Great Condo

This is our 2nd stay at this exact condo and same room! The check in/out process is super easy and everything is perfect! We did miss the balcony sitting this trip due to it being closed but we made the best of it!

Great location

Great location!! Easy process for checking in and out. The mattress in the bedroom was flipped upside down so we had to flip it and the floor was not the cleanest but overall a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay for 6

Great stay! Enough room for teenagers, and the wife myself. Publix, Walgreens, Sbux very close. The best part of this property is its on the beach! I was able to sneak in a little work and sit on the beach facing patio. Liquid Life is a great property manager. If you need anything, they respond like a hotel would. The condo itself it beautiful. I would consider living here as a snowbird one day! We love the white sandy beaches on the Alabama Coast. The fishing here is world class. Close to the marina. Gulf Shores State Park is down the street too. We'll be back!

Great location

Summerchase is a great location. The condo is nice, but needs some attention. The main bath shower doesn’t drain well and emits an ammonia smell. The master bed needs a good mattress pad. You can feel the coils on the bed. Kitchen is well stocked and second bedroom is roomy.

Not the Best

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was lacking from the start. There was water damage in the ceiling in the 2nd bathroom. The fan in the master bedroom didn't work. The floors left your bare feet black. The 2nd bedroom was missing the tv remote. And to top it off, there were roaches in the kitchen. The whole Sumerchase building was sprayed during our stay, but once we saw multiple roaches we asked to be be moved. We notified Liquidlife of these issues. But nothing was addressed until the morning that we requested to be moved. Liquidlife did provide a comparable condo in another building down the road. But the only apology we received was from the maintenance guy who showed up the day we were moving to the 2nd condo. We have stayed many times in OBA and have stayed in this building once before. I like the layout of the condo and the large master bathroom shower. But this was by far the worst experience with a condo.

Summerchase is a great building- nice location, good pools, clean- the condo itself-605- very outdated, sofa extremely old and sunken, floors so dirty our feet were black, fan in bedroom didn’t work, switches on walls didn’t operate properly, tvs didn’t have proper remotes- etc- we would stay in building again but not that condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many properties in the OB area since 1996.This was not the best but for the price it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would also recommend Liquid Life as the booking agent. The property was ready about two hours before our arrival. There was no waiting on door codes, etc. Communication with Liquid Life was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the Complex was great. However, the condo itself was lacking. It was not very clean and could have used some updates. The floors would leave your bare feet or socks black. I did complain and the floors were cleaned, it helped, but only for a short time. There were many electrical outlets that didn't work and the condo looked like it wasn't cleaned very good.

60th Birthday celebration

The location is very convenient. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Ice trays would help! My 3 friends and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony early in the mornings and watching dolphins. Each night we watched land crabbing. I would recommend this condo. The checkin/out process was so smooth! Someone needs to investigate why the right side of the king bed has dropped down. The king bed was still functional, but something is not right. All 4 of us agreed that we would stay here again.
