Atemberaubendes und hochmodernes Poolhaus, perfekt für 2 Familien. Schönes 5-Schlafzimmer-Haus mit 4, 5 Bädern. Drei Cal-King-Meister mit Suiten. Zwei Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten teilen sich das Badezimmer auf dem Flur. Zwei Meister und ein Kinderzimmer im Erdgeschoss, das verbleibende Meister- und Kinderzimmer im Obergeschoss. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über 43-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit Kabel. Zwei Schlafsofas im Haus: eines befindet sich oben auf der Treppe, das andere im Eingangsbereich.

Hoch aufgerüstete Küche mit schönen individuellen Schränken und Arbeitsplatten. Verbesserte Hardware und Edelstahlgeräte: Herd, Einbauofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Teilweise offene Konzeptküche führt zum Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Das Hauptwohnzimmer verfügt über einen 60-Zoll-LCD-TV mit einem Blue-Ray / DVD-Player. Home verfügt über Highspeed-WLAN und einen landesweiten kostenlosen Telefondienst in den USA und Kanada. Zuhause hat zentrale Luft und Wärme.

Das Spielzimmer befindet sich in der Garage direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer. Das Spielzimmer verfügt über Ping Pong, Air Hockey 3-1-Tisch mit Billard und Spielzeug. Kinderwagen, Hochstuhl, Kinderspielzeug und Sitzerhöhungen stehen für Ihre Säuglinge und Kleinkinder zur Verfügung. In der Garage befindet sich auch eine große Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Queen-Size-Luftmatratze für zusätzliche Betten zur Verfügung.

Durch die Fenstertüren gelangen Sie in den Hinterhof, der einen schönen Pool mit eingebautem Whirlpool, einem Erdgasgrill im Freien, einer Terrasse und zusätzlichen Stühlen bietet. Alle Möbel und Möbel sind ab Februar 2014 neu.

Gültig ab dem 01.01.2017 ist die maximale Belegung 13 JEDERZEIT (einschließlich Übernachtungsgäste und Besucher). 13 Betten in Betten.

Home was very spacious and the 3 Ensuites ensured privacy for shared families. The neighborhood was secluded and quiet. The best part of the home was the pool and jacuzzi. The everyday items such as towels, kitchen utensils, appliance sets, and laundry services were not maintained and available to accommodate the amount of guests in the home. Having to cook and clean up after multiple families was challenging due to those setbacks.

Great for graduation weekend!

The home offered the privacy and amenities our multi-generational family needed to best celebrate our grad. Distance to Disney was a plus. Some general maintenance was needed, but not enough to cause significant inconvenience.

Perfect Vacation House

We loved our stay at this house! Clean, close to everything we wanted to do while in California and super comfortable for me, my sister, and my kids. We had everything we needed while we were there. The pool and sauna were the cherry on top! I can’t recommend this house enough and would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Perfect for large group

Very spacious and exactly how it was listed. We had a a total of 9 people and didn’t feel crowded at all. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again.
