LE NOSTALGIQUE ist eine klimatisierte, geräumige, moderne und helle Ferienwohnung.



Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind schallisoliert. LE NOSTALGIQUE befindet sich in Cannes' prestigeträchtigem "CARRÉ D'OR", 2 Minuten von den Stränden und 5 Minuten vom Palais des Festivals entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage mit Aufzug. Unsere Kunden profitieren von 3 Balkonen. Sichere gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze im selben Gebäude. Er ist auf Anfrage verfügbar. Es stehen Ihnen 4 Kundenschlüssel zur Verfügung.







LE NOSTALGIQUE hat 2 Schlafzimmer. Die Betten können in Doppelbetten (180x200) oder Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden. Es gibt 2 Duschbäder mit eigenem Bad. Badetücher und Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch 2 Haartrockner. Die Schlafcouch (140x190) befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Das Internet ist stabil (Glasfaser) und Netflix ist kostenlos verfügbar. Internet TV-Kanäle sind international. Ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl kann auf Anfrage zur Verfügung gestellt werden.







Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Cannes, nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt. Es ist ein lebendiger Ort.



Es gibt Restaurants, Kinos, die berühmte Rue d'Antibes, private und öffentliche Strände und der Yachthafen sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.



Der Flughafen von Nizza ist 40 Autominuten entfernt. Der Bahnhof und der Busbahnhof sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Incredible stay in south of France

We absolutely loved staying at this place in Cannes. The place is very spacious and has three ACs which made it cool even during the heat. Additionally, the host is very friendly and is great at communicating. The location is also great, being able to walk to beaches, stores, restaurants, and the train station all less than 10 mins away. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

LOVED it!

My friend and I LOVED staying here. Fabulous location, really lovely place, well appointed with everything we needed, and an awesome check-in experience! Grateful for the parking that was available and the elevator since we were carrying heavy suitcases. Also liked the security of the building. Overall, a really terrific experience.

Fun weekend in Cannes

Great location in central Cannes! Restaurants and clubs abound, and you are 5 minutes from the beach or the train. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing - no surprises. The property manager Bettina was very helpful and responsive, working with us to arrange last minute check-in when our rental in Nice fell through. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Cannes.

Bettina the host was amazing!!! One of the best hosts I’ve had on a vacation rental. She helped us get settled and was very responsive and helpful with any questions that I had for the entire time. Everything was excellent from check-in all the way through the end of the trip. The apartment itself was absolutely perfect! The balconies were wonderful and you absolutely cannot beat the location of this place. It is exactly where you want to be to enjoy everything Cannes has to offer. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. Not even a block away there’s a place that rents mopeds and bikes. I highly recommend doing this and exploring the city and outskirts! Nice location, near everything. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was comfortable. Lots of nice balconies to watch the goings on in the street or sip a glass of wine in the evening. There is a nightclub district right down the street. There’s some noise, but not enough to cause troubles sleeping. The building is very safe and secure. Bettina gave us lots good and useful information on things to do and was very responsive.

The apartment was mostly as described with one exception: there is only one toilet. There are indeed two bathrooms en suite but the one toilet is in the hall. Property manager is great: Very responsive and helpful. Great location and the terraces would be very nice in warm weather. A good choice in Cannes for families rather than friends.

Location. Location. Location.

This flat is in a great location; close to the fancy shops, the local shops, the beach, the train station, the markets, restaurants and everything in between! We parked our car in the garage on day 1 and practically left it there the entire time (which is great because traffic and narrow streets in Cannes can make it challenging sometimes!). The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids); Bettina was very responsive from the very beginning and throughout our stay. You will not be disappointed if you stay here (like a local) and peruse the posh streets of Cannes!

Definitely no need for a car in Cannes, but nice to have if you wish to explore the beautiful medieval villages in back country. All other towns and cities such as: Antibes, Juan Les Pins, , Nice, Monaco, Menton and even Ventimiglia (Italy) can easily reached by train (10-60min) which runs along the coast and offers amazing views. Please come back any time!

Great location, great apartment

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a few moments from the Croisette. Its in a very secure apartment block which has a lovely little garden in the centre. You can just see the sea from one of the terraces. The flat was clean and very well equipped. The art works are a little dated/quirky, but the bathrooms and kitchen are lovely and modern. Only challenge I can see is having just one toilet if there are more than 4 of you.

I am very pleased to hear that you appreciated the very central location of this apartment. This is the most important point to all our guests. Especially the proximity to the sea front and the convention hall "Palais des Festivals". The apartment is as you have seen for yourself "extremely well equipped". We even have big reusable shopping bags for our clients as well as 5 umbrellas. The internet is strong and there are many international channels to watch on TV. You were the first guests to use our brand new reversible air conditioning system which is working superbly well. I do believe you were happy with my services. Please come back any time.

We were do pleased with our light, airy two bedroom apartment with three terraces, and just enough of a view of the sea. It was perfectly located between the Croisette and Rue D’Antibes. I'm very close to the Palett MD festival. Bettina was gracious and very helpful, both incoming and outgoing and quite frankly ever since nine 2020 when we had first reserved the apartment and it was canceled due to Covid, my friend and I are so happy to have had another few weeks of pleasure in CANNES

LE NOSTALGIQUE is unique, really. It has been very well furnished and with a lot of taste. The theme is "Cannes and its stars", great idea. The apartment is bright and spotless. We came for the LIONS congress and invited our new contacts to our apartment as it was so central and also to "show off"... We will definately come back for a holiday. This place is great for friends sharing but also for families with teenagers or small kids. No car is needed since one can't be more central. Thanks Irene for your very warm welcome. We will be back! Super stan na odličnoj lokaciji

Stan je na super lokaciji, sve se može obići nogom i cijena je ok. Super opremljeno, klimatizirano, garazno mjesto koje se posebno plaća. Preporuka za porodice sa djecom, plaza je blizu. Bettina super zena i susretljiva. Sve preporuke.

Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip nach Cannes

Die Wohnung in der 2. OG hat wirklich eine tolle, zentrale Lage. Einer der schönsten Strandabschnitte ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, zwischen Croisette und Rue D´Antibes im Herzen der Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung (gerade auch in der Küche)lässt nichts vermissen. Klasse auch der Balkon mit Markise, den wir gerne zu allen Tageszeiten genutzt haben. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Bettina für eine sensationelle Rundumbetreuung. Danke für die Flexibilität bei An/und Abreise.

Herzlichen Dank für dieses super Kundenkommentar. Ich bin froh, dass euch alles so gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist tatsächlich 1A! Nur 1 Minute zum Strand und zur renommierten rue d'Antibes. Und die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und Licht durchflutet. Dazu gibt es auch noch einen Tiefgaragenplatz im gleichen Haus auf -2 und natürlich einen Aufzug. Also alles sehr komfortable. Alles war super, immer wieder gerne 👍🏼

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Man kann alles zu Fuss sehr gut erreichen. Der Strand ist 3 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sauber! Die Vermieterin ist super nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit per whatss app erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt 😍

Hanim efendi biz oraya varana kadar arayip sordu hersey yolundami diye, vardigimiz gibi bizi güler yüzle karsilamasi cok hostu. Denize bir dakikalik mesafede oldugu bütün magzalar ayamizin altinda olmasi cok güzeldi. Arabayi güvenilir bir sekilde park edebilmemiz ayrica güzel. Anlatmakla bitmiyor görmeniz lazim. Biz memnun kaldik sizde kalicaginiza inaniyoruz. Nasip olursa tekrar gitmeyi planliyoruz. Hersey icin tesekkür ederiz

Sehr zentral und super ausgestattet!!!

Wir waren nun schon das zweite Sommer hintereinander in dieser schöner Wohnung und haben wieder zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen darin verbracht !!! Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zentral gelegen - Strand, ein Supermarkt, mehrere Bäckereien, ein Bio-Laden, Apotheken, Boutiquen usw. sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, mann spürt sofort den Flair der Cote d`Azur:) Auch die Austattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung, haben auch jeden Tag gekocht und könnten alle Gerichte problemlos zubereiten. Es sind auch viele "Küchenhelfer" vorhanden, die man normalerweise in einer Ferienwohnung nicht findet - Kräuterzerkleiner, Käsereibe, Austernöffner usw. Natürlich kann mann auch wunderbar Essen gehen. Es gibt unzählige Restaurants, Bars und Bistros in der Nähe! Wenn jemand mit dem Auto anreist, empfehle ich das Garagenparkplatz anzumieten, wir waren auf jeden Fall sehr froh darüber dass wir es getan haben und keine Zeit (und Nerven:) für eine lange Parkplatzsuche verschwenden müssten. Auch der Kontakt war wieder super Nett! Bettina war wie immer sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!:)

Vielen lieben Dank für dieses wunderschöne und sehr detaillierte Kundenkommentar! Das weiß ich wirklich SEHR zu schätzen!!! Die Wohnung (Küche) ist tatsächlich super ausgestattet. "a home away from home". Zwei neue Haartrockner sind nun auch vorhanden. Sie haben die Wohnung auch dieses Mal in einem perfekten Zustand hinterlassen. Dafür bekommen Sie 5***** und können auch weiterhin "ohne Kaution" im Le Nostalgique wohnen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen Sie sehr bald wieder zu sehen!!! Bis dann, allerbeste Grüße, Ihre Bettina
