Diese Wohnung wurde seit dem letzten Jahr Hochsaison komplett renoviert / umgebaut. Sobald die Gäste aus der letzten Saison meine Verehrung dieser Einheiten Lage bestätigt, entschied ich mich vollständig die Beachy zu wiederholen, etwas veraltet Interieur mit Hartholz, Granit, Edelstahl Geräte, Schränke, Badezimmer Renovierung und benutzerdefinierte Holzarbeiten, die perfekten Familienurlaub, dies zu machen oder Treffpunkt für mehrere Familien.
Es ist ein König BR mit eigenem Bad und eine Königin und ein Zweibettzimmer im zweiten BR. Das Sofa im Wohnbereich zieht an eine Königin aus. Zwei Badezimmer eines in Master und einem aus der Halle.
Das Haus ist voll mit allem, was von bakeware zum Strand Spielzeug / Schwimmer / skimboards ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen großen Raum Terrasse privater Pool mit Blick auf.
Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Pier North End Angeln, der Strand ist eine einfache, sichere (besonders für Kinder / Hunde), 2 Minuten zu Fuß durch Pier Parkplatz. Luxus-Bettwäsche, Keurig Brühsystem, Wasch- / Trockner in der Einheit, reservierte Parkplätze für 1, Gäste-Parkplatz für 1

Carolina Beach Trip

Location of the property is great! Close access to the beach and some light entertainment. Cleanliness is important though, and that was the main issue for our group. The common areas such as the parking area and stairwell were very dirty and full of cobwebs and debris. I know, this complaint is not for this particular host and it really for condo association. It's about appearance and how welcoming things are for people to come back to or even recommend.

Enjoyable Stay

Clean and spacious property, close to the beach with an easy check in. Loved having two decks to enjoy! We loved the pool also. We had a small issue check in day and the host was quick to respond and offer resolution for us. Very pleased with the communication. The water has an odor here for some reason. Luckily we had brought a lot of water with us. There is also construction right in front of condo. Overall very pleased with the property and enjoyed our time there.

Nice place a short walk to the beach

The location is great for beach lovers with only a very short walk to the shore. Parking is a nightmare with very, very tight spaces. It was doable, but not enjoyable to park our minivan. There are really only two bedrooms since two of the beds are pull out sofas. Communication wasn't what we are used to from other VRBO experiences, but we figured it out.

Property was lacking never was able to get the cable to work in setting room. Internet is difficult to get signed into, and parking is over all terrible, but still was enjoyable. Nice condo and location.

Not quite as expected

The unit was nice but floors were quite dirty at time of arrival. Parking was horrible especially if you bring a vehicle that you plan on taking on the beach. The unit does not allow pets but units above and below units do and you often have to listen to the dogs pacing the floors and barking because the owner has left them there. Also floors must be very thin because you could hear every footstep of the person or persons above you. There is no beach views now since they are building a new building in front of the building and that noise went on all day as well. Overall not a very relaxing place to stay due to noise and poor parking. Also we would suggest bringing more towels there are not enough for more than 2 maybe 3 people if you share.

Great Vacation Spot

We go to Carolina Beach often and as a family we agree this has been our favorite place. There was plenty of space, the balconies were a great place to have coffee and gather for family time. It’s close to the beach and the pool was great! The kitchen was well equipped, and all was correct in comparison to the listing amenities. We highly recommend this place, we had a great family vacation here.

The owner was very nice, the inside was clean but a couple dirty nasty things. Some Dirty dishes, dirty sponge smelled of mold to wash dishes with , barely any towels, nasty dirty rug in living room, noisy neighbors, dirty green pool, no showers outside work, the stairs coming into the building are nasty, the shower in the hallway didn’t work and there was a leak coming from upstairs. There was also crumbs on the comforter in a room. Barely any trash bags or soap either.

Summer Vacation

We loved staying here! The condo was very tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare light meals. The location was great, too! Just a few steps to the beach-we left our chairs and umbrella out while we went back to the condo for lunch. And it was close to lots of restaurants! A great condo all around!

Perfect location for a low key family vacation. This condo is convenient to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Which has cute shops and plenty of fun for the kiddos, and who could forget Britts Donuts! Would absolutely stay here again!

Laid Back Vibe

We loved this property, especially the location. The north end of the island has such a laid back “hippie” vibe, and the locals are so nice. The pier is a fun hang out spot; even the teens liked it! The property owner was very pleasant and great to work with. Will hopefully return. 🏝️

Property listed accurately- location conveniently close to the beach & pool

The 2nd floor property condo unit is accurately listed, including the amenities (linens, beach gear, bath towels). This was a comfortable unit with enough for my daughter, son & myself. The front balcony is great for morning sunrise coffee, afternoons naps & the master balcony (rear) was great for sunsets on the sound after a beach day. Kitchen was well equipped (I cook - there was enough for us. The beds & pillows were comfortable, the washer, dryer & dishwasher are a must & did their jobs. I loved the water cooler (I have one at home) & was thrilled to not have to purchase bottled water. At Food Lion you can exchange or refill for under $5 which lasted the week. The pool & ocean were warm. Note: the previous review the week prior to our stay mentioned foul smelling water & dirty pool conditions. I gasped when I read it prior to our arrival- not the case at all. We saw someone test the water & clean the pool at least daily. Never saw a beer can or a dog in the pool. My daughter mentioned that the pool guy “didn’t get a day off”, even in the rain ( he came during a passing shower). Another time a woman staffer maintained the pool. Parking is a careful art- there are spaces that are open in the parking lot. Everything was conveniently located, accessible & clean. We did not sleep on the pull out couches. There is a vacuum, broom & cleaner to maintain the space. Aside from yourself, family, clothes, personal necessities, just bring beach towels & bug spray 😊

Disappointed

I was really looking forward to spending time with family at the beach, and we did enjoy the beach but not so much the room. The water smelled like rotten eggs and if you washed your hair or body it had a slight egg smell and you felt dirtier than before the shower. The kids cried having to take a bath in the smelly water. I didn’t see anyone clean the pool once. It looked cloudy and dirty the entire time. There was even beer cans floating in it at one point, and a guy allowed his dogs to swim in the pool. The rug in the living room looked like it came from the local landfill. I wouldn’t allow the kids to sit on it while watching cartoons. I had to put a huge blanket down. Our stay was uncomfortable to say the least. I was Very disappointed, but I’m sure with some care and a little effort things can be corrected for future guests. There is potential, but it didn’t work out for us. I’m not sure if hot water system/tank needs to be drained and flushed to get rid of the smell.

Cute but…

This place is cute. A few items were broken but still usable; the microwave handle, the items in the storage closet such as the beach chair and umbrella as advertised, and i had a hard time utilizing the tv and uncertain about all of the five remotes and what they were for. I was also upset that the fishing pier that was advertised was not usable. It actually looked to be broken for years. There was no place to rinse off other than the pool area. But not ideal for Sandy items from the beach. Overall a nice place and stay

Vacation Rental Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach and at the condo. The location is great and it’s a 3 minute walk to the beach. The parking is very tight however it’s doable. The rooms are spacious and we enjoyed spending our evenings on the Balcony relaxing. The area is quiet and accessible to restaurants and the boardwalk.

Cleanliness next to Godliness

The cooking utensils were nasty. Pots and pans had food stuck in and on them. The parking was an absolute joke. Tight spaces and turn around areas were extremely small.

Great home for a family vacation

I am a mother of two amazing adult girls and the grandmother of the most perfect little girls. I care very deeply for those around me and I'm not happy unless everyone around me is happy. This beach property is my dream! I love the water and the beach. The only way I can afford to own it is by sharing the property and the expenses with others. This is one of the best locations on the island. It is close enough to everything and yet far enough away that you can enjoy your privacy. The master has an amazing patio overlooking the intracoastal marsh featuring AMAZING sunsets and on the other end of the unit, the spacious great room patio has partial ocean views and overlooks the private pool.
Since renovated/remodeled, the condo has a beach lodge, natural organic motif and boasts flat panel TVs throughout. Unit has WIFI and cable.
