** Update zum Bau des Beach Clubs: Wir freuen uns, Ihnen mitteilen zu können, dass der Beach Club in WaterColor jetzt mit Abschluss von Phase 1 eröffnet ist! Der Hauptpool und das Oberdeck wurden komplett renoviert. Der Hauptpool und die Rita Bar bieten jetzt zusätzliche Lounge- und Sitzbereiche. Obwohl begrenzt, sind auch Speisen zum Mitnehmen erhältlich. Phase 2 wird voraussichtlich im Herbst dieses Jahres abgeschlossen sein und zwei weitere Pools umfassen. Bis dahin bleibt der Beach Club jedoch montags geschlossen, damit die Bauarbeiten sicher und ungehindert fortgesetzt werden können.

Fabulous property in ideal location

The house is beautiful. Really well decorated and appointed - the owners have thought of everything. The verandah and outside seating areas were peaceful and perfect spots to have breakfast or a sundowner. Whilst the location is a little out of main downtown, we preferred this. It was quieter and, only 10 mins max into town and the beach club by golf buggy or bike. The Publix supermarket is 5mins walk away too. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful and well equipped home. We just loved it. I was worried about the location but once here realized how much I love being away from the hustle and bustle. So quiet and peaceful. I will definitely come back. We did let 360 know that the ice maker is leaking and warping your floors.

June 2016 Stay

Our family had a great time at Watercolor in the Wisteria Way home. The house is beautiful; the decor and furnishings added to the vacation feel. The kids loved the cozy bunkroom and we all enjoyed the front porch swing at one time or another. There were a couple of minor issues at the house and 360Blue staff dealt with them quickly and to our satisfaction. We visited several of the Watercolor community pools, which were easy to access by bike. We brought our bike carriage because we had toddlers in our group. The beach is a quick bike ride away, and would be no problem at all for parties who had no small children or the need to take lots of things to the beach (e.g., sand toys, tents, chairs, snacks, etc). Some in our group found it a little cumbersome to make the trip with little ones because we either had to drive and park or make multiple trips to set things up. The water was gorgeous and the beach sunsets were amazing! We would love to come back again next year.

Fall Break Getaway

Great location for a Fall Break Getaway! The bunk room was the perfect spot for the younger kids. The older teenager in the group had his choice of two den areas. The three master bedrooms were nice for the adults and comfortable outdoor seating on the lovely porch. Perfect location - Short walk to the pool or 1/2 mile to the beach. Close to wonderful restaurants, 1/4 mile from Publix and about a mile from Seaside.

Girls Trip

Absolutely beautiful house... everyone fell in love. We had 8 girls in our group had comfortably spread out throughout the house. Location is <10 minute bike ride to Watercolor Inn, walking distance to Publix, etc. Highly recommend, and would stay in this house again. 360 blue was extremely responsive for all questions during our stay.

Absolutely beautiful home. This was our fourth trip to Watercolor in the last two years and this home is our favorite. It is well appointed and stocked with everything you need to entertain (though we chose not to do that). It is located very close to Publix and is a short bike ride away from pools, restaurants and the beach. We choose to stay in Watercolor over other areas because of the great amenities the community provides. There are so many options for enjoying time here. 360 Blue was very helpful per usual.

September 2019 Stay

This is our second stay at this home. We were there for a week, not long enough. Beautiful tall ceilings upstairs as well as downstairs. Love the kitchen! I don’t think that there was anything that we needed in the kitchen that wasn’t already there, just as if we were home. The front porch swing is one of our favorite places that one of us would always be. Shopping, restaurants and pools were close enough to walk, ride a bike or a short drive. This trip meant a lot to me and my family, you don’t know how much we needed to be at not only Seaside but at this house. Thank you! (On a side note the only small improvement I would suggest is a golf cart, other than that very enjoyable.)

What a beautifully appointed home! It had every amenity and was a short bike ride to the beach. We used the Seagrove Santa Clara public beach access. My family loved the house and since we do lots of cooking during vacation, the kitchen was perfect with its gourmet chef appliances! We have vacationed in Watercolor many times and love it here. This is a gorgeous house and is beautifully decorated. However, I don’t think it’s being well maintained or cleaned. There is a ton of dust covering the high section of the cabinets, dust bunnies under the center table in the living room and covering all the base boards. When you turn on the fans, you can see the dust start to fly. We had a few issues and 360 Blue was very responsive. However, I feel like if this was my beautiful home, I’d like to have the inside in better shape and more thoroughly cleaned. Hopefully, you don’t need to make this review public as I’d hate to deter renters but felt it was important to give my honest feedback. Thanks.

The only negative thing about our stay was that we all enjoyed the front porch swing so much that I will have to go home and build three for all of us. This is a great house, beautifully designed and decorated, comfortable and well equipped. It is quiet, but within easy access to the business and activity of Seaside. We loved our time at 55 Wisteria!

November 2017 Stay

Home away from home, for sure! We were more than comfortable at 55 Wisteria and we loved every minute of it. We came for a little Thanksgiving break, but our son was so sick with pancreatitis that we almost had to cancel. At the last minute, we knew he was ok to travel so we came on and we are so glad we did. It was a great respite for the whole family after a very hard year, losing two family members. Our son was able to rest and was as comfortable as could be. We loved the décor so much and the design of the house made this our best visit to the beach ever! Thank you for being so attentive to our needs while we visited the area. We can't wait to return next year.

July 2017 Stay

We had four families of moms and teenage daughters. The house was beautifully decorated; the beds were luxurious; and the front porch was delightful. We were very pleased with the accommodations and didn't mind the short bike ride to the beach! It was nice to be a bit removed from the crowds. 360 Blue provided wonderful customer service in the way they handled a difficult issue we encountered regarding bike rentals. We will definitely be back!

Our first time in this lovely home but, we will definitely stay here in the future. The home is beautifully decorated, great beds, well appointed and so many white lush TOWELS there was no reason to spend time doing laundry! I promise, you will not be disappointed in this beach house.
