Our villa is designed to connect with nature while showcasing a touch of modern architecture. Family-friendly and welcoming, the moment you enter our quiet one-way street, it feels like the countryside—yet you’re only 10 minutes from The Hague, Rotterdam, and other highlights in the South of the Netherlands.
The villa sits on a 1,500 m² garden with multiple seating areas, a cozy fireplace corner, and a covered outdoor living space, perfect for enjoying fresh air even in winter. For ultimate relaxation, warm up in the private hottub, a favorite spot after a crisp walk or day exploring. There’s plenty of space for kids to play, making it ideal for families.

Inside, the souterrain offers a cinema area, an extra bedroom with ensuite (toilet and shower), a laundry room, and a dedicated workspace. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 - 10. When the temperature drops, the wood-burning fireplace creates the perfect setting for tea or a glass of wine.

Upstairs, three bedrooms offer beautiful views, and the luxury bathroom features a double shower, a designer bathtub, and double sinks.
