Unser Familienhaus ist für 8 Personen in vorhandenen Betten eingerichtet. In 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer ist Platz für zusätzliche Schlafplätze mit Luftmatratzen (2 bereitgestellt) und Kinderbetten (keine bereitgestellt). Es ist ein Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, einer Außendusche und einer Außenterrasse. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein kürzlich aktualisiertes Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Kingsize-Bett und einem Bad en-suite, ein Zimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten / Ausziehbetten. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich auch ein Höhlen- / Sitz- / Betrachtungsbereich für Erwachsene, in dem Sie ruhigere Filme auf einem Flachbildfernseher ansehen können. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Voll- / Futonbett. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, eine Küche und ein offener / geräumiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit einem großen L-förmigen Sofabereich und einem Flachbildfernseher. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Gasgrill und auf dem Achterdeck gibt es einen Picknicktisch für 6-8 Personen, 2 Adirondack-Stühle und NEU 2018 eine Feuerstelle mit Sitzgelegenheiten und ersten Holzscheiten.

Ein Strandhaus wäre kein Strandhaus ohne eine OUTDOOR-DUSCHE ~ direkt vor der Haustür.
Zu den Küchengeräten gehören ein neuer Elektroherd / Ofen, ein rostfreier Kühlschrank, ein Geschirrspüler und eine Mikrowelle. Ebenfalls enthalten sind eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Mixer, ein Nutribullet und ein Reiskocher zusätzlich zu all Ihren normalen Koch- / Essenszubereitungsartikeln. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie ein paar Liegestühle und ein Strandkühler sind vorhanden.

Great home in a great location.

My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and significant others stayed in this home for an extended wedding weekend. The house was in a great location. The home was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I especially loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The backyard was beautiful and set up for enjoying the outdoor space. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. Jackie was very accommodating and answered questions almost immediately. We all said we would love to return!!

Convenient location and great back yard!

Perfect Family Vacation

House had everything we wanted for a relaxing fall break. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms were comfortable, and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Everyone loved having a ping-pong table and firepit. Easy walk in to town for dinners and the beach. Quick trip over to Newport to see the sites. Great communication with the hosts. Gym passes were an added bonus. Can't wait to come back!!!

Great place to stay for walking to beaches, great restaurants, playgrounds and short drive to Newport! The house is well equipped for rainy days too with fun games, pool/ping pong table! Our whole family from ages 2 - 65 enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities that they provided!

Had a great vacation at this rental. Owners very accommodating. Location close to beaches mansions, downtown Newport. Lots to do ! Was nice to relax on backyard deck after busy day. Highly recommend this rental .

Amazing Spot right outside Newport

My friends and I thought this house was perfect. You are close to all the best restaurants/bars in the area and not to far from the ferry to block island. There was more then enough linens, towels, supply for your stay. Overall a great experience. Would recommend this house to anyone.

House and yard were much bigger than expected! Plenty of room for all, super comfy beds and terrific location. House was clean and Jacki and Chris were responsive and helpful. This was our 3rd year renting in Newport and would happily return to this house.

Great property, very kind hosts!

What a great house! It was perfect for what we needed. We came for Newport Folk Festival and our hosts were kind enough to let us stay outside the standard Saturday-Saturday weeklong stay to accommodate that. We walked to the beach mostly everyday which was very convenient and they supplied lots of chairs, a cooler, and other beach necessities. House is well stocked with linens and and was very clean. The AC units made the house very cool and comfortable in July and it has great seating for big groups, both inside and out! We had one small issue and the hosts were very responsive and helpful - and when they needed to drop by to help us they were respectful of us - scheduled a time to come by and waited until we opened the door to enter which I very much appreciated. All around great stay and I will rebook if we are in Newport again!

Wouldn’t return

I wouldn’t recommend this property unless it was cleaned and updated. There were stains on furniture and rug, a portable AC unit that broke while we were there (Not central air), and unusable or locked closets with stuff crammed into it. I felt like the owners literally left in a hurry for the day. We even had a roach crawl out of one of the closets. The positives are the responsiveness of the owner and the location. For what we paid, I was expecting a lot better.

Beautiful home, great location! Needs more efficient air conditioning to cool the upstairs.

The home was beautiful and spacious and we had everything we needed. However, the single window unit air conditioner upstairs (which is located in the sitting area outside of the three bedrooms) is completely inadequate to cool the upper level. Even with all bedroom doors open, the master bedroom and bath got not air whatsoever. This became a real issue since the master was the only bath on the upper level but was simply intolerable due to the excessive heat. It's hard to get clean or dry your hair when you're sweating profusely, even fresh out of the shower. I would strongly recommend the addition of at least one more window unit to be placed in the master bedroom, if not complete central air conditioning throughout the home. The cooling issue aside, the house was plenty spacious for our gang, and was the perfect layout for a large group. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. We were disappointed that the trampoline was locked, but completely understand. Having read the previous reviews about all the fun had on the trampoline, we talked that up to our granddaughter. Had we known it wouldn't be available prior to arrival, we could have prepared her and perhaps avoided the tears upon arrival. I was also a little surprised that all of the closets were locked. We were there for a wedding and had no where to hand our formal clothes. I would certainly recommend this property, just with the heads up warning about the intense heat upstairs. Had I realized this, I would not have selected this location. The owner was pleasant to work with and very responsive to my many inquiries throughout the planning. But I paid a premium price and feel like I was led astray by the description of having adequate air conditioning which was absolutely inaccurate.

CLEAN, COZY AND CONVENIENT

This home was perfect for our group which included several adults, our senior Lab and our son's two mini-doxies, with 4 queen bedrooms and 2 full baths. The location is convenient to everything and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The owners were great as was their response time to any question/request we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Family summer Vacation

I want to say we had a wonderful time in this home and enjoyed Newport RI. I did contact the owner when we first got there due to a lot off laundry in both washer and dryer. It was stuff so full that the dryer twisted everything up. I would of like to of known that the only way to get to the upstairs bathroom is through the master bedroom. There are two other bedrooms and a game room / sleeping chairs. Everyone had to go through our room at night . With that said Jackie was very nice and offered to refund us if we wanted to leave. Her husband was also very nice and dropped off a oversized umbrella for the patio. We all had beautiful nights at the fire pit . The house had everything you would need in the kitchen to make a gourmet meal.
