Conveniently located close to historic Lewes, Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach and boardwalk, while nestled in a quiet neighborhood with well-maintained pool and clubhouse. A parking pass is provided for non-metered spots in Rehoboth Beach. The house boasts an enormous master suite, open concept living, dining and family room, 2 guest bedrooms, beautiful outdoor area and entertainment space. The master bedroom has a queen sofa bed in the sitting area; the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed; and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle. This property is loaded with modern conveniences and every detail has been carefully thought out to make your next family vacation a memorable one! Close to the outlets and some of the area's best restaurants, this property is also only minutes away from Jungle Jim's water park, Midway Speedway Park, 2 golf courses, several craft breweries, trampoline park, Lefty's bowling alley and lounge and the Breakwater Junction trail! Rain or shine, there are endless options for the entire family!

Great stay in Lewes!

Easy, relaxing vacation in a lovely home with great gathering spots in the back yard, kitchen, dining room and living room. Massive en suite primary bedroom, with a private space to wind down at the end of the evening. We would rent here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Lewes Beach! The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our family of four plus our two dogs. The beds were cozy, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. Our kids especially loved the game room and the pool, while our dogs had the best time swimming every morning at the beach. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our getaway and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Great space and great location

This was a great find! The house suited the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 teens, very nicely. The community pool could be busy but all families with kids and all very well behaved. It’s in Lewes and close to Rehoboth and both beaches. The owner was nice and a good communicated. Highly recommend.

Check in was easy and the house was great! We loved being able to bring the dogs with us. The garage was awesome for the teens to hangout in. Close to the beaches and restaurants. The pool was great on the days we chose to stay home from the beach. Great stay! Thank you again!

Absolutely perfect

This property was perfect for our family and was exactly what we needed and more. Everything was very clean and the home had every amenity we wanted, especially the large fenced in yard for our pups. The owners were so nice to deal with and the neighbors we met were friendly as well. The pool and clubhouse were also fantastic. We would definitely rent again when we visit the area. Great getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. Having the game room in the garage was fun for us and we enjoyed some table tennis tournaments. It was very convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella provided so we didn’t have to bring those along. The owner was so nice and responded to all questions. We would love to stay again sometime!

Our stay in Lewes, DE was absolutely fantastic! The location was ideal—just a short drive to the beach and local attractions. The layout of the house was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space for our family to relax and unwind. One of the highlights for us was the dog-friendly fenced-in yard. Our furry friends had the time of their lives, and we loved the peace of mind knowing they could safely roam and play. Even with the rain for part of the week, we enjoyed back to school shopping at the outlets. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

The Ultimate Vacation Home

This home is nothing short of PERFECT. The master suite/bath is huge and the other 2 bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds, extra blankets and pillows, and large closets. Love the open concept living/dining/kitchen. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked. We used the back patio every night for family gatherings around the fire pit and the fenced-in back yard was great for our normally leashed dog and yard games. The ping pong and Pac Man were added extras not found in other houses for everyone's enjoyment. After hours of searching every year for the past 30 years for family vacation homes in NJ and DE, this is the ultimate vacation dream home and we'll definitely be back year after year!

Just Amazing! Top Notch Beach Rental

Everything was perfect. The home is beautifully decorated and well maintained. It’s obvious that the owners truly love and care for the home. Everything was immaculate upon arrival and the home has everything you could need on vacation, even beach chairs and a beach umbrella. It was just my husband and myself but there is plenty of room for an extended family. My family visited for dinner two nights and my young nieces and nephew had so much fun playing the games in the bunk room and ping pong in the garage. My dad enjoyed playing Ms. PacMan- such a fun and retro touch! We really loved the lights and speaker in the garage as well. The backyard is beautiful and it was so nice for our dogs to be able to run and play off their leashes. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the community pool was wonderfully relaxing. We felt the location was great as well and central to everything. Super convenient and close to all of the stores on Coastal Highway and a short drive to the beaches/restaurants in both Lewes and Rehoboth. The parking pass was great to have! I cannot say enough good things about this lovely home. Thank you so much Sherri and Ellen! We hope to visit again some time.

One word ~ WONDERFUL !!

We enjoyed a great vacation !! The homeowner was easy to work with and very accommodating. The home was warmly decorated with a coastal theme and a delightful touch of autumn. The kitchen had modern appliances and was fully stocked. Had fun in the game room, especially with the Ms. Pac Man arcade & ping pong table ~ love the cool lights !!
