We had a wonderful stay at Jose & Jennifer’s house. It was very clean, we enjoyed relaxing on the porches and the pool. The newly added arcade games were also a hit! The house was a great find and we plan to return next year!

We had an excellent stay! The house was very clean, ready for early check-in, and everything was exactly as described. Nice quiet neighborhood and we felt at home right away. Super convenient location, easy walk to the beach. Our first night there was rainy and cool, so the heated pool and hot tub really saved the day. We’d definitely return and recommend!

This is a wonderful place to relax and be able to enjoy your vacation without any worries! It has everything you could possibly need and more. It was spotless, safe, amenities behold what you could need. Even though it was just two of us staying here, I could diffidently see a large family enjoying this space with more than enough room, communication was fantastic. A very short walk to the beach and several restaurants and snacks places near by. I would highly recommend.

We recommend this house to any family looking for a great peaceful getaway! The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. You can expect to get exactly what you see in the photos. You will also get quick responses from the host with clear instructions and a very friendly vibe. 5 out of 5!

Lots of positives! The house was very clean, thick and soft towels and nice sheets were provided, the kitchen was well supplied with dishes, (non stick!) pots and pans, etc., a nice bonus refrigerator in the pool area which also was well maintained and with tons of seating, etc. Really nice accommodations for our 6 adults and three young grandchildren. Could use a new baby gate at the main living level and the covered outdoor bar area could use some updating. About a 2 block walk to the Blackman St beach access which is nice but know there are lots of steps and a steep dune to get to and from the beach. Loved our stay!

The biggest win for us was the location! The beach is just a few minutes away, so we could walk over in the morning, come back for lunch or a swim, then head right back out without making it a whole production.We also really enjoyed the evenings at the house. We caught great sunset views, heard the ocean waves, and finished the night in the new hot tub. The pool, porches, and new arcade gave everyone something to do too. Loved the new outdoor sitting area as well, nice addition.The kitchen was well stocked, every bedroom had porch access, and there was plenty of room for our group. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream, and shops were all close by, while the neighborhood itself stayed quiet and relaxing. We would happily come back.

This was exactly the Outer Banks getaway we were hoping for. The house is peaceful but still close to everything. We walked to the beach in just a few minutes, grabbed coffee nearby, and explored Nags Head without spending the whole trip in the car.The king bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved having direct porch access from the rooms. It was really nice waking up to the morning light and getting that fresh ocean air right outside. The pool was great during the day, the hot tub was perfect at night, and the new arcade ended up being one of the most fun parts of the stay! The new outdoor bar area was a big hit! What a surprise.The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was spotless, and the whole trip felt easy and relaxing.
