Noise in distance: I did not notice this when I was in Coral Bay recently strange. If you feel there are few items to mention, small touches around the Villa, please send to me by email and I can forward onto our Owners for their comments Joanna would be great. s you will have noticed many improvements have been made and lot monies spent over last few years on the Villa. Thank you for your Review David. I am presuming that these items were reported to the Property Managers to get repaired/replaced as quickly as possible? With regard to broken umbrellas and sunbeds dusty from sand there have been several sandstorms in Cyprus of late, strange weather and now the extreme heat has arrived. The Villas are sprayed around the perimeters regular for cockroaches, insects, and i have to say this is the first sighting of the season so this will be checked and sprayed again if necessary. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention as we have had excellent reviews this last year. Lot of monies spent over the last few years on modernisation and replacement of new family bathroom, accessories throughout the inside of Villa and outside with new patios, swimming pool, glazed balconies. Price is so excellent for all that is offered and now our NEW WELCOME PACK ON ARRIVAL for our guests Free! Do hope that you have both had a wonderful Holiday in Coral Bay! As you say its a perfect location and offers everything that you need within the Villa for your well deserved Holiday in the Sun! You obviously enjoyed a "beer or two" from your bedroom balcony looking out over the beautiful ocean of Coral Bay! There is plenty of choice with Restaurants at Coral Bay and a short walk back to the Villa makes everything so easy .............. Look forward to hearing from you again soon! Philippos is a great supermarket and help their clients where possible with transport. Great Service. We all work very hard to ensure our guests have a wonderful Holiday in our Villa. With the heat of Cyprus and bad winter there are always a few teething issues of repair and painting to be done constantly! Hope to see you again when you next plan your Holiday to Paphos! Many thanks for your Review of our lovely Villa at Coral Bay! So pleased that you had a great Holiday in sunny Cyprus. Apologies for the childrens toys that were left but some guests leave them for other children arriving to play with in the pool. As also books for other guests to read on their Holiday. The Villa is equipped for all of your comfort within your Holiday. Citronella candles are burned inside and outside in the main season for mosquito repellent and other flying bugs to repel them, used often around Cyprus. More pleasant a smell than some of the plug in burners. Unfortunately pool sunbeds, umbrellas need replacing very regular with the extreme heat of Cyprus sometimes in early 40's and then drops down in the winter months plays havoc on everything at the Villa. BBQ should have a sign saying that if used by the guest must be cleaned by the guest only. I will speak to cleaners re: dust under beds and other items you have mentioned. Sure that you enjoyed some of the lovely restaurants at Coral Bay and the Coral Beach and Corallia Beach. Best Wishes, Christine
