Welcome and thank you for your interest. The relaxed accommodation with balcony is located in the attic of a 4-family house in the center of Magstadt.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Entering with shoes is also not allowed.

Carefree parking on the property is possible for an additional charge. Please ask for the private parking space beforehand. Otherwise, parking on the street and in the surrounding area is free.

Only the apartment and the designated parking space on the far right of the house can be used.

There is absolutely no parking in front of the entrance as this is a private parking lot.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the top floor and has a beautiful view from the balcony. It is a very quiet street and as it is one way it is very traffic calm.

Smoking is permitted at the house entrance and on the balcony.
There is an absolute ban on smoking in the apartment.
The apartment must be entered without shoes.
The apartment should be left the same way you arrived.
Please switch off all devices, close all windows and doors and set the heating to level 3.
Any damage to the facility, devices, etc. must be reported immediately upon handover at the latest.
