Wir wünschen Ihnen viel Spaß in unserer neu gestalteten Hütte in den friedlichen Smoky Mountains. Es verfügt über alle neuen Geräte aus Edelstahl, einen Whirlpool für 5 Personen und 3 neu gefärbte Decks, um die Ruhe der Berge zu erleben. Es hat die perfekte Lage zwischen Gatlinburg und Pigeon Forge in einer ruhigen Bergkulisse. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Nationalpark Great Smoky Mountains sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Sie werden feststellen, dass unsere Kabine einzigartig und sehr geräumig ist. Es schläft 5 Personen bequem. Auf dem Loft-Futon können 2 kleine Kinder Platz finden, sodass 6 mit Kindern Platz haben. Die Hütte ist ideal für 2 Paare, 2 Familien mit Kindern oder eine große Familie. Diese Kabine verfügt über zwei Master-Suiten mit Bad / Dusche-Kombination sowie einen großen Whirlpool in jedem Schlafzimmer. Das offene Konzept Wohnzimmer / Küche / Esszimmer, machen es zu einem perfekten Ort für Familie und Freunde und das Loft im Obergeschoss mit Billardtisch und Fernseher ist ein großartiger Ort für die Kinder (groß und klein) zum Entspannen.

Und wer will drinnen bleiben mit den herrlichen Bergen vor der Haustür.
Unsere 3 Decks bringen die Innenräume zum Vorschein, sodass Sie sich auf dem Oberdeck des Schlafzimmers entspannen und Kaffee trinken oder auf dem Deck sitzen können, während Sie Burger grillen und lachen. In einer klaren Nacht hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Himmel und die Sterne in all ihrer Pracht. Vergessen Sie nicht, einen Abend im Whirlpool unter unserer überdachten Terrasse zu verbringen und sich dabei der Natur ganz nah zu fühlen!

Wir haben für Ihre Bequemlichkeit Karten und Broschüren von Restaurants zur Verfügung gestellt
und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Dollywood, Dixie Stampede, Ripleys Aquarium, der Great Smoky Mountains Nationalpark, Cades Cove, Outlet Malls und die Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Community. In der Hütte gibt es auch einen Wanderführer zu den Smoky Mountains. Es beschreibt alle Trails in den Smokies in alphabetischer Reihenfolge.

The outside property and cabin itself was beautiful. The host were amazing and accommodating even when we ran into a very small hiccup. It was easy to feel relaxed and at home right away. Would definitely come back and stay at this exact cabin again!

God has blessed us with our lifelong dream of having a place of our own in the Great Smoky Mountains so we can enjoy His creation.
The Great Smoky Mountains are now a second home to us. Something we have always dreamed of. When we hike these Mountains, our hearts tune in to the Essence of the Love of God in Nature. The Serene Forests, the Beautiful Waterfalls, and Views from the Top of the World have brought us closer to God and has shown us what Peace really is. When we are in these Beautiful Mountains that Peace is Apparent.
We have tried to channel that Peace through our Blessing we call Free Spirit. It is our Greatest Desire to share that Peace with our Guests. God's love flows more freely through a vessel open to receive his love. We hope Free Spirit can assist in your Quest to find your Peace Throughout those Mountains..

Sky Harbor is centrally located between everything. We enjoy the Atmosphere of Gatlinburg, along with the Ski Lodge at Over Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg stands out when the Snow falls in the Winter and when the Leaves Peak in the Fall.
Pigeon Forge is just as close. We love to spend time with Family and Grandchildren in Pigeon Forge since there is so much to do. Toys for all ages along with the Ferris Wheel are located in Pigeon Forge.
The main reason we like this location is how close it is to The Great Smoky Mountains. Just a drive toward Gatlinburg and take the Bypass around Gatlinburg to get to the
Great Smoky Mountains in 20 minutes.

Free Spirit is located on a Ridge which has a unique Serenity of its own. On the ridge, it is quiet most of the time. There is usually a breeze blowing through the trees in the forest surrounding the open deck. After a good rain, a waterfall down below can be heard. That helps provide a tranquil departure from the usual quiet. At night the sky opens up from the deck for star gazing. And in the morning the birds call for Meditation in Quiet Solitude. All this preparing you for an Inspirational Hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park just a short distance away.

The Access to Free Spirit Cabin is only three steps up to the deck from the driveway. From there the main level of the cabin can be assessed without a step.
The capacity of 5-6 people includes a king bed downstairs, queen bed upstairs, and futon in the loft. Each bedroom has its own jacuzzi tub and full bathroom with shower/tub. The open concept of the cabin gives a feeling of plentiful space in the cabin.

Sky Harbor is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, making both within just a few minutes drive. Dollywood is so close you can occasionally hear the Steam Engine's whistle from the Locomotive. There is also a back way to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, the Arts and Crafts Community and a bypass to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park from Sky Harbor to avoid heavy traffic. Our laminated map on the Kitchen Hutch shows how to get to both places and a few other shortcuts and bypasses around the area.
