Perfect spot on Seabrook Island

Perfect weather, perfect rental for our family of 5 (including 3 x 20 aged children). Location just doesn’t get any better, directly across from Seabrook Island Club (pool), the beach….everything w/in a few seconds walk! Condo was Very Nicely appointed, everything in working order which made our stay that much easier! Owner was always very responsive and helpful! Very easy to communicate with and work with!! July at Seabrook Island

I think I have found the perfect beach vacation destination for my family at the Atrium Villas at Seabrook Island. The property was perfect for my family of 4 (two young children, my wife, and myself), plus a set of grandparents, and two small dogs. Plenty of room and everything we needed to vacay. We tend to cook alot of our meals on vacation and were able to do so. The outdoor space is huge and we spent our mornings enjoying our breakfast with great views of the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a decent size and worked for what we needed. The beach club (pools, restaurant, cafe, etc) and pool access were just across the street, making it easy to go back and forth at will. Seabrook Island itself felt fun, safe, and the dog friendly-est beach Ive ever been to. There is more to do there than what we were able to fit in in one week. We look forward to coming back. Lastly, everyone we interacted with at the pools, beach, etc, were kind and respectful. Great trip

The island is such a treasure. Take your time driving in, because there is so much beauty in the nature and the homes on this island. The villa has a wonderful parking area, with spaces close to the elevators. They also have carts for you to use to transport your luggage, groceries, and etc. The elevator basically takes you to the front door, it is a very short walk to the left and you are at the condo. The condo was very clean. The porch was beautiful for watching sunrises and sunsets. You do have privacy, not total privacy, but close enough that I felt comfortable going out in my jammies. The walk to the ocean is incredibly short, we took the elevator down to the first floor, went down a few steps and across the street and we were at the beach. Pay attention to the tide clock in the villa, it is more accurate the any app. If you go to the beach earlier in the morningish, you are guaranteed to see dolphins swimming. Acutally throughout the day, you will see dolphins. They are very active. The beach is very family friendly, you can honestly just sit back and relax and let your worries disappear. There is a nice breeze more so afternoon, morning can be quite unbreezy if you have shoreshades or shibimini's. We enjoyed eating at Pelican's nest (resort prices..remember that) , the food was delicious. Overall great communication, clean, and peaceful. Worth your money and peace of mind.

Wonderful location and terrific Villa

This Atrium villa has a wonderful view of both the ocean and the Edisto river. Terrific location and the owner is so wonderful to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Really nice property

Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Condo was very clean with perfect access to the pool & beach. The patio gave us full view of beach, pool, and ocean. Communication prior to our visit & during the week was responded to very promptly. Fabulous condo, great view, very helpful owners!

We loved Sea Brook Island! Very quiet resort with great amenities close by! A lot to do, the beach and pool were close and never too crowded, loved the work out facility, rode bikes on the beach, great restaurants and shopping close. We will return!!

Pretty sure this is the best 2br villa on Seabrook Island.

Excellent top floor villa with a corner deck that gets both sunrise and sunset views. Steps to the beach where you enter as the Edisto River meets to the Atlantic Ocean. Open the windows and you hear the surf.

Great beach villa

From the moment you step in, it is obvious why there are all 5 star reviews. The property is immaculate, and all the little details have been worked out. The towels are soft and fluffy, the coffee cups hold a generous amount, and the furnishings make you” at home” comfortable. Your Host is the most responsive ever. All my inquiries were about the island, as the Villa didn’t lack a thing. Sherri responds like a friend who has been waiting for you to arrive. I love Seabrook, and have stayed many times. Can’t imagine a nicer place, and I hope to stay there again

Stay Here!

This was our first time visiting Seabrook Island. The condo was in a great location. Steps away from the beach, pool, coffee shop, golf course. Locally, there are a few restaurants and a shopping center. The grounds are beautiful and the location is quiet. Linda was an ideal host-quick to respond and provided great information. We loved that the condo had an enormous deck, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Towels and beach chairs are located just across the street so we did not need to take anything with us.

Beautiful place

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the huge balcony and the great layout. We were able to put out toddler in the front bedroom, and it was quiet and dark enough for her to sleep well. The beds in the bedroom off the balcony were not the most comfortable, but the views made up for it. We had an issue with the cleaning when we first got there, but Linda and the property management company were awesome and took care of everything immediately! We definitely come back to this property. And Seabrook as a whole is a great vacation destination—very relaxing!

Convenience in Paradise

Highly recommend this lovely condo. The outdoor deck has beautiful views of the ocean and is private - no one walking up the stairs can see you. It is across the street from the beach, pool and clubhouses with places to eat, snacks. We didn't spend any time at the pool due to COVID, but it looked very nice. The beach has wide stretches at low tide and you can walk for miles. The interior of the condo is just right and the beds were very comfy. Linda was very flexible and helpful. We hope to return!

Beautiful view, close to beach and pool, clean

Everything was just great. The unit was very clean, comfortable, private, had a great view, and had everything we needed. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach or the pool. During high tide, this part of the beach is completely submerged, but a short walk/drive up to some of the other boardwalks gets you plenty of beach. The largest beach we saw was between boardwalks 1 and 3. The walk up the beach from boardwalk 1 up to the inlet was beautiful and the kids loved finding shells there. We hoped to see some dolphins strand feeding but weren't lucky enough.

Comfort and Convenience

We stayed at the condo for the first time 8 years ago and we were astonished to find that it has not aged a day! This piece of paradise is incredibly well maintained, has the outdoor porch that dreams are made of and is steps away from everything that makes Seabrook magical! Sherri is a top notch communicator taking care of any needs ASAP! The checkin/out process is so easy (especially with Sherri’s detailed information)! Plus, the condo was so clean upon arrival that this germaphobe could settle right in! We can’t wait to come back!

My Mom and I traveled to the island in 2012 and stayed at the Atrium Villas and loved the convenience to the amenities on the Island. The island is pet friendly, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded. I purchased a villa after vacationing only four times. Everyone on the Island is so friendly and welcoming. The views at the villa are spectacular sunrise to sunset. The night sky is filled with stars. We hope you will consider staying with us.
