Our unit is comfortably decorated with new furnishings throughout. We have flat screen Smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms with DVDs accompanying each. Living Room TV has bluetooth soundar attached also.

The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is stocked with all the conveniences of home. We have done our very best to provide everything you could want or need to prepare your favorite meal, frozen drink and coffee.

There is a full size upgraded washer and dryer for your convenience.
Phoenix VII complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, several indoor hot tubs, sauna, well-equipped exercise facility, outdoor grills, game room, tennis/basketball courts and racquetball courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for daily or weekly rentals from March through October.

There is a parking fee of $55 per vehicle per stay with a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Condo is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores, Gulf State Park and more. Lousiana Lagniappe, Gulf Shores Steamer along with other restaurants in San Roc Cay Marina are within walking distance as is The Gulf, The Shrimp Basket and Sweet Cone Alabama.
