Waterfront! Hot Tub!
This north facing, waterfront home just minutes from town, is a retreat for a small family or a few friends to come and relax on San Juan Island. (EWR) **There is a staircase that is used to access the house.

Located on the main floor is the gourmet kitchen with an open concept to the living room and incredible view of San Juan Channel.
Enjoy a movie on the Smart TV (Roku's equipped for each TV with your personal login) or sit and watch the boats cruise past the waterfront. A small collection of board games is provided in the living room for the family to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs (spices are not always guaranteed) which includes an in-island cooktop stove and sub-zero refrigerator. Seating at the bar and at the convertible armoire/table are the options to enjoy your meal.

There is a large, spacious deck off the living room to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a King bed, en suite bathroom with double sink and heated floors, and private outdoor deck. The extra room off the upstairs bedroom has a hide-a-bed couch and pack n' play for the smaller child.

Downstairs boasts a Queen bed, 3/4 bathroom and access to the outdoor 6-person hot tub.

Enjoy a meal on the picnic table while watching the boats drift by. This is a great space to relax and unwind on San Juan Island.

** Parents please be aware that this home has low-bank waterfront exposure and although the owners welcome families, the home may not be suitable for all children.
**Outdoor fires are not permitted at this property any time of year.

Rustic and cozy

Tongue and grooved knotty pine, Leathered granite counters, views of the water from every angle. High end amenities, a perfect place to unwind. High end flooring throughout with heated tile floors in the bathrooms and utility/wash room. An amazing place to stay on San Juan, perfectly situated between Friday harbor and Roche harbor. Orcas, sea lions and coast guard were plentiful for viewing from the two different balcony style decks. What a treat!

Beautiful home

We loved staying here. The only disappointment was that the fireplace is not for guest use. Also, no fires are permitted on the property even when fire restrictions are lifted.

Christmas on San Juan Island

One of the best stays we’ve ever had. The house was immaculate with all the conveniences we expected. Tub was just the right location. Induction stove and convection oven.Couldn’t have had a better place to spend a quiet Christmas day.

Gorgeous, peaceful and cozy

Stunning views of the sound from every room. The home looked just like the pictures. We came here for a quick getaway with another couple, and we loved the board games, the decks, easy access to Friday Harbor, and privacy the home offered. We’d love to come back!

What a view!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Evergreen Waterfront Retreat. Not too far from Friday Harbor and the view was incredible. The house was clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom was lovely, but missing a closet anywhere upstairs for hanging clothes. The bed mattress is needing a "flip" or replacement since there are dips which make it not as comfortable as I'm guessing it was in the beginning. Awoke with a bit of a sore back in the mornings, but not terrible.

Million dollar view

The space was set up as a real adult getaway. No bunk beds, no corner piled high with beat up games and puzzles with missing pieces. It felt very high end. The location was nothing short of peace and quiet. Solitude. It was everything we wanted. The hot tub was amazing…with a view. This is the place you go to get away. Leave the kids and dogs home with the in laws and reconnect. Also such a short distance to the downtown for dining and shopping. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Will absolutely be returning.

Lovely stay with breathtaking views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent most of our time enjoying the deck to this beautiful property. Loved the wildlife show (bald eagles, kingfishers, jellyfish and tiny fishes were regulars) and seeing the gorgeous sunsets. We stayed in the master bedroom upstairs which was spacious and comfortable. The downstairs bedroom was a little less fancy, but our friends said the bathroom was lovely. Given how much cooking we ended up doing, I do wish that the knives were a little sharper, if only for safety reasons, and that there was a rubber spatula. If I were staying there again, I would probably bring some of those items from home. However, overall a great location and a beautiful home. I feel I should add that there was information about an emergency water shortage left on the property’s front door and garage. Given that we and our guests were from drought plagued areas, we understood the seriousness of the request. Just a reminder that even on vacation, you can’t escape the realities of the environment.

Perfect Getaway on San Juan Island

Our stay on San Juan Island was absolutely magical, thanks to this incredible VRBO home right on the water. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views of the ocean and the peaceful sounds of nature. The house itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with friends. One of the highlights was waking up to the sunrise over the water each morning, which we could enjoy right from the comfort of the cozy living room or the expansive deck. The kitchen was well-equipped for us to cook our meals, and we loved having dinners outside with the ocean breeze. The location couldn't have been better. It was secluded enough to feel like a true retreat, yet still conveniently close to local attractions and activities. The property owners were fantastic hosts, providing us with all the information we needed ahead of time and ensuring that everything was in perfect order upon our arrival. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made our stay special. Overall, our time at this VRBO home exceeded all expectations. Nothing short of amazing in all aspects (as long as you are ok with stairs) wildlife, scenery, peaceful bliss. Awesome place. If you can spend some time here, do it.
