The shoreline along the westside is indeed a high bank shoreline with a natural marine wetland area, which changes with the tides and supports a rich variety of wildlife. While it isn't a traditional sandy beach, many guests enjoy the peaceful water view setting, birdwatching, and ever-changing views across the water. Thank you as well for noting the location. The home is situated in the quieter northwest end of the island near Roche Harbor, offering privacy, natural beauty, and easy access to many scenic parks and trails. As you mentioned, guests often find it helpful to pick up groceries and supplies in Friday Harbor before settling in and enjoying the area's slower pace.
