Amazing beach view und 20 Schritt Zugriff von Ihrem großen abgeschirmten Lanai. Neu gestaltete offene Grundriss mit neuen Möbeln, Wandkunst und Geräte. Dies ist ein sehr up-to-date Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe, die ruhig und in einem abgelegenen Eigentum Lage ist. Sie können alles haben !!
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und viel Platz für die Lagerung. Flachbild-Fernseher in der gesamten Wohnung mit Unmengen von Kanälen alle glücklich in der Nacht zu halten.
Die Lage auf Sanibel zurück in einer Seitenstraße und abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade gesetzt. Wir sind glücklich, einen grünen Park auf der einen Seite unsere komplexen haben. 8 Hektar Land ermöglichen es uns, einen schönen Teich, üppigen tropischen Garten, Grove mit Gasgrills und Speisebereich im Freien für alle, die Wasserfront Abendessen bieten.
Erholung ist reich an Shuffleboard, Tennis, Basketball, kleinen beheizten Pool, Radfahren und mehr Familienspiele.
Wir glauben, dass wir die aktualisierten Interieur, zuverlässige WIFI und beste Aussicht auf den Strand und die Nähe aller Sanibel haben. Darüber hinaus haben wir eine Vor-Ort-Personal 'Ihnen gewidmet ", Sie mit allen Ihren Urlaub braucht Hilfe.

The condo was perfect for mu wife and I. All the comforts of home and many “little” touches that made the experience all the better. Wonderful Stay on Sanibel Island

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything in the condo was as described by the owner, and was very tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything needed. Loved the location on ground floor, made beach access much easier. Would highly recommend!

Simply put....PERFECT!

Up to date, very clean, perfect for a family up to four. The view from the balcony was awesome. It was a great spot for morning coffee watching rabbits and morning sun rises.

Fantastic location on the beach and quick replies from owner.

The owner discounted our stay due to the construction being done on a few buildings and the pool. A neighboring resort has a mutual agreement to help each other so we were still able to go to a pool when we wanted. We had a special request that was quickly accommodated by the owner as far as check out time flexibility goes. We would go again because it is really a perfect spot on the beach. The owner provided a cooler and beach chairs. We brought our own but won’t need to next time. Wifi and tv worked great. The washer and dryer were great to be able to use in the unit. The location is close to stores, specialty shops and not too far from Captiva if you want to explore there.

Just okay

While the location was great I can’t say the same for the condo we stayed in. The size was okay for just 2 people definitely not more than that. The king size bed was HORRIBLE definitely needs a new mattress my husband and I didn’t not get and decent sleep and still have back and shoulder pain. Again the best thing about the condo was the location. While we might visit the Island again next time we will be more selective in where we stay . They should definitely consider more then 30% off with the construction going on .

Oceans Reach Gem

Fabulous unit, great location in the complex. We really love Ocean's Reach, it is not the fanciest development on Sanibel but the people are warm and welcoming, the units are really nice and it is all you need in a beach getaway. This is the first time we stayed in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and it was ample for the 2 of us. The location on the beach is prime, beside the park and great walking both directions.

Location, location, location

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and cozy, first floor made for easy access to the pool and beach. Owners were great to communicate with and resort staff were very friendly and helpful. Beach, pool, bike paths, great restaurants....we couldn't have asked for a better time and place to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Highly recommend!!

6 Days on Sanibel Island

We are very pleased and enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late afternoon and the instructions for picking up our unit keys were on spot. The unit was very clean to include the entire complex. Loved the carport parking units. There were just enough amenities in the apartment to have some breakfast and dinner meals. This resort is somewhat secluded and quiet and only steps away from the beach. We brought our own bicycles and enjoyed riding around to places on the island. Our morning strolls along the beach consisted of finding unique sea shells and watching the sun approach the horizon. We also captured some awesome sunsets. Thanks again, the Shaw's

First trip to Sanibel Island

Absolutely perfect! Literally 19 steps to beach, 10 steps to pool and 1 step in the front door to a beautiful oceanfront first floor view of secluded paradise. Great place to stay.

This was a very nice place to stay on Sanibel. The beach was just steps away from our back door/screened-in lanai. The condo has everything you need and the onsite staff is very helpful if you need anything else. The beach and bike paths are excellent. We were very pleased with everything and would stay there again for sure.

My dad and I work together to rent our condo and keep it stylish and well maintained. One of us is on-site a couple times a week to help manage the condo.
My dad loves to travel and regularly goes on cruises including an upcoming trip to Antarctica. He is no stranger to adventure. Our home base is Carmel, IN with Florida as a second home.
We love entertaining and offering our condo to those that want a unique and soothing beach experience.
Enjoy our condo! ps. we are both avid Ohio State Buckeyee fans but we love everybody!

My dad worked very hard and was on the road a lot during his career with NCR. I remember him feeling totally relaxed only while on Sanibel. I see that a lot with hard working people when they visit Sanibel. They love the beach, the water and the lapping waves. They can totally get away from it all while on Sanibel.
My sister and I followed in my parent's footsteps by also buying a condo for ourselves. They were all located on the first floor and just a few steps from each other. We loved getting all families together for Christmas holidays and running from condo to condo. Being on the first floor enabled us to easily fulfill our daily activities of walking, sitting and running on the beach. We were in and out of our condo lanais constantly visiting each other and spending time on the beach.

It is just a few seconds to the beach from our condo and each and every condo in our complex faces directly out and over the beach. The views are incredible and the access and proximity is superior to other properties on Sanibel. That's what first attracted us to this property.
