the condo were great and there were 2 decks with seating.
