Dies ist ein geräumiges Einfamilienhaus im Dorf Bear Trap Dunes. NEUES OUTDOOR DECK MIT TEICHBLICK! Wir haben 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, 1 Außendusche und 1 WC. Es gibt eine große Veranda und eine abgeschirmte Veranda mit Blick auf den Teich. Offener Wohn-, Ess-, Küchenbereich und separater Fernsehraum auf der 1. Ebene. Garage für 2 Autos. Master-Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Master-Bad im 1. Stock. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Duschkabine. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock. Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Einzelbett (Twin). Das 3. Schlafzimmer ist ideal für Kinder, ein Pyramiden-Etagenbett mit einem Einzelbett (zwei Einzelbetten) und einem Doppelbett (zwei Einzelbetten). Das 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Badezimmer von Jack und Jill, das Folgendes umfasst: Toilette, Badewanne / Dusche und einen Doppelwaschtisch. Das 4. Schlafzimmer ist kleiner und verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Schlaf 8-10 bequem. Das Haus verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, darunter eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe, einen AC / Wärme- und Gaskamin auf Duellebene, eine Mikrowelle und einen Elektroherd mit Backofen. Ein Gasgrill befindet sich im Hinterhof zum Grillen und eine Außendusche. Kinderfahrräder, Liegestühle, Boogie-Boards, Elektro-Go-Cart, Kinderwagen, Corn-Hole-Spiel und Paddle-Ball in der Garage. Freibäder und Fitnesscenter zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Gemeinschaftspools müssen Mieter Pool-Tags für 40 USD pro Person und Woche erwerben. Kleinkinder unter 5 Jahren sind frei.

Bill’s house is very comfortable and well furnished. We love Bear Trap Dunes and his home is in a very quiet section. It has nice views of the pond. Bill communicated well and checked in to make sure everything was ok and checked on how things were going during Hurricane Erin. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect For Our Family

The property looked even nicer in person than in the pics. Perfect location, close to beach and boardwalk, yet far enough away to enjoy the beautiful community. We got lots of use of the pool (adults and kids) and loved going for morning bike rides as a whole family. Owners were wonderful and super responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great vacation

The property was as described and as pictured. We were 4 adults and 3 kids (two families) and the layout worked great. The outside screened in porch was beautiful and really did look out on a creek. The bikes in the garage were so great to have. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful stay close to the beach

We had an awesome time at Bill’s house. The location is fantastic - about a ten minute drive to the beach and just a few minutes away to grocery stores and great restaurants. We loved having access to the pool (indoor and outdoor) and being able to bike the neighborhood. Plenty of space in the house for two families and we’d highly recommend staying here. Bill was super communicative and responsive and a real pleasure to work with. Hope to stay here again next year!

perfect vacation

the property was great, we had easy access to the pool, the beach and a great yard to play outdoor games. the house was plenty big enough for 8 adults and one child. it was clean, well equipped and the open floor plan let us all be together without being on top of each other. we loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood. would go back in a minute!!!

Beautiful Vacation Home and Great Location

My family and I had a wonderful week in those home. The house was clean and had lots of space. We loved having morning coffee on the front covered porch and sitting at night in the screened back deck. The location is great and the amenities (shuttle to beach/boardwalk and pool) of the property provided lots of options and reduced car trips. We had two rainy days and still enjoyed ourselves by utilizing the indoor pool and reading on the covered porch and deck. It was great to be able to grill and eat outside and avoid long lines. The kitchen was well stocked with essential dishes, pots, pans, etc. Additionally, if you like to run, walk, or bike, the neighborhood is quite large and safe for these activities. The owner is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and checked in with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had a great week and definitely stay at this home again.

A lovely week!

We had a lovely stay at Bill's home. The house is very comfortable, well appointed, and has everything a family could need to enjoy the beach -- and then some. Our kids LOVED having bikes and tricycles, sports equipment, and array of beach toys. We (the parents) loved the large master bedroom and bathroom. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch and eating dinner on the back deck. Our only constructive feedback would be on the positioning of security cameras outside the house. While we understand the need for them, we would have preferred not to have a camera positioned right at the screened in porch where a viewer could observe/hear private conversations. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing week and we thoroughly enjoyed Bill's home.

Lesley, Thanks so much for writing a nice review. And thanks for some constructive feedback. The security cameras are only positioned outside at the main entry points. They are not activated during rental season. Since the property is unattended for weeks/months at a time during off-season we activate the security then.

Read the info carefully!

Info on VRBO was incorrect, 2 full baths, not 4. Pool tags were listed with the wrong $ amount. Pot and pans were to disgusting to use. When using the washer the spin cycle was incredibly loud and you could not use the super size load . The garbage was an issue . Guests do not read the directions and we were left with 2 large garbage pails full of recycling and trash. Grill was also in bad shape and would not use. Great pool, house was comfortable but for the cost I feel like the above issues should be addressed .

Doreen, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I am always interested to know how I can improve. I have consistently received rave reviews from renters and this one appears to be the exception. As far as advertising 4 Bath Room, that is simply not true. I have never heard that from anyone and I can not find anywhere on my VRBO listing where it says that. Perhaps you mistook 4 Bed Rooms for Bath Rooms. I have updated the cost for the community pool passes from $40 - $50. I don't know about disgusting but we did take your advice and replace the pots and pans with a new set. Washing machine is dated and is on list to be replaced this winter. Sorry about the trash bins but the issue is that rentals are from Saturday to Saturday and trash is picked up on Monday. In your case, there was a rather large group just before you and had them full. The grill can be an issue if guests wont clean it before they leave. I have no way to handle that otherwise. I am not a full-service hotel. Thanks for choosing my property for your stay.

Great location

The house was in a great location close to shopping and the beaches. Only downside was that we were constantly being watched by one of the neighbors. We made tie dye t shirts in the yard on a piece of plastic for all of us to wear one day while on vacation. We hung them to dry on a line in between trees so as not to get dye anywhere near the house, the neighbor reported it to the HOA because it wasn't allowed. The property owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions.

My family and I visited Bill's property and had a wonderful stay. My kids keep asking when we are going back! The house is perfect and extremely cozy. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was leaking when we arrived and we were unable to use it for 3 days. Bill was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. He was in constant communication and resolved the issue as quickly as he could. We would definitely stay at Bill's home again.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay to William’s house. It was very comfortable and in a great location with access to the amenities of bear trap such as the pool. William’s outdoor space is very nice as it has an enclosed porch as well as an outdoor space if you want to eat outdoors. The Outdoor shower was a nice bonus. The kids and adults loved taking showers “outside”. The house itself is very comfortable and can accommodate several families. There are bikes to use as well as plenty of beach chairs, Which we used biking to the pool as well as around the community . William is extremely attentive and responsive! Wonderful Trip

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was as stated and the home was very well stocked with everything you might need from blankets, pots and pans, to bikes and boogie boards. The back porch was our favorite spot! Such a great neighborhood with close proximity to the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and was great to work with. We highly recommend staying here!

Great Family Beach House

My family has stayed in Bear Trap the last 6 years. This was the first time staying at this house. The house is set up nice and has a lot of space for a large family. All of the accommodations were great! The main minor complaints we had were that the stairs where extremely creaky and if you are sleeping in the first floor bedroom, you can hear people going up and down the steps very loudly. Even when you try to walk quiet, they creak almost up the entire stairway. The sliding glass door to the back was hard to lock and the front door was hard to open from the inside. Other then a few minor complaints, the house was overall a great stay for my family. The owner was extremely accessible and very eager to make sure our stay was nice. His communication was wonderful! We were very impressed with the property

We had a great vacation and liked the house, and the facilities at Bear Trap Dunes. Bethany Beach is a nice little beach town. Finding parking and access to the beach is a challenge, however.
